Walked in got help immediately, the store was actually full of people too. I needed two phone screens fixed from cracks in the protective screen. The lady helping us asked us to take off our cases, which was a first time for us. One case was simple snap off as for the other case it was way harder and the lady can most definitely see we were both struggling to take the case off and she didn't offer any help. The same thing when putting the case back together she just said, "yeah those cases can be tricky." That was my first time that the worker didn't do it all and demanded us to take the cases off. I've always had the privilege to have the workers take the phones apart without asking me to do so and putting it all back together. read more

We went today to trade in our phones & we were iffy about going to this location due to all the other reviews but we took the chance & i'm glad we did. The day before we went to the location on craig & the person that helped us his customer service wasnt great & it was like he didnt know what he was talking about. Thankfully at this location ( cheyenne ) the worker Bryan broke down everything for us. How much availble credit we can put against our phones & what lines were cheaper, his customer service was amazing. The whole time my husband & I were there he had full on conversations with us. We went to this store to possibly upgrade our lines. We were assisted by Leo. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He not only provided good feedback on the different phone types, he also took the time to go over pricing and what our new monthly bill would look like with the upgrades. He even calculated how much we would pay out of pocket that day. Needless to say, we upgraded our lines and added 2 lines for watches. I popped in this store because my phone had cracked and I wanted to go check out my options. The store was pretty busy but didn't wait long to be helped. My sales rep Luis was awesome! I took about a hour of his time and he stayed after the store was closed just to make sure all my questions were answered. I've been a android fan for years and never thought I would switch to a iPhone but I took the plunge and got a iPhone 8 Plus! He helped me set it up and I was good to go! If you are not adding a new line and only upgrading your phone this place will treat you like garbage and won't try to help you. They will come up with multiple different reasons and issues why they can't take your phone as a trade in and why it won't be Beneficial to them. I knew someone that knows the rules and works for T-Mobile, so I called that person on the spot and they informed me to leave and find another store. As soon they heard me talking to a person that works for T-Mobile they got worried and started to ask questions. As soon as I arrived to another store they didn't give me any trouble and took my trade in with out an issue. The phone was inspected and no issue was found and the other store actually wanted to me help me out. If you want good service ... then don't come here go elsewhere it will benefit you in the long run and you won't be ripped off. read more

I just got my iPhone about 2 months ago and I shattered the entire back screen. Of course, I wanted to fix my phone therefor, I went to a T-Mobile where I live and basically they told me Apple care can help me. So, I went to Apple, then they sent me back to T-Mobile, and then they had me call 611. To cut to the point, 611 didn't really do much and i was just running back forward. I spoke to probably like 8 people. Until, FINALLY I came to this T-Mobile where Carlos Rentería was really kind enough to help me with this issue. I knew from the start I was paying full coverage insurance and I had Apple care. Somehow, some way Carlos made sure that I received the assistance that I needed. Im glad he came through and gave me a good experience at T-Mobile. He made the entire process flow through without any issues at all and got the job done.
