So I'm a former Sprint customer as of yesterday! And it's all thanks to Andy at this location :) I made the worst decision of my LIFE switching to sprint from AT&T I finally decided to cut the unnecessary stress in my life I got from being with Sprint and switch over to T-Mobile. Andy made it a really quick and easy transition, and was incredibly patient/helpful with every part of the process! Switching providers is kind of like going to the DMV, nobody looks forward to it or wants to take the time to do it. But Andy made it an enjoyable and fun experience! So I normally go to the one on Wilshire and vermont but Kinda had some bad experiences, especially with one of the associates misinforming me, I've had quite the issue with my account, exchanges and such for two months. So I decided to try another store and plus with the whole Note 7 going Boom for the second time, this store carried the edge 7 in silver! Everyone greeted me with a nice Hello, welcome and the very first person who jumped to help was Michael. He did the smart thing and called Tech support and got all the information he needed before he talked with me WHICH WAS VERY SMART! Everything went smoothly, sure it took a while only because of my account being messed up through the other Tmobile store on wilshire and vermont...but that's a story for another time. I'm kinda puzzled why this store has a low rating...I've read that some of the staff are or management are rude and if that's the case, you gotta switch people! Customer service is a people's game, and if you're not nice to your employees or customers, then you're in the wrong field of work. Obviously, I think one of the employees don't appreciate Koreans or men because I came in before two Korean young ladies. As of fact, although I had an earphone on, I came couple minutes earlier than the two ladies and I was ready. As soon as the last customer left, the two young Korean ladies came in right when I was showing my phone to redeem today's T-Mobile Tuesday gift, but the young Hispanic lady just asked the other two ladies if they need help instead of the customer who came in first. Luis is a total jerk. He made so many condescending comments while I spent $1,000 with him that I was literally shocked. He said that customer service would NEVER waive the "upgrade fee." One quick call to customer service and they had credited my account for the "upgrade fee." This guy starts accepting all the terms and downloading all the programs onto my brand new phone even though I specifically told him not to, and he says in the most condescending way possible "Well so SORRY for doing you a favor, K******." In all my Tmobile history of almost fifteen years - I have never ever been treated with such disdain. All Tmobile employees I've ever gone too have been exceptional, I have no idea why they would hire a guy like Luis. Who also will make sure to tell you that "he IS the manager." Funny that a manager couldn't credit my fifteen year old account, but 611 could in less than five minutes. Well..I see all my predecessors have given this store a big thumbs DOWN. I must agree with them all after visiting this store. So far in this store two out of the seven employees that I've seen who work there have been friendly, respectful and helpful. One of the female employees there is snooty, but my biggest pet peeve is with a young associate gentleman who thought he was all that, tried to sell me on the Samsung Nexus, which I have ZERO interest in, and then informs me with his 'expertise' that the ring duration on my LG phone CANNOT be altered or adjusted. I go on Google the very next day and in 5 minutes found out how and changed it myself. Then he gives me a 'subtle' look that I'm taking up his time. This store needs to be retrained, and the associates who are rude and unknowledgeable need to be FIRED. Straight up! read more

I had spoken in the past with another T-Mobile rep at another location and yeah maybe I misunderstood what he told me but boy I come here to get lectured by this lady that I felt like she was having a bad day or something. Well to make it short she sounded like there was no intention to be of any help. I almost had a moment lol but I was strong enough to tell her " you know what, I think it's best if I go back to the person who I spoke to originally. I went in bec my phone wasnt able to make calls. I gave the girl my number and she instantly was like they are working on new towers and data is affected. Im like but i cant make calls, she was like yea same thing but it will work soon. So here iam 8 hrs later and the phone still is not working. I cant even call tmobile. I used my bf phone and called them and the rep was instantly was able to see that since my cycle has started over, the plan i was suppose to have has begun but the previous rep forgot to give me a voice package. The worst tmobile store I went to. I was trying to decide whether I will be moving to this phone carrier instead of my old one. My sister persuaded me to, which I did and this is the first store I went to, to start using Tmobile services. The process in opening a new account went well however as we were about to pay they informed us that we get free accessories without further explanation but just, "Ya, it's free" which ruined the whole experience for us. We decided to take the offer since they did say it is free. As we were paying, our payment from $300 went up to $600+. When we asked why it became like she just, "Oh, it's the taxes from the accessories" She should have explained right away that tax must be paid for accessories that she mentioned to be "free". I just told her to remove all of them and proceeded with my payment for the two phones I am purchasing. During this process, I asked her right away, "What if these phones I am purchasing are defective is there any way I can exchange it?" to which she replied to. "Yes, as long as it is within the 14 days you may exchange it free of charge." I noticed a day later that the phone overheats when I charge it which I called customer service if I can go to the store to exchange without paying any fees and they said yes. So I went, and they are making me pay $50.00 for a restocking fee. Which I think was nonsense since first of all they assured me that there will be no fees within the 14 days of return. And why should I pay for a restocking fee of a defective phone, which was not my fault and is within the 14 days. I then called customer service instead and they agreed with me and informed me that they will just refund me this $50.00 since the store is being difficult to deal with. Thankfully, Tmobile customer service on phone is helpful or else I will just move to a different mobile carrier. Please do something about this store. I am not mentioning names nor other issues I had here because it is going to be a long list. But this store leaves a bad impression to Tmobile. It gives off an idea to some customers that employees are not trained well in regards to customer service. In this kind of market, service has more impact than anything else. read more

Do not expect to be treated as a customer at this location. Do not try to speak to a rep, specially the Korean girl, who might be an assistant manager. If you are not buying a new phone, you will get yelled at first then wait-listed without no estimated time. Questions are answered aggressively and shortly. If you didn't understand her at first time, DO NOT ask her again because she will REPEAT the unclear answers and you will SURELY be treated as an idiot. If she doesn't like the job or can not handle the stress, she should look for alternatives instead of taking it out on a random customer. My experience in this store was infuriating, the people who worked there sat around talking about their personal shit with co-workers and didn't even aknowledge customers in the store until they were approached, and it wasn't cause they were busy. Our family went into this store today to switch carriers. Kyung Jin (KJ) was extremely helpful, especially because he is bilingual. He answered all of our questions patiently. Some questions he had to answer multiple times in both Korean and English, but he made sure that our entire family understood the plan and what we would be receiving. Another guy (sorry, I don't remember your name!) told us about T-Mobile Tuesdays as we were waiting for our phones to be set up. My sister's phone ran out of battery, and she just mentioned it to me as a comment. A few seconds later, the other guy brought over a charger so that she can charge her phone as we waited for everything to be set up. Lastly, I received a phone call after my visit. KJ went out of his way to give me a call to make sure that I knew that I was eligible about their Father's Day promotion. Awesome service by KJ and the other guy! read more

I dont know why soneone would give a 5star review here. I would highly give -5stars anytime here. If I was talking to a manager I would expect alot more better service than sales rep. WORSE. Just to describe her, shes korean, short, has pretty good width all-around. Do not talk to her. Managers are there so customer does not have to call T-mobile customer service but she lacks in information so she had to call T-mobile customer service. Manager needs to train their sales rep; that way customers could get informed about every single piece of information they should know as T-mobile customer. This will make your life easier and my life easier. If they did, I didnt have to waste my time writing bad reviews on yelp.
