What an awful experience. Was a disfunctional location and horrible management. The manager Tony Araujo had four of his employees standing around unable to help any of the customers because apparently Tom Araujo is the only guy to handle a situation other than paying a bill. I came in with an issue with my phone and been on the phone with technical support with Apple then T-Mobile and was directed to go directly to Tony Araujo's store for in person help. When I arrived an employee greeted me kindly and once I described my issue the employee went to get Tony Araujo. After explaining myself for the eighth time which is absolutely irritating Tony Araujo gave me one look and said it's not our problem. Provided no solution or compassion. As if he didn't want to be bothered. Tony Araujo told me I was rude and to lower my voice. Wow. I was so offended with no help. Well I left and called T mobile corporate and made a formal complaint about Tony Araujo customer service skills. T-mobile you should have a secret shopper there immediately. I recently purchased a Iwatch series 3 and when I wore it at home I did not like the size. I came back in a week to exchange it with a higher model but they ask for 50$ restocking fee. One of the worst customer service I ever seen in T-Mobile. If you call customer service and buy your watch through them you don't ave to pay restocking fee. This store has bad service. The girl that works there Jasmin did not know what she was talking about. I went to a T mobile store earlier in the day to take advantage of the Apple Watch promotions. Buy one and get $200.00 off the next one. I was at The store located on Newport Avenue and Walnut. Mike, store manager, was awesome, but did not have the watches I wanted. Plus I had to go to work. He did set up my lines for the watches and told me to check other store to see if they have the watches, which I did. I called Jasmin at this store (Edinger). She stated she had the watches (series 4). I went over there and waited a while (20mins). I showed Jasmin my receipt of the added lines. She said she couldn't give me the watches because the other store did not follow protocol. She called her store manager and she said the store manager was going to call the store tomorrow and ask the other manager why he set up my account with no watches. Jasmin said she couldn't give me the watches because of the protocol issue. I called T mobile customer care and told them the issue and they said it was inaccurate information Jasmin gave me. Customer care said it was a coaching issue and all she had to do was call customer care to help me set up my watches. No wonder this store has bad ratings. Hello, It's 9:55 p.m. on Christmas Eve and I had to take a few minutes to write this review. My name is Rob Lannes. My girlfriend, Daughter & I have been T-Mobile customers for over 12 years. Overall, mostly satisfied with everything cell phone related (I personally have had trouble with my HTC Sensation 4G phone since the LTE switch over in July 2015). First off, we live in Garden Grove. There are probably 6 - 8 T-Mobile stores closer to us, but now, I would not go anywhere else. All the employees at the store that I saw on Tuesday & today were smiling & really going out of their way to make everyone happy & satisfied. Chris Sequeira helped me on Tuesday morning (12-22-15) set up my Samsung "New To Me" used S4. He patiently did everything getting it dialed in for me. Unfortunately, when he did the necessary updates, the phone went into an unusable mode with the screen lighting up like the 4th of July (Only, not in a good way). Unfortunately, I was unable to walk out of the store that day with a new phone due to the T-Mobile customer service rep that Chris spoke with taking it upon himself to send me a replacement used S4 (Which I did not want). Chris said to bring in the phone once I receive it and he would take care of me with a new Samsung S6 at a great price (T-Mobile incentives etc.). Today (12-24-15), I called Chris at 3:00 and said I'd received the replacement S4. He said to bring it in and he would take care of me. Well, he went above & beyond, once again switching everything over from my outdated HTC Sensation to the new Samsung S6. His combination of technical knowledge, polite attitude & friendliness are very rare in the retail business. I give him & the store a 5 out of 5 star rating! Happy Holidays! read more

I purchased a car charger a couple months back and I know it has up to 1 year warranty so I went into the T Mobile store try to switch it out and since I didn't have a receipt they couldn't exchange it. Everything that I purchase usually goes on my account and it's not my fault that the employee did not put the purchase of my car charger on to my account for proof that I had purchased to T Mobile car charger. This location is on my way home from work. Came in with a couple of issues I was having with my phone. The salesman named RJ didn't even bother to look at my phone, he just told me that I should buy a new phone and immediately tried to convince me that my phone was a piece of garbage (I have the HTC One). His line was "You know, once one thing breaks, you know how it is, the whole phone start to fall apart." No, RJ, that isn't how it works. He then tried to lie to me and say that because I have a grandfathered plan, that I don't actually get 4G speeds, so I would need to buy a new phone to get real 4G. I called customer service later on to confirm that was an outright lie. He then tried to convince me to change my plan, and how he could save me $6 a month, but the catch was I had to buy a brand new phone at full price. So for $600 I could save $6 a month on my plan. But he failed to mention that there would be an additional $30 a month charge for the cost of the phone. I explained the math to him, and he still didn't quit and then tried to sell me a some no name brand phone that was $150 that had way worse specs than the phone I currently have. I finally just called him out and asked if he works on commission. To which he sheepishly admitted to. He was your stereotypical sleazy used car salesman. At no point in time did he make any effort to actually solve the issues I was having, he just wanted a commission. Total scumbag. read more

Sales manager lied me. I have iPhone7 that needs to be unlocked. He told me (don't remember his name) that it's would be OK in 24-72 hours. I paid around $700 , got a receipt and his word. I waited for 3 days and nothing happened. Then I called to customer service (611) and they told me that I have 2wait 37 days. Seriously? This iPhone is a Christmas gift for my gf. Evil company that entraps you. Do not use there rip off tmobile tuesdays. The movie they said i won did not work so they offered to credit me $10 to my bill that was already set up for electronic withdrawal. They said they'd have to remove electronic witdrawal to apply it therefore I'd have to remember to pay. I have a crazy busy life like everyone in Amerika these days, and forgot. They immediately disconnected my three lines and i immediately paid and they immediately charged me 3× $20 for re starting them. I called to complain and they agreed to remove only 2 of the fees stating it was against policy and since I'd been with them so long they'd go above and beyond by meeting me more than half way on the error. I feel like it was entrapment to get an extra $10 + out of me for their initial mistake. I can't wait to find a better phone company to switch to. read more

I came in this location on a Saturday afternoon, after having a terrible experience in my local store (Bristol and Warner) were they claimed they couldn't install my current Iphone and i had to buy a new Iphone from them. This location made it work for me, i took my phone in and within 2 minutes Refugio (Cuco) Lopez switched it over. I'm so glad i came into this location because i didn't have to buy another phone when my current phone works perfectly. Everyone in this location were very helpful and professional. I will gladly drive a few minutes extra, be helped by people that know what they're doing and their priority is helping. read more

He signed me up back in the day and has continued to activate lines for me as my family has grown over that time. This store gave me the worst experience I have ever had at a T-Mobile store. I was having trouble with my brand new Sony Xperia Z1 that I got exactly 2weeks today. Instead of truly trying to help me, the rep guy flat out told me that there was nothing they could do because I was on day 15th of having my phone. I would just have to stick it out until I upgraded or file an insurance claim. He did nothing else and wasn't even fully listening to what I had to say. Needless to say, I left and went to the store where got my phone and they switched my phone because I was still under the 14 day warranty, something the other guy didn't even fully investigate. I just switched to T-Mobile from sprint and I wanted to thank the T-Mobile team for their help, especially Brian who went out of his way to address my photo transfers to my new phone. He was very patient, answered all my questions, and helpful. He understood the importance of the memories I had stored on my old phone and that I did not want to lose a single photo, he even postponed the master reset of my old phone in order to allow proper transfer everything over night. T - Mobile off redhill is chill. I run some office management type store for rerees. And I came into make new that I'm in the area, run work for Metro Pcs and started that like 20 years ago. With down end on the front money to front load the company but I here.. yada yada yada. Very beautiful, the store. And real nice to say something lil about them. Also run through Starbucks I gave and did similar for them leader front loader. So if you want too talk to Starbucks, see if they'll cater for like a month for 4 xs a month, and next month 1 x a month, And then back to 4 xs. See if you can get 50% off the first three months. Then 60% off 2nd 3 months. Then back to 50%. Determine further. With quarters it would be good. Think of some things to make conversation. No fraternization, guys. Maybe look into everybody going in on a wharehouse or with little store projectabilities. I at Metro Pcs think for your future. Your locations. Company lotted and young people can join. With ideas of over city management just catering to the upkeep. I don't know something small. And try to encourage developments ideas for work. Retirement is seriously something you can do young. I would highly recommend this store just dealing with Chris, Jose and I forget her name but she's this little Latina girl. Great associates! I like dealing with all those mentioned helpful associates except the store manager, Charlie. CHARLIE is extremely unprofessional, inattentive and I believe just skating his job because all the rest of the staff are great. He is the only rude and obnoxious staff member there. I am not sure how he became the Manager. He doesn't greet you, doesn't Crack a smile and absolutely no personality. When he is on the floor he has his back turned to the front door and barely recognizes any paying customers. I have dealt with him and he's such a dick. He talks in third person about your situation to the associate that's standing right there. Never has the balls to say anything to your face. He just sends the other staff to say what he just said . Completely unprofessional and demeaning, like he's too good to talk to the general public. While the other staff members are jumping around the store , hustling to obviously bringin quotas for the store he's sitting in the back office doing God knows what. Switching from AT&T to T-Mobile has been the worst phone decision we have made. We went with T-Mobile because they promised lower prices, unlimited text, and great service. Our phone bill did not go lower, it has gone up $60 a month unexplained, we cannot hold a conversation without being disconnected, and our Wi-Fi is horrible. This is very difficult for running a business. My desire is to switch back to AT&T as soon as I can. read more

This place totally screwed me over. Bought the two Samsung Galaxy S8 with the buy one get one free deal, but the representative failed to give us the proper paperwork for the promotion (told us it would be mailed, never came). Called customer service, they supposedly send me a link and a code to claim the promotion, told me to wait 6-8 weeks, but my $800 never arrived. Called again and they told me that they couldn't give me the free phone deal because the promotion had expired. Yep. They screwed up twice and still wouldn't honor the deal. I ended up paying way more money.... get your plans from somewhere else even if it costs you a little more. At least you wont deal with false advertisement. read more
