No no no. No. The first person who spoke to us was adamant that the store is private property and that it was illegal for me to take pictures or shoot video. I was just recording the t-mobile Tuesday deal for a video tip. He then told us to leave (using threatening tones.) David asked if he was the manager (he wasn't) then asked for the manager who also told us it was illegal to take pictures but at least gave us our selfie rings. I have been a t-mobile customer for over twenty years but this experience has me questioning whether this company deserves my loyalty. By the way, the recording stopped the second the salesperson demanded it but I continued to debate him as to whether there were privacy laws in the US that forbade me from taking his picture. The business can ask me to stop... but they can't seize my pictures/footage or have me arrested. I'm always skittish when a business behaves this way... what are they hiding? read more

I bought a new phone to replace an old one but they're something wrong on the phone, and I tried to have it replaced or, better yet, returned it and got another phone, but the lady on the counter said no return nor replacement. So I called the corporate and reported this girl because of her impoliteness rudeness and got an f..attitude. So the corporate store says I can return it to them and can be replaced if I wanted to. Last year October 2020 I had problems with delivery to my home address so I was directed by T Mobile to have my Purchased and delivery to a T-Mobile store. On December 22,2020 went to this local T-Mobile store made the purchase for the device and had it delivered to the store. Few days later a contact the store it was delivered and signed for by dock Information that I got from the UPS website. I was informed there was no delivery made and the store was not responsible for the loss package ,also I was still obligated for the device that was lost by their shipper UPS????? I contact T-Mobile they put in a ticket for Headset research Three times they denied based on past account history that they cannot credit or replace device that I was responsible for the contract and any future Purchases/deliveries I would have to go to the T-Mobile store. After contacting T-Mobile customer care multiple times eventually I was refund the amount back to my card. Warning!!!!!! To future customers of T-Mobile if you have a device delivered to any T-Mobile store , and the package is lost by the shipper that T-mobile hires (UPS or FedEx) T-mobile not responsible for that loss device. The customer will still be responsible for any purchase regardless if the delivery was lost. Never visited a t-mobile store to get quoted before, probably won't again. Their plans seem to be centered around multiple users. For me being a single user there was no cell promotions for new customers. Additionally why I am rating this location 1/5 stars is because I forgot my sun screen when visiting this location. You have to stand outside in the sun faced building as the reps speak to you about plans. While this is going on, other reps are speaking to other people so if you don't mind a loud area, this is the location for you! This location faces the sun directly so come early morning or evening for a cool climate experience. read more

T-Mobile is a good cell phone store. I switched after trying several other providers. The other providers offered spotty service with lots of dropped calls and background noise and T-Mobile is better than that. It's decently priced and offers incentives for multiple lines as well as help with purchasing new phones and other products that use their services. I particularly like them for 2 reasons- 1- They were great for when my husband and I were doing a lot of international traveling. They gave us WiFi no matter where we were, which enabled us to use Skype, etc., which was SO MUCH BETTER than traveling the way we used to where we were essentially cut off from home most of the time. I had 1 experience in particular that will be a lifelong memory- where I was able to use Skype to walk my mom through Edinburgh (I also did it in other places, but Scotland is a lifelong dream for her that I'm still trying to get her to, so Edinburgh was the big 1). It was absolutely amazing and she was thrilled!! 2- They actually care about their customers and have this thing called T-Mobile Tuesdays where they set themselves apart from their competitors by getting us all sorts of deals to different places. (They also offer contests, and no, I've never won a contest, but ignore the contests and focus on the positive- all the other cool stuff they arrange for us.) Just for instance, this week, I got 10 cents off Shell gas, a free Redbox, a free taco from Taco Bell and a fun, free, good quality umbrella. I also have an offer for 50% off Legoland. And that's just because I didn't choose to click on the other offers. They frequently get us discounted movie and concert tickets. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price, which is also the reason I can't get friends or family to move over to them (my family is still paying per text on their phones). But if you have a family, like I said, they do offer discounts. read more

I came here on black friday thanksgiving to trade in my device. We surrendered all our phones. A few weeks later I started getting emails from Tmobile saying that they have not received one of the phones. I called for the first time and they said they will contact the store. I got another notice the next week and so I called Tmobile again and now theyre telling me they received my device. But a week later I got another email saying they havent received my device. So I called and this time theyre saying that theyve located my device and it is still in the store. To me it seems like the retail store decided to keep the device hoping that I wouldnt check the emails Tmobile has been sending me and once the device gets unlocked they will sell it to the black market and they would say that I never traded in my device. So I was instructed by the Tmobile Rep to go to the same retail store and meet with their manager Sergio and he will give me back my device with a return label for UPS to send the device myself. Which I think is stupid because Im already afraid to go back there because these people to me are so shady and not trustworthy. Sure enough the manager on duty Brittney was rude and would constantly interrupt me when I talk as if she was the one who was the victim of the situation. I was here a couple days ago and I was told they'll be right with me, no problem, I understood there were some people being helped... Like 30 minutes went by & most of the customers that were already there when I got there had left and like 5 other employees were just there talking to each other instead of helping me out, even restocking the phone cases or whatever.
