Don't go to this location. I'm seriously disappointed that I was lied to about a protection plan I had. I just bought a new phone at apple and they informed me that something I was told couldn't be done at this store by one of their younger employees (wish I got his name but since they're always rude, I didn't even care) could have absolutely been done but it's too late now. They seem to only care about commission or something but every time I go in I feel taken advantage of by these guys. I should have learned the first time I guess. Just go to a different store. Neda K. rocks! My husband and I happened to walk in at the right moment (no other customers) and Neda stepped up, and helped us through the process of upgrading our two Samsung phone. She was informative and gracious throughout, and her customer service was impeccable: she brought cases to me rather than pointing me to the display, opened the boxes, let me choose, offered to bring other accessories so I could see my color choices, etc. It was a LONG process (like buying a car!), but her knowledge and demeanor made it as painless as possible. Tried to give her a tip because she certainly deserved it, but she refused. Totally satisfied with the process and would recommend her and go back to this store myself! read more

Came in yesterday to preorder the iPhone 6S and I was greeted by Desiree. Desiree was so helpful and knowledgable about the new Jump On Demand. I had gone to another T-Mobile store and was given false information, but Desiree was able to give the correct information and explained it in full detail! After she placed my order the system didn't work and so she tried multiple times but again the system failed. Desiree was so kind enough to take her time and try placing this order again on her own time the next day. She then texted me confirming the order went through the next business day. If I ever come back it will be because of her. I would love to see more people like Desiree working there! She was awesome! Hire more workers like her! read more

I gave this T- Mobile a two star because I had to wait over one hour to be seen. There were only 3 employees working. I don't understand what are they thinking , they are busy every weekend why don't they hire at least 2 more people to work so that we don't have to wait so long. P'S this is not the first time that I have had to wait that long. I recommend calling in ahead of time and seening if they will put your name down on the list. Considering u will have to wait. The other reason I am not a happy camper is because just a little over a year ago I paid over $200 for the My Touch phone and today they cost $49. OMG. But besides that after a year mine started acting up over heating, not turning off etc etc. So being a long loyal customer that I am for over 10 years I went in hoping that they would NOT pull that """ OOO YOU' DONT HAVE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY,""" crap!!! All day yesterday, I was having mega problems with my battery not charging. Seeing how I have to use my phone for work, this was presenting a bit of a problem. I went to other t mobile stores and they kind of gave me the run around. After looking for a battery and not having much luck, I came to this store. Ernest was the man. He dug a little on my phone and immediately solved the problem! Then he mailed out another battery to me just as a back up. Going above and beyond! I love it! Alex is a horrible person (and that's putting it mildly) ....he deleted all my texts msgs after he transferred my contacts from my old sim card (while it was still in my phone) to a new sim card...then claimed he didn't know how that happened, really?? He's supposed to be an expert but doesn't know how or why my data was deleted? Alex you know you did wrong. I lost many conversations dear to me...especially of a loved one who has passed away. His carelessness has caused me great pain in addition to the pain and grief I am already going through. Just a horrible experience!!! read more

BEWARE if you live in Studio City! Their map shows "great coverage", but everyone in the area between Ventura Blvd./Moorpark and Laurel Canyon/Whitsett knows the coverage is less than "spotty" - it's non-existent. I was lied to THREE different times after purchasing a new phone and switching to T-Mobile from AT&T. They then "locked" my phone for a day and a half, after I switched over to AT&T again. They refused to refund the monthly payment I'd made on a phone with no coverage, Studio City AT&T, by the way, has EXCELLENT coverage and excellent, kind employees (Sean, in particular.) T-Mobile gives you the runaround, and their "customer care" phone service is abominable. read more

I switched to T-Mobile a few months ago and I've been really happy. These guys were super friendly and helped me through the transition phase of switching carriers. Noel, in particular, was really helpful. The only complaint I had (hence the 4-star) was that when I first got there, the girl who initially helped me was _really_ pushy, trying to get me to buy the newest phone and the biggest data plan even though I made it really clear that I just wanted a simple smart phone and that I didn't plan on using a lot of data. Sure enough, months later, I'm using like 200 mb/month - glad I stuck to my guns. read more

We decided to switch from Verizon and stopped at this store to ask for help with the process. Although there were many choices and a lot of mumbo jumbo, we were helped by Miles who made it simple for us to do the switch. We had to return two other times for questions and other help and each time we had Miles. We were in and out in 10 mins and he took excellent care of us. Purchased 2 Apple XS phones. My daughter's phone is working perfectly. Mine not so much. 2 days after purchase it started getting hot. I took the phone back on day 4 worried that it was a dud. The rep said he would exchange the phone for me. I actually saw him open the phone & exchange the sim card. Great right! The problem is this, he went into the back to take off my glass protector and put it on the new phone. He came back and everything was cool. NOT! The "new phone" started getting hot the very next day. I flew out of town that day. Every day I was away, the phone was getting hot. New phone. Did he give me a new phone? He said he did. I called & spoke to the manager who told me to take it to any TMobile and they would switch it out. Not true. They wouldn't. Flew back to town 7 days later, the phone still getting hot. I tried to use the Lyft app, after taking the Fly-Away bus to my neighborhood. It wouldn't work. Wi-fi problems I thought, OK I will use my own data. Lyft app still not working. No data. Great. Will call my daughter & ask her to help me with the app. Call FAIL. I call another number in my contacts. Call FAIL. OK, now I'm concerned. I call 611. Let's talk to TMobile about this. Call FAIL. I have literally no connection to anyone or anything. 3 large suitcases and nowhere to go. I'm sitting there fuming. After an hour my phone starts making calls and I have internet again. Hallelujah! I went to this location to switch my sisters phone from Verizon to t-Mobile. There plans are awesome and so cheap. I honestly loved the costumer service! Milton helped us he was amazing made us laugh, and got everything done at the same time. I wish all people were like him. Honestly very good experience. I switched over to T-Mobile from AT&T and I couldnt be happier. The service is superior to AT&T and the plans are wallet friendly. However the main reason I reason I am leaving this review is because of the customer service I received when I walked into this store. ATT&T made it surprisingly difficult to switch over but DESIREE, one of the reps at this store, helped me get through this long and annoying process. She was very attentive and did not hesitate to help me even when she was off of work in order to get the job done--TRUE STORY. I walked in, they ignored me, another guy walks in after me, they welcome him and ask for his name so he could be put on the wait list. I approach one of the employees and ask to be put on the wait list. She told the guy that came in after me that the wait would be about 30 minutes. I waited an hour and still no help. She said there were 2 people in front of me after I waited an hour. So I left. Waste of my time. Then I went home, figured out how to transfer my SIM card myself and called T Mobile and the whole process from store to finally activating my account over the phone took 2 hours. I took the day off to go to the beach w my family and I missed the whole trip because I somehow thought that transferring SIM cards and activating my account would take 20 minutes max and I could quickly take care of that before I left for the beach. TERRIBLE experience at this location! The young girl who works there I won't out on blast (blonde with the glasses) is such a little snarky B! I've been in there now twice, once about 9 mos ago she was a total sarcastic twit but I have her a pass because I had replied my son's iPad in the bathtub by accident, but just last week I went in and she was just bad if not worse!! I wanted to upgrade my iphone 6s-Plus that had just sh*t the bed on me. She says "well what phone do you want? So I ask her "what's the upgrade from the one I have now?" She says snotty and as sarcastic as anyone has ever been "well there are a plethora of iPhones do you have any idea what you want at all?! First off, impressed on the usage of plethora I'll give her that one but she may want to familiarize herself with it's definition because the 3 phones that Apple has on the market currently, isn't a plethora Dumb B! What I was looking for was whether or not they had made an actual upgrade to my iPhone 6s plus no longer in circulation. To wit, she says "oh well ya there is the iPhone 7s plus or 8." Ok now we're cooking with crisco not that this millennial would have any idea what cooking or Crisco is!! The salespeople at this location are extremely rude and don't want to give people more than a few minutes of their time. They especially talk down to customers who might not be very tech savvy ... quite insulting. Isn't it part of their job to answer questions and explain how certain products work? They just seem annoyed if you don't know as much as they do. I've gone in there a few times, and each time, I've experienced this sort of behavior. My son and I had to go back three times to the Studio City T-Mobile,on a very busy schedule. First the employees careless and left my ID in the printer and my sons sim card from his old phone. The second time my husband went to go get my ID when it first opened and had to wait almost an hour. The third time we had to go we had to erase all my sons data from his old phone and we waited almost another hour. I have to say this store has one of the best customer service! I went to another T-mobile store near my work (Melrose area) and I did not want to go to that store again. This store is different. Even when one of them were assisting another customer they acknowledged my presence, and told me they will assist me after they assist the other customers that were ahead of me. Nice! Nouah really took the time to assist me on my new iPhone. Even called the T-mobile corporate store to help me get my return label for my other phone! And Desiree was very sweet too!! I was instructed by Ivin to call costumer Servise to provide me with a code in order to pick up the new hot spot USP since they recently upgrade the tower to 4g and my current hot spot USP does not work. So I did , the next day I went to the the store to pick it up , but unfortunately another rep Alex P asked me " how can I help you" !!!!!! It took him 1.5 hrs to give me a wrong answer !!! He actually called the costumer servise , which originally Ivin told me that they can not call , to find out why should They give me the new port for free !!!! At the same time my office was on the phone with the costumer servise letting them know they don't want to give us the port ! After 10 mints , the phones stop working !!! I was still at the se place and I asked them "your costumer servise is trying to call you but you are not picking up the phone , they said unfortunately the phone is not working !!! I asked that " is that right ? Or u unplugged the wires ? They said no ! Anyways , I was not satisfy by their quality after 1.5 hrs !!!!!I will definitely will not visit this place !!!!! read more
