Feels like you're hanging with the cool kids, who also happen to be smart, polite and well dressed in black and pink track suits Their fearless leader, Lauren, who's like the "momma lion", keeps one eye on her active cubs, while she's attending to her clients and other activities going on in "her den", keeping herself available to answer questions and assist. The worst customer service I've experience with T-Mobile. I came in ready to buy a new phone. Ready to spend money and the girl helping me had absolutely no knowledge of the Iphones. She couldn't tell me the difference between the Iphone 8, X, and XS. I've been an andriod user all my life and wanted to know more of the Iphones. I asked her to show me the XS and the screen was stuck on a game. She didn't know how to get out of it. Didn't bother to ask one of her colleagues to help her. She just told me that I couldn't look at the phone because she didn't know how to get out of it. I asked her if there was a comparison sheet and she said no and again didn't bother for help. She works in a cell phone service store all day and doesn't know how to use the phones... I also asked her about the jump program which she had little knowledge of as well. I was so fed up I just left. I drove to the T-mobile store in North Hollywood and there was a night and day difference. Needless to say, I spent my money there. Go to North Hollywood! Awesome! Incredible I am so glad I stopped calling tech support and just drove to this place. I could no longer use my cell phone once I would leave my home...Couldn't text nor receive texts, couldn't use ANY of the features that normally a smart phone, cell phone, iPhone has. I was calling for 2 weeks, talking to TMobile technical support specialists, supervisors, even giving them hints of what could have happened could be internet wifi issues, last call support I was advised to simply turn off my wifi connection once I leave home my response was "I never needed to do that for 20 plus years I use cell phones...This had never happened to me! Javier fixed right away without ANY waste of time and understood after hearing my two or three words spoken...SIM was disconnected, this feature connection does not need additional charges, it is granted with your mobile service and they had disconnected it for a month I was in dilemma. Javier and Laurie at that location in Studio City figured it out, and in two minutes I was FINALLY out of there with a normal regular service restored on my cell phone. God knows how much time I would have wasted calling TMobile customer service technicians- I was ready to simply get rid of TMobile had it not been for Javier and Laurie. They listened, understood, and WILLING to help with knowledge, and service oriented dedication. THANK YOU JAVIER and LAURIE I wished you were my tech support for everything included in my TMobile service. read more

I dropped my phone and completely smashed up the screen, fortunately I had taken out insurance, so I was directed to speak with the insurance/repair people at this store. Thomas helped me initially, and as a claim had not officially been made, helped me walk through the steps over the phone with the insurance company. As it turned out they decided to replace my phone rather than repair it, at which point, Thomas could have left it at that, but he kindly offered to help me out again, once I received my new phone. I returned with the phone today, and he spen an hour and a half transferring everything for me. He was so kind, patient and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond on both occasions. If you have any repair issues, my advise is to go straight to him to fix them! read more

They never smile or say anything when you enter or wait in line, doesn't matter what question you ask. This place is one block from my work so it's convenient. They may even be racist! I've been everywhere, yeah, I've been everywhere. Well I've had cell phone service from all the usual suspects: AT&T, Sprint etc and like T-Mobile the best. Customer service is great (Sprint you could learn something) and their family plan it's great for my husband and I. The people at this location are especially nice and there is ample parking in the back, always a bonus. Once you are done buying your bitchin new phone, you can go next door and grab a coffee at the Starbucks. It's a win-win! read more

As a long time loyal customer to T-Mobile I have come to expect great customer service and a knowledgable staff. This location is no exception. They have a clean store with friendly and a patient staff. Then only setback I have with T-mobile ( not the location) is the lack of selection of phones. Parking is in the back or on the street. You can pay your bills via a payment machine or you can pay it at the counter. The moment I walked in, I noticed that they were very busy. After walking around for a minute or so I was greeted with a very warm welcome in which Joanna asked me my name and introduced herself to me. She explained that they were busy but she would help me as soon as possible. I looked around and noticed that their store was exceptionally clean and display was very sharp on top of a wide selection of phones to browse. About 10 mins. later the manager Joanna tried to help me with the issue on my phone. Unfortunately she couldn't fix it so she asked Miles if he understood the irritating issue. Miles took over and was just as personable as Joanna and he was able to solve the problem in no time at all. The customer service was just awesome. Walked in here today for my first time because I needed to buy a new iPhone and decided I would buy the iPhone X. I walked in and no one said a word to me, there were 3 employees out on the floor who I made eye contact with and they didn't say a word. I walked near them, still nothing. I decided I'd wait till they approach me and nothing till I walked up to one of the employees again she said "let me get you checked in" by the time it was supposed to be my turn they skipped me. Worst customer service I have ever seen in retail. On two occasions I have come in with issues. Both times the phones were new and the customer service rep was rude. Unhelpful. The first time when the phone wouldn't power on the first words out of their mouth was "well, did you drop it in water?". It was in a very condensing tone. We said no and they said then said "well the manager isn't here so we can't help you". I just went in today to exchange a phone within the 14-day return policy that is faulty. I called to have the phone put on hold (which they did). The associate said I had to pay a restocking fee for the phone (even though the phone is faulty, which bypasses the fee. After they told me they couldn't give me the phone because the last one was on hold. I said yes, me. They said no someone else. I don't know if it is the management or what but this store is awful. If T-mobile was smart they would either clean house or close this store. I will never go back ever again! read more

I went into this store back in June, I went in for the Bogo sale for the iPhone 7. Everyone in the store was very nice, I was told when I get the first bill it would be high because I would be charged the first couple months and then it would drop off and I wouldn't be charged thereafter. Well, I am here to tell you that is B/S. I kept getting a high bill so I called in and questioned this. The person on the phone told me that the phone was not set up as a BOGO ( buy one get one free) and that there was nothing that they can do, however, if I wanted to return one of the phones I could and that they would refund me for everything. WTH...I asked the rep, so what would my daughter use for a phone then she said well you can get another phone WFT is the logic behind that I asked? she had no response, she then said well you can port over another phone from another carrier and then buy another phone and then she will get that one free??? again where is the logic they only one coming out ahead is T-Mobile...WTF is that logic... What happened to I am the customer and I am the person wronged so fix it!!! her response is that they no longer offer the BOGO so I am ass out and if I do not pay the outrages bill they will shut my services off and take me to collections WTF. So because the phone was not set up correctly at the store I am screwed!!! Looks like I will be making a call on Monday to my lawyer, so they can deal with this nothing but issues with these people from day 1. Not to mention when I first signed up way back when I was being charged for a phone and a number that I didn't even have that an employee added to my account that was at the Sherman Oaks Galleria location back in 2009-2010. Buyer beware of T-Mobile scams they do anything to get you to buy a phone, you go in there trusting that you are getting what they are supposedly selling you to find out down the line that they screwed you, I guess that is the new American Way!!! Dominic is THE BOMB! I've been in this store several times and everyone is great, informative, helpful, etc. Very professional and helpful every time I come in. Today I'm writing this review due to the AWESOME service Dominic did today. Was in the store helping us for over 2 hours (very complicated thing) and he was so awesome, patient, and helpful. Made the whole thing not as stressful. He cares and really wanted to help. The manger on duty helped with anything he had questions on. Sorry I don't have his name but I've seen him several times (even has helped me and he's fantastic too) and this is an amazing store. This whole thing was transferring a number from one account (business) to another personal one, helping us talk to customer care for giving responsibility of an account to another, call forwarding and then some (LONG story, complicated). Dominic actually helped more then calling customer care. He was on the ball and called someone as I was taking with customer care in the store. Appreciated that and his call Made things move forward. It was a stressful complicated thing that we had to do and he was fantastic helping us. This store has always helped me out. Honest and I actually only go to them. Glad I switched from sprint. Anyway, Dominic you ROCK and guys you should come here for anything you need. They rock. I've been coming here for 3 years and never been disappointed. But Dominic today rocked it hard. Came in to get the iPhone 6. They did not have any in stock however they took the time to go over the buy back program. We wanted to trade in our 5s. We were there almost 2 hours getting all the information about that as well as prices etc. The employees were super nice and knowledgeable. We ended up having to leave and come back since they only had the iPhone 6 plus to look at. We did return later that day to order the phone. Again, the employees were amazing, and really took the time to answer all our questions, as well as calling 10 plus T-Mobile store to see if anyone had the phone in stock . Manager is really nice as well. He ordered everything for us and we even got a promotion for an overnight shipping (which I believe ended now). Anyhow, got the phone in white and silver. Love it! The entire staff of this T-mobile is amazing! I always feel like I come here when I'm in a crisis because they are the most wonderful and compassionate people who really go out of their way to help. Chrissy helped me get my life back together last year when my phone was stolen. Then this year Tremel helped me immensely by getting us all set up with an Iphone SE for my boyfriend's line (and just generally being awesome, too :) ). This TMOBILE SCREWED ME OVER SO BAD. i was advised by a specialist that my contract ended when in fact i had a couple months left. He was trying to get me to sign up for another contract and get a new phone. Later within the month i ended up switching over to AT&T and was charged a $100 early termination fee from tmobile. After weeks of neglect, and going back and forth from customer service to actually talking with someone from the store, the manager told me that there was nothing she can do, saying that it was all a misunderstanding. Again, he told me my CONTRACT ended. i did a double take and asked him again and he advised me AGAIN that my contract had ended. SO unjust and unfair. I left swearing never to go to tmobile again and felt treated horribly. They just made me feel so bad that i lost money for something that was entirely their fault and did nothing to try and help me. The manager even told me that this has happened to them before where a customer misunderstood and was charged an early termination fee. CLEARLY there is something going on here with the specialists lying to their customers about their contracts. read more

I visited this T-Mobile store to pay my phone bill. - When I walked in all 3 customer service reps were standing near the computers but leaning against the wall with their heads down looking at their phones. There were 2 girls and a flamboyant guy. I could tell no one wanted to help me, the guy did help me acting as if he was forcefully having to do so. He was rude! His attitude sucked, and so did the service I received from this store. -Never thought going into a store just to pay my bill could be so upsetting. I'll never visit this store again. read more
