Just had a terrible customer experience with Luis, the so-called manager. I went in there to have my phone exchanged. Keep in mind that I have insurance on my phone. Luis, started looking at my phone in detail and found that there was a crack that was less than two centimeters. I look at it and it does not look like a crack at all. He tells me " oh I'm sorry , the phone is crack we will not be able to exchange the phone" are you serious. I asked him if there was anything that he can do to help and with his stupid smirk on his face, he said No. I told him that as a customer I don't feel like he is doing everything in his power to help me out. He kept on saying the phone has a crack there's nothing he can do. There are ways to communicate bad news to customers. He did a terrible job at it. As I'm walking out, he tells me " have a good one!" How am I going to have a good one when you just made me have a terrible experience at your location. He shouldn't be manager There! Doors were locked before time posted on the door. 3 people inside, 2 of them customers. they only ones that cared enough to tell us the store was closed, even though we were going from door to door. finally TMobile employee tells us the store was closed. It was a good 5 minutes before the time posted. You might call before heading over to get the mood of the managers, if you REALLY need to mess with TMobile. read more

If you are a t-mobler or plan on opening up a tmobile account, this is the one to go to. The customer service here is stellar. The associate that you WANT to assist you is none other than Raul. Best T-Mobile experience by far, and I've been with T-Mobile for a very long time. Raul was knowledgeable of all the current devices offered at tmobile and was very attentive the entire time he assisted me. He answered every question I asked him with ease and clarity. And to top it off, he was very very very easy on the eyes. Raul is one of those associates that goes above and beyond what his job asks of him and for this very reason, I will never go with any other phone company. My loyalty stands with Tmobile. I keep coming back to this location because the associate Anai remains patient and professional every time I come in. Initially, we came to switch over from AT&T and receive new phones. Today is my fourth time here because my family decided to switch their phones after not liking their initial phone choices; which Anai so graciously stayed attentive for 2.5 hours to make sure everything was settled as it needed to be. And today, she was more than willing to approach us and help us out with the switch. Currently, she is multitasking to help another customer as well and still is attentive to our order. Anai has exceptional customer service skills, and I highly recommend that if you need assistance with T-mobile that you come to this location and ask for her! read more

So I went to this T-Mobile to get my SIM card transferred to my new iPhone. When I got there one of the guys said they were out of nano SIM cards that he didn't know when they would receive any. I was fine with that since the new iPhones 6 came out I guessed a lot of people needed SIM cards. So I went home. I called another T-Mobile closer to my home and asked if they could hold one for me. Which they did. When I got there I told them I needed to put a my SIM card from my phone into the new phone. He opened my phone and inserted it into my new phone!!! What!!!! I told him that this T-Mobile said I needed a new one. All the guy had to do was ask if I was a new customer or if I had an account. So I went a day without my phone which he could've just changed the SIM card. I'm sticking to the T-Mobile by my house. read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. This is hands down, one of the worst T-Mobile stores out there. I was waiting forever in line and watched a girl at the counter take about an HOUR to finish up the final paperwork on a phone. I think her nametag was Ana V. She worked so slowly, you could see she could care less about the line that was backing up. I mean, the customer already had the phone and was ready but she appeared to not want to help anyone else because it just seemed she wanted to delay dealing with another customer. The next customer she helped walked out, obviously pissed off. I heard what she was telling her too and you can tell Ana obviously doesn't know a thing about the products. There were two other guys, one was helping out someone with a tech issue and the other was busting his butt (Gerald) answering phones, helping customers, doing what he could to try to make things flow. Just poorly run, understaffed location. I get it, I work in customer service too which is why how they treated the customers here pissed me off so much, because a little sense of urgency and better handling of customers would have helped. read more

Horrible service. They take 30 minutes just for you to make a payment if you're in a hurry they will not help you fast enough.

My iPhone was in a case that had my drivers license and credit cards. It was stolen on June 2nd. I went to my local T-Mobil Store and sought to get my iPhone replaced since I had insurance. The deductible was $175.00, which was rather steep to me for another iPhone 6+. Fortunately, I had another option thanks to the excellent customer service personnel. They suggested I get temporary phone for a refundable fee of $50.00. Eventually, I was able to get a new iPhone 6S and a new case WITHOUT a slot for credit cards this time. Lesson learned. Every time I walk in the store, I'm greeted with a hello. They actually remember me and give good customer service, without making me feel as though they are in a rush. They are all good, but Saily was particularly excellent. I'm glad I went there. read more

I walked in on Wednesday to get a phone upgrade and was helped by Karen. The phone I wanted had to be shipped home because the store doesn't have the exact model and I was OK with it koz Karen said it was only gonna take 2-3days. Overall I walked away satisfied with her service. However I called TMobile call center 2days later to find out the order status update and was told the store (Karen I guess) had put in the 7days shipping option :-( I was upset but decided to just be patient. TMobile call center then told me they would reimburse the $6.99 shipping fee. Just today I walked in to the same store koz my bf needed help with his cell and I was hoping to see Karen just to let her know what happened also make some accessories purchase and possibly another upgrade for bf's if his phone doesn't work. Karen wasn't in store so we were greeted by the store manager guy who was super UNfriendly. He did try to help but his demeanor was so unprofessional.. sooo NOT customer-friendly!! Her looked like he didn't wanna be there.. Not even a smile!!! That we didn't wanna waste a second longer in there and just stepped out quickly. (Sighhh) I've been a customer of TMobile for over 10years and I've often struggled with their customer service (call center and stores).. but I must say I've had some really nice ones as well. Saily was very helpful and professional when helping me with my dad's phone. I brought it in due to some issues with insurance and she helped every step of the way; even calling their support line to provide extra help while I was talking to the insurance company. Extremely pleased with the customer service and professionalism that Saily has displayed. Exceptional and an example of how a company should work with their customers. He made a specific discriminatory remarks to me of not speaking English well. I was overcharged without an explanation and I purchased phone and paid full price but the rep told me it s only down payment. I have to pay installment for next 22 months. read more

tmobile is the worst company the representatives are horrible, they contradict each other, some of them treat you like crap, i am a customer for 10 years and my experience is horrible, several times i made the mistake of recognize some reps with the supervisor, thinking they were solving the issue, but i regret that because for example this rep named angel from idaho promise me to call me to give me information how to send my work letter , she never did, today the frustration and stress with this people exceeds my limits. people go somewhere else, tmobile is the worst! they don't even deserve 1 star read more
