The wait time is estimated at 20 to 25 minutes but after waiting for 40 minutes the manager will say 10 more minutes. So it's more like an hour wait time to be helped. read more

Went in to switch over my wife and in laws from ATT. Bryan was very patient with us, explaining everything in depth over a couple hour span and staying an hour past close to make sure we were taken care of. As a customer service manager myself, I was definitely impressed with the level of service shown us by Bryan and Jacob for sure. read more

I signed up with them more than 2 months ago with a buy one get one phone free program. They said it would take 8 weeks to process the information and I would get rebate from t-mobile. Now almost 10 weeks have passed and I checked with t-mobile but was told the rebate was never submitted to them. They basically cheated me into buying 2 phones and never gave me the rebate. Plus the manager promised me a $25 on my bill for a wrongdoing by his employee. It never came. Don't trust what those guys tell you. They are all liars. read more

Try to go to another T-Mobile store. Manager doesn't keep his promise. I was considering signing up for new service with T-Mobile so I went in to see what deals they were offering. I still had two months left on my current plan. To sign me up the manager Chris said he would be happy to credit my account for me to sign up including taxes. To assure me he gave me his number. After the time he told me to wait to check on the credit, I called and texted multiple times and he never answered or responded. I went back to the store and he again assured me he would take care of it. He then said he would make sure to call me. I confirmed I had his right number which I did. No call back and no answer to my calls or texts and still no full credit to what he promised. It's a real shame, since the rep who was helping me was informative, helpful and friendly. The manager ruined the experience, wasted my time and wasted my money. Spend your valuable time and money with people and businesses that are honest and keep their promises. That sadly isn't at this T-Mobile location (the one further away from the food court). read more

My husband and I arrived at 10:08am Saturday morning. We were third in line. There were 2 employees. One of the employees asked what we needed, I will refer to him as employee #2. I told him I needed to upgrade my phone. He asked which phone I wanted, including which color. He said he was still helping customer # 2, but would have someone get the phone ready. While I was waiting for 30 minutes, a third employee came and started helping the family that came 20 minutes after me, the fifth customer. Meanwhile, employee # 2 who supposedly was helping me, was working with customer # 4, who came shortly after me. When I asked employee # 2 if my phone was ready, he said, oh, I forgot about you!!! I didn't leave the store until 12:00 noon, one hour 52 minutes after arriving! I was eventually helped by employee #4, who had just arrived. T-Mobile has a no system for monitoring who is next in line. Why did the employee talk to me about getting the phone ready and then did nothing, and then helped the person after me! When it's busy, people need to sign in with initials, so someone doesn't get " forgotten." It was chaotic, which I understand, since it was a Saturday. But have some system that is fair. This was a terrible experience for me. Customers # 4 and # 5 were long gone before me, customer # 3! read more

Purchase your phone at another T-Mobile Store! My wife purchased a phone at this store. The advertisement said we would get $100 back after mail-in rebates. The employee gave her the rebate form. We went home, completed it and 6 months later got a rebate of $50. By that time, it was too late for us to apply for an additional rebate. Then, a few months later, I purchased a phone at the same store, also advertised as having a $100 rebate. When I returned home and got out the form (the Dark Knight mail-in rebate), I noticed that it was a $50 rebate. So I called up the store. The employee said, "Even though it says $50, you will get the full refund." I waited for 6 weeks, and the rebate was mailed to me--again only for $50. I called up T-Mobile customer service and they said, "Go back to the store." My wife went back to the store on September 10, 2012 and explained the entire situation. So the T-Mobile employee hands her to mail-in rebate forms for $50 each. The problem-- the form states that the rebate "Must be postmarked on or before 8/31/2012." Unprofessional at best. Unethical at worst. I may not be able to get money back. But I can warn you not to lose yours. read more

I went here with my mom today and they helped us so much! ;) Velo, was there and he helped me with my voicemails...he set it up and showed me how to use my phone and was very knowledgable about anything I had questions about.
