The store manager Juan and assistant manager Pedro sold a apple watch to my mom (elderly woman)knowing that she didnt have a iPhone. They took advantage just to make a sale. And also Juan sent my mom to a different store to pick up a new phone. He told my mom that he had confirmed with the other store that the phone was in-stock and available and when she got to the new store she was told that they didn't have the phone in-stock. WARNING PLEASE READ WARNING If you are elderly or unaware of how this industry functions or unable to be firm on what you want be warned that you will be sold products and services not in your best interest due to slimy, unmoral, and borderline illegal practices at this location. I will briefly explain below the situation at hand. My mother was in the store, she is 60 years old and was completely manipulated and taken advantage of the situation by Ricky and the Asian(maybe Filipino) that was the supervisor/lead/manager on duty or so it seems. On 10/4 my mother was in the store that has not have a cellphone for quite some time because she truly doesn't need one. However, recent events have urged her as my father has suffered a near fatal heart attack the night before my mom went to this store seeking service. Our family has been long time, loyal TMobile customers to TMobile and this event won't change how I see TMobile, however, it will definitely prevent me or anyone I know from ever entering one of these third-party stores. I have never EVER had any issue with transparency or customer service at any CORPPRATE location so if you need to do business, drive the extra few miles to visit a location where they won't SLAM phone lines on you at a different price than advertised, then when you ask to rectify the situation because it was a mistake(regardless of whose fault) they say they cannot do anything except open new lines at this location (which is a complete lie) Like I said my mother doesn't do this type of stuff often as my dad is the head of their household and given the situation of my dad almost dieing from a heart attack my mom needed to step in to take care of business and what an awful first time experience for a great wireless company it's a shame. She walked into a store and was gathering information to make a purchase and had already done her research online about plans she wanted to ask about. She really needed only one phone line but wanted to ask about deals on 2 phone lines. She asked about their senior citizen deals and bug surprise here they have "never heard of it" how convenient. My mom is not a stupid person, but she is a very trusting person which with all the recommendations to set up a service at TMobile how could she not be trusting to her own family's advice. Furthermore when telling the rep that it's on the website the rep opened the website and went to deals and selected the criteria for senior citizens and low and behold ALL THE PLANS WERE THERE!! Definitely not the third party retail store. So ask they begin to sales process the rep is clearly trying to hide the pricing on the screen by scrolling past the 27.50 price per line for 2 essential senior citizens lines as I will post screen shots of the online pricing on tmboiles website so you can view yourself. My mom like I said, isn't stupid, she asks the rep(Ricky) to scroll up and there was a very shady tactic to scroll very slowly creeping up to the top of the page before scrolling past the same are in which my mom was trying to guide him (okay, benefit of the doubt - maybe an honest mistake) He then by the grace of God finds the price on the line where it says $27.50 per line for 2 lines totalling. $55+taxes and fees. This is what my mom proposed she wanted to ask about but in reality she wanted the single line for 45/month as long as she can get a free phone she is good.. Anyways, once the first line was opened it was the 45$ line for seniors and that's ok, except the Filipino/asian MOD had cut in and suggested insisted on doing the second line anyways because it's almost the same price "as the first one" so naively mo mom says yes as this point she's been in the store about an hour and just wants to leave because of her social anxiety. So what do they do next you say? They charge her a second activation fee for a simcard and provide no phone to a second line and SLAM a 65$ essential line on her without disclosing what charges were being made to the account and she was told she was getting the 2 for 55$ essential senior plan verbally. They did not add my mom's email before the transaction so she has ZERO order summary or order confirmations, and on top of that they lost my mom's old simcard from her phone that she was trying to get activated after years of non-use which had all her contacts on it. Zero compensation for that, but that's a small feat of this entire transaction. TLDR: do not use thirs party retail stores, call in Monday through Friday at a decent time and get a company sales rep or agent to assist with ANY transactions, period. If you need to go to a store make sure the store is a corporate or official store not an authorized retailer (sorry for all the good 3rd partys out there I know they exist) but think of how many other people were taken advantage of and mistreated. I was able to rectify this situation over the phone in a matter of 10 minutes and I will be filing a complaint to TMobile and the FCC. read more

I absolutely hate coming to this store. There's never enough staff to accommodate the customers. The idiot-manager, JUAN, literally told me it's his responsibility to help "all of the customers who come into the store" regardless of who enters first. He called customer service and handed me the phone and said "tell them what you need." Really? I had already done that from home, which is why I drove to the freakin store! I spent 2 hours in this store on 2 consecutive days before they were able to initiate service on a brand new iPhone 14 Pro that I bought "from T-Mobile." Today I'm back to return a Home Internet contraption that has the poorest reception/speed that I've ever experienced! As I type this, there's 7 customers in the store and only 2 workers to help them. I had a great experience at this store! I got help from Ari on my first visit, when I was looking to switch over and she was on it! She went above and beyond to help me find phones and a plan that was going to work for my family. She was patient and answered all of my questions with understanding and a great attitude. On my second visit Ari wasn't there (wish I could have thanked her again) so Ricky helped me. He was patient, funny, and also went above and beyond while going through the activation process of three phones. There were some bumps in the road with my previous provider, but Ricky was able to handle everything with ease. Their support and great customer service was appreciated. Went there for new SIM card for phone that's on my plan, they could not get the phone working with new SIM card. They asked for my phone number. I left tried to make a call with my phone was unable to. Brought phone back to store, they took a look at my phone said it probably too old, and I may need a new phone. Took the phone to the other T-mobile they replaced both SIM cards no problem. I went to this store a few days ago just to change a phone number on my current account (which should've just been a $15.00/fee) and ended up being charged $35.00+ to setup a new line and had additional lines added to my account without my consent!!! Very Frustrating. And come to find out this store is not a corporate T-Mobile store it's an authorized dealer store (which T-Mobile should take away!!!), not only the horrible service and experience. This store is not managed appropriately!!!! If you have a store full of customers with only 2 reps to help and it's 1230pm, you do not send the other person to lunch especially since the store just opened at 10am!!! Came here on July 1st around 10:20 AM. I ordered a phone online and came in to get it activated. The girl working told me I had to go to sprint or call sprint to get it activated because she couldn't do it. This is the second phone I am activating, and the first time (different T-Mobile location) I got it activated with no problem. Giving this place 1 star because I felt like she was being lazy and just didn't want to do it. I even mentioned that I got a previous phone activated by T-Mobile. I have been lied to many times from the sales and customer service department. I've been hung up on from the customer service department more than 15 times. Different prices were told to me regarding plans. I have and still have conflicting information regarding t mobile paying my sprint bill or my phones off. I don't know what's going on and I have to end with Sprint like now. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau twice now. And have not heard back from T mobile.
