20/10 experience with all of the guys here. I came in being an unhappy Verizon customer and left a happy T Mobile customer. Not only am I saving probably around 170/month with T mobile but they made that whole process of switching carriers, answering all my questions enjoyable. Normally being in a business like that for around the 3-4 hours I was in there I would be stressed, tired and annoyed but each and everyone of them made it a great experience chatting about life, phone stuff and everything. I would not even give this store a one star review. That is far more than they deserve. I have been in business for more than five years and just wanted basic phone service from this company. $450.00 later after being charged for services I never approved I am very disappointed. Now they want to know why I am not happy ?. These people are dishonest, and should not be trusted. If you are in business do yourself a favor, and find an honest phone provider. I'm literally only giving a one, because I have to. I came in today to this sprint to get my daughter a new iPhone 13 because her phone broke. I come into a retail manager from another store behind the counter. I said I have sprint still I need a new phone etc. she said "I can't access sprint my credentials don't work at this store." I said what about that guy? His name is Kyle, and she she said "He's on his lunch I can't legally ask him to work." I said ok, do you have the iPhone 12 mini by chance? She opens the door and tells Kyle to go check if they have the iPhone mini 12, but I thought KYLE couldn't work?!! Wtf.. anyways, then I said is there some one you can call? A manager? She said no. I said can I get the managers number? She said no. WHAT!!! Then, she says Kyle will be off of his lunch in 20 minutes, if I can come back? And she said that he needs to reset his password. So I left pissed, and came back in 35 minutes!! I come in and ask Kyle same thing I asked the lady, he said I can't get into sprint. I said bro are you kidding me? She just told me to come back in 30 minutes!! He said "she said no such thing" WHAT WHY THE FU** am I back then !!! I'm a lier? Like what? I told him she said he just had to reset his password, WHICH SHE DIDN'T EVEN TELL HIM SO HE DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE IT!!! So then Kyle said "We'll I guess I'll reset it, but it's going to take a while." DUHHH IM TRYING TO BUY A DAMN PHONE? Your literally losing out on a 1000$ sale!! Then he's doing something on the computer and comes back to the tablet. He said, "come on screen turn on" about the computer. So he's on his tablet and the screen turns on and his back was to it, so I said "the creek turned on" he then said super fu-***ing rude "THATS COOL, I'm still doing something here." Like duh idiot I'm just telling you! And I made a "pshhh" nose and he's like "WHAT" super aggressive! You know what bro, your rude!!! He was intentionally being rude! So then this dude logs in and he says what do you need? I said, I need to see my remaining balance for an upgrade on a phone etc. and he says "you are aware you can do this on the app, no?" Like DUDE I LITERALLY TOLD U THIS!!!! So instead of buying my phone or giving that store any money, I left and went to a different T Mobil in atown, because FUC*** that and this place! AVOID THIS STORE and Kyle at all costs. read more

My wife and I came in looking for a better deal than we had with our previous provider, Jose hooked us up big time, walked out the door with my bill cut in half and two great phones. Customer service was exceptionally good and over the top, Jose even got my kids a snack when they said they were hungry. He stayed on the phone with corporate until I had the absolute best deal that gave me the best plan and equipment at the lowest cost, stayed late to help me get them set up. IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS- GO SEE JOSE AND GET YOURSELF SETUP WITH A GREAT DEAL! I did and walked away extremely happy read more

Horrible horrible horrible! I activated many lines with these folks but then a problem came up that customer service would not address. They told me to go to the store and talk to the person who set me up. Well the number to this store has been disconnected for weeks and I don't live close enough to drop by. Wow, these employees need better training. They didn't change my plan to their ALL IN plan like I had requested so my bill was screwed up the following month. After I figured this out I came in again to get it fixed, and to get a new sim card for a new phone. They added the phone but didn't add data so I was unable to send/receive messages. A month later I got a call from Tmobile customer service to see if I had any questions regarding my plan. It turns out I was still not on their ALL IN PLAN!! My advice is to save yourself a headache and do all transactions through 1-800-T-MOBILE or #611 from your Tmobile phone. The employees are useless. read more

I recently am with a different phone company who I am not happy with due to my bill and customer service. I went to this TMobile location to get information about what I would need to do to switch. The guy who helped me asked for my ID. Me, like an idiot, handed it to him but asked what do you need my ID for? He said I'm going to run your credit. He was going to run my credit without my consent! Seriously?! Then I realized how red and glazed over his eyes were. Look dude, I smoke too but NOT at work. Get your head out of your ass and figure out how to properly do your job. You represent T Mobile. You're the face of the company. #fail. read more

Starting off, I called ahead because I was lost trying to get there. Guy answers the phone with the most enthusiastic tone and told me it was in the Albertsons parking lot and hung up. I get there with mindset of buying a phone outright, with a budget of 1100. Guy was rude from the get-go, seemed like rather be anywhere but there. I let him know that MetroPCS had referred me to T-Mobile to buy a midrange to high end phone. He let me know that he couldn't sell me the phone without a plan. I told him I wanted to pay the full retail price for the phone, he wouldn't budge. I just want the owner(s) know that because of this employees attitude and mindset I walked out. I was willing to work him but his inability to gauge a customer's needs, lost you guys 1100 at least. read more

I just switched 5 phones from Verizon to Tmobile and what a mistake. I switched because of cost savings, but have found the unbelievable lack of customer service at the store as well as the company's CS department a HUGE disappointment. Verizon CS was always awesome. Steer clear of the Paso Robles store as their manager and sales staff are con artists. I would also suggest another company for service if you ever have to deal with the main company regarding customer service issues. Because you won't get any. read more

But come on people admit the staff in the store is always on point, kind, and mostly knowledgeable. I have always appreciated their service.
