    Worst experience with any kind of utility ever!! Had service hooked up Jan 6 and it worked for…read moreless than 48 hours... had a service tech out on Jan 9 and he replaced the equipment. That time the service lasted less than 5 hours. I cancelled the service that week and switched to Verizon. I returned the modem I had on Jan 13. Then I got a bill for $108 because of the set up fee and "service period". I paid it just to not have to deal with them any more! Now 6 weeks later I'm still fighting a charge for equipment they say I didn't return, but it's the modem the technician took back with him during the service call but he never left me with a receipt. I've had no less than 1 call a week and multiple emails and even the text service. Each time I'm told it will be cleared and then the next week I get some form of a reminder to return equipment or pay the $240 fee. Now several weeks and multiple calls later I FINALLY am told I need a ticket to open a case... so the saga continues...

    This is the worst possible communications company. They over sell their capabilities. They lie. The…read moreservice is literally so slow that I have to go home to upload data through my Verizon internet. I just had a class that had to be cancelled because the internet was down, but they claim they charge the ridiculous amount that they do because they are providing better service than what is provided to residential customers. They trap you in a contract that you can't get out of without paying the full price of the contract. I've never heard of any other company doing that. They know their service is bad. They trap you so that you have to stay stuck with their crappy service. As soon as I can afford to get away from them, I am dumping them. I'd be willing to bet if they told their customers they were released from their contracts, most of them would run as fast as they can. Do yourself a favor, don't sign with cox. They are overpriced, they over promise, and then you're stuck. I regret it everyday single day.

    Was at the store today and had a horrible experience with a young man name Ramie. I only came in…read morefor a replacement for a screen saver. Which I originally purchased when I brought my phone in January 2026. It's unlimited replacement. He was very rude and snappy saying he didn't have one for my phone, which was not true. They put a 16/17 protector on my phone originally , somehow he said they couldn't put on a 17 protector which didn't make any sense which they had in the store. I asked him could he let me see the protector that he was talking about and he told me no unless I was going to purchase it. I asked him could I talk to a manager and he said she went to lunch and he was going to lunch too. I asked him when would she return he said in 30 minutes. I said I would wait. I thought this is ridiculous. I stayed calm because I was in shock over his treatment over a phone protector I purchased unlimited replacement. I could not believe his unprofessionalism. The treatment was really unbelievable. The other guy Chris was not helpful either I ask him for help because I remembered him and he said he never helped me before. I am writing this because no customer should be treated this way. I have been coming here for over twenty years. I will never forget how they treated me today. No one should be treated in such a rude disrespectful manner. *I was fortunate that a Wonderful young lady wind up helping me name Sunny, She stepped in and helped me I explained to her the situation and she called the manager and she told her it was okay to replace my screen protector. Thank you so much Sunny for your professional and patience. You are what TMobile represents. Your kindness and helpfulness was truly appreciated. I called customer care service and I wanted them to know about you. They told me to make sure I call the manager which I will definitely do. I hope they give you a score of 10.

RAMIE helped me not only exchange my device but set it up and went through each process making it easy to understand. I've been a T-Mobile customer for 20+ years and I appreciate not only the knowledgeable of your employees but their patience and dedication.
