Great customer service. They explain everything very well and have no problems answering any of my questions. They made it very easy to switch over from Verizon. They do get busy but they make sure to get you help as soon as they can. All the employees I have delt with have been very helpful! I am Very happy that I switched over to T-Mobile! read more

Awesome customer service at this location, came in to get a speaker for my son's bday, was in and out within 20 minutes and that was with me looking around! Really helpful and when it's time to upgrade our phones we will definitely be back to this location! read more

can i make a review with 0 stars??? this place doesn't even deserve 1. let me start by saying if i'm paying for a service i should get that service and if an employee makes a mistake they should own it. unfortunately i ended up with a "trade in" instead of the "JUMP" i pay every month for and the excuse was "the screens look very similar it's a common mistake" i hate this place and the manager they have sits in the back doing nothing to solve these issues. Called t-mobile directly about this location and hopefully they look into it, they are doing a horrible job at representing the company. read more

This is a franchise T-Mobile not a corporate store and WOW there is a huge difference between the two. In this one horse store they don't even put on name tags as required in a professional business. Do not ever go I to this T-Mobile store ever...I realize we are talking about Hemut and I realize I should have waited to go to my store in Los Angeles or Palm Desert. However JOSH supposedly the regional manager as he stated more than once has major anger issues...puffing up his chest and getting into my face was to say the very least, he's a loose cannon with major anger issues. Threatening a women I'm hoping he feels much better about his manhood. WOW is all I can say if this is the type of managers T-Mobile employees is beyond scary. Wouldn't even listen to the issues I was having, and actually acted like a spoiled 5year old. He grabbed my phone and ran in the back room with it saying I have a copy of your drivers license and paper you signed and won't get your phone back. Other witnesses involved were appalled at his behavior. Unfortunately the other T-Mobile reps there are so afraid of him and apologized saying they couldn't say anything for fear they would lose their jobs. I guess he bullies them too. Thankfully my experience at both the Hawthorne store in LA and Moreno Valley was not the same because they are actually corporate and the professionalism shows. In fact Moreno Valley apologized for them because they have customers come from far away to their store because they don't want to deal with Hemut. By giving this store a one star is actually to high. I was refunded my $50.00 stocking fee from the Hawthorne store which JOSH specifically said would be impossible. They don't have 64mg phones in Hemut and will not be honest enough to just tell you the truth. Helmut clientele probably doesn't support this, but could have saved me time and money if they had just been honest at the beginning. Obviously more concerned with their commission. T-Mobile has no idea but this is also getting forwarded to the CEO...My friend wanted to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile but now will not after seeing JOSH's behavior. Thankfully T-Mobile is doing a formal investigation regarding my matter and looking forward to the outcome. read more

Went into store Aug 23, My son said they had some great deals for switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. So we went to check it out, Harley was our Sales Associate, We were told we could port over and receive upto $350 for each Verizon phone we turned in, $300 for each port over, and all our Early Termination Fees paid by T-Mobile. Harley also ran my credit card saying that it was for address verification, not true I was charged almost $700 on my card. Of course I didn't see that one coming until Tuesday when my bank posted Sundays transactions. My son was able to get his Samsung Note 5, but the other 3 phones (IPHONES) we had to order. They came in Aug 25th. I took the iPhones to their store to get them hooked up. I explained to Harley that I was Charged almost $700 on my C.C. he said I could dispute the charges with my bank, hmmm. He saw that I wasn't happy with his answer, he said he would take care of it. He also found out I have a business, he said he could get me an additional $300 credit for each of my lines if I sign up to the business plan, oh yeah, I'm going to sign up for that. He said he would take care of all my needs Aug 26th Wednesday , the next day. I called their store around 12 o'clock Wednesday, I was told he wasn't working that day, but to call back Thursday. So, I called Thursday, he wasn't working that day either. I asked for the manager, Jeffery said he would have Harley work on it first thing Friday morning. Called back Friday at around 12 o'clock to find out how it was coming along, guess what????, neither the Manager or Harley was at work, but call back later. Sunday Aug 30th, Gary (another Manager) said, "we are sorry for all your problems you have been having, so were going to pay for all your phones just so you'll stay with us. You can also verify this information by dialing 611." So thats exactly what i did, I called 611. 611 said, they had no information about what Gary had said. They also couldn't do anything about what was going on with that store. And if they tell you can get your old Verizon Phones back, because you hate this crap, well they lied to you, just like me. They will give you credit(enough to buy one retail iPhone, not 4 iPhones) thats what I had. To this date Sept 13th I do not have a Business Plan with T-Mobile and I have not received credits for 3 of 4 phones I sent to T-Mobile. Verizon hasn't sent me my Early Termination Fee's, T-Mobile says you have 60 days from the day of port to turn in your ETF bill, so they can send you a debit card. Obviously, its a reimbursement, they are NOT paying your bill. If someone said they were taking me out for dinner, I could surely assume, I don't need to bring my Wallet. Not true with T-Mobile. Jeffery also doesn't give a crap about anyone, he told T-Mobile customer service that he knew nothing of the situation. When I confronted him about the situation he told me he would just give me $900 for 4 phones as credit, and then hung up. Nice professional business, NOT! read more

I'm letting people out there know about how horrible this T Mobile on Florida Street qoute do not go there, not only am I stuck with for phones and contracts all because I believed in them they are nothing but layers and to have them represent t-mobile they are a perfect match I've never experienced such a lousy customer service, misleading information, and an experienced personal providing customer service you call tmobile for assistance and they give you nothing but bulshit they do not document they do not keep their word and I feel like its an injustice it's kind kind of like a monopoly like an Edison type deal you cannot win no matter what I was told that you would be able to return the phones after 14 days by the customer store unemployee of T Mobile which I thought and confirm through their customer service due to bad reception in my area of San Jacinto not only do they not have towers they lie about 4 G service which they don't have they lie about everything and I wish that they had the loyalty of truly caring for someone not just to sell equipment and be stuck with it under the contract there quote general manager almost had me arrested for supposedly trespassing because I was not a customer.... Was told the insurance was mandatory to get buy one get one phone deal. Didn't feel like arguing as I didn't see this anywhere in the small print. I logged into my account afterwards and was able to disable 4/5 insurance plans. (bought 4 phones and a tablet). Noticed one of the insurance plans was added to a line I didn't even upgrade that day....Called customer service and they were able to get rid of the last one. $50/month I would have paid for 2 years had I listened to her. Several months ago I tried to buy a cheap phone and add a line for my father from this same girl...when I refused the insurance the computer didn't work and she wasn't able to add the line for some unknown reason. I suspect their incentive for selling insurance is pretty high...beware! Udelia Sena was the sales rep but I suspect it's the culture of the store. I understand getting extra pay is important to a young employee but to lie to customers is crossing the line. read more
