Brandon and Mari were the best. Helped me set up my new phone and transfer data. Brandon also helped set me up under a cheaper payment plan than what was quoted to me at another store plus gave me so much useful information. This location is ruining T-Mobile's reputation. I worked with this lady Jasmin, and she was rude. They accidentally charged me twice for the same device when they changed the plan. If I hadn't figured it out, they would have continuously charged me. I called and spoke with Jasmin and asked her to look into something for me because I was paying for a device that I had returned. She said she would look into it and call me, but she never called back. I called again half an hour before closing, and she said I'm still looking into it but never called, and this was a couple of days ago. I need someone from T-Mobile to contact me to resolve this issue. They are stealing money from me every month for the voice I return. read more

Sunday 1/14/18, 1:20pm, came in for a case, approached by the first person, he pointed at the section and said, from here to here, then he went back to his cell phone (sorry we were a bother). There was a young gentleman name Alex who as soon as he was done with the customer he had, he approached us and made it so simple for us, I'm am in customer service and Alex deliver a fantastic service while the other personal needs to stay away from a customer facing job. They make fraudulent charges if you are not careful. They make their own policies for T Mobile , if you need a T mobile phone go to Lake Zurich store and they are 100 times better. These guys are great! After unsuccessful attempts to fix the issue with Tech Support over the phone and in another T-Mobile store, we finally got everything resolved when we visited this location. Matthew and Eric completely understood the issue and went beyond to fix the problem and get us going. They listened, explained everything they were trying, and genuinely cared. I got a new phone on Saturday switched to T-Mobile from Sprint. On Tuesday my phone stopped working so I went to T-Mobile for them to fix it. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager and she was the one that sold me the phone initially. The employees there said she is only there for inventory and is technically off today. The 2 other employees there didn't know how to work the sprint software and the only one that does is the manager that refused to come out and help a customer b/c she is "off". They said if I wanted her to help me fix it, i would have to come back tomorrow when she is technically working. I'm sorry but that is NOT ok! If a manager is in the store whether you are there to work or do inventory, if you can help a customer YOU DO IT. I work in customer service and would never turn down a customer whether I was clocked in or not if they needed help and im the only one capable of doing so. Needless to say i ended up getting my phone fixed using the sprint app chat function. I appreciate the 2 employees trying to help me as best they could but the manager Is not a good fit for customer service. read more

Nice guys. They answered all of my questions and helped me with my phone issues. I usually like crowds, except when I am at the DMV or in a cell phone store. Fortunately, there are minimal waits here. Overall, I am very happy with T Mobile. The pricing is good and data speeds/call quality are more than adequate to get the job done. read more

It was time to make the switch and move my family plan to a new carrier. I was dreading making the move. Eric was incredibly patient and made the whole process easy and clear. He gave me choices and options and didn't push me to get extras I wasn't interested in. I was completely amazed by the outstanding customer service I received here.
