Unfortunately, all that the representatives seem to care about here is the sale - not the customer. I came here to upgrade my phone and did not have the best experience. The two men who assisted me seemed very helpful at first but took over two hours to update our phones due to an "update". When we came back, they said found a great deal and could save me $10 per month by adding trackers on. Long story short, after speaking with a t-mobile rep through text, I found out that the only "deal" there was was getting $5 off the $10 per month trackers. I went back to the store to ask for clarification and to possible return the trackers. The representative was not helpful at all. Even after speaking with his manager over the phone, he was still not able to explain how having these trackers would save me money. They were claiming my bill would be less money and if I took them off, it would go up in price, which the rep who I chatted with while in store confirmed that is not sure and she was not sure where they got that information from. I had to ask several times in a row for the trackers to be returned and he kept offering that the manager could call me when I was no longer interested after the conversation I had with the rep while waiting over an HOUR in the store. They are absolutely liars in this store...DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE...they promised us a price and a discount...they strung us along for months saying oh next month the price will be adjusted...then they admitted they screwed up but it was too late to fix...they tried switching g us to an over 55 plan to get us a discount but we are not over 55 so obviously we lost that discount read more

Scammers!! Absolutely awful customer service. I was at this store for several hours getting a new phone. Agag, the store manager and his sales associate Kumail were assisting me getting a new phone with my trade in. Both men told me my trade in was worth $400 multiple times and we reviewed what my new monthly bill would be to pay for the phone MULTIPLE times. When I called to confirm with customer service was told I was given $140 for the trade in. When I went back to the store to address the mistake I was told whoops, sorry nothing they can do but give me a $50 gift card- I wasn't actually eligible for that promo. I would make sure anything someone tells you at this store is accurate by first confirming with customer service. I was also told a "free" apple watch came with my new phone. Nothing is ever free- so I asked what the catch was or if there would be a monthly fee, was told no to both. We switched to T-Mobile over a year ago and are happy and saving a ton of money. The service has been great and the customer service inside this store in West Islip is excellent. Winston has been so helpful with the purchase of my daughters new iPhone XS plus. We have been in 3 times with questions and he is so helpful and explains everything so we understand it. read more

So far i was lied to about my bill! The manager of the store when i opened my account she STOLED my 2 IPhones and who else was there in October of 2017 yours are gone as well i am no getting the credit that is up to us 300.00 per phone. Every month i have to go there i had a police report on them as well for my STOLEN i phones. WARNING check your bill.... read more

I am surprised to see that no one has written a review about this location yet. I reviewed it on another site and was not at ALL surprised to publish my review and find that several others had already written about similar experiences with this location, particularly staff member Aisha. After fifteen years of being with T-Mobile I was at my wits end and ready to leave them altogether and it is because of Aisha and ONLY because of Aisha that I chose to stay. She is a phenomenal representation of the kind of employee and service that we all HOPE to receive but rarely do. She is honest, informative, knowledgeable about the products and services and genuinely cares -characteristics that are found few and far between particularly in the customer service industry. I am publishing this review after not one but two positive experiences with her. A+++ employee! read more
