This T4 never disappoints. Their drinks are consistently good, and I especially enjoy the Snow Globe and Honey Peach Royal Tea--I usually alternate between the two. The Honey Peach Royal Tea is light and refreshing, while the Snow Globe is my go-to when I'm craving boba. This location is fairly spacious and can accommodate small gatherings. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours since they tend to get busy, but the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Texture of the boba was solid. They were bigger than I expected. The pricing was good too, one of more cheaper boba in the area I think. The actual drink was ok, was a lil more sour than I expected. Overall a good place to go when you are craving a boba but nothing too crazy.

We wanted dessert so opted to stop by for boba after Urban Air. Luckily not too many people were there bc our party of 16-20 literally took up the whole place. The side is pretty spacious to fit all the kids and the adults sat in the bar like seating. Ordered the Lychee with lychee jelly at 75% sugar and it was just the perfect tough of lychee flavoring. We also ordered the XLB, for a boba shop it's not too bad. The only thing missing is the ginger dipping sauce that is a stable for XLB. But this will do and satisfied the cravings. Like the size bc it reminds me of the bite size that DTF use to sell. The fried tofu was a bit disappointing bc the cubes were tiny. It's cute for the younger kiddos but for us adults we would prefer the Norman 1inch cube friend tofu. Loved the pepper fried fish balls. There looked like an abundance of pepper sprinkled on the fish balls but when you eat it, the pepper isn't too overbearing. If in the area and you have a big party, this should accommodate.

Walking into the store, you're immediately met with how neat and organized the store is. The menu is blown up on the wall and is also available on the monitors hanging above their register. It's packed with different items that are sure to cater to most everyone's needs. I ordered the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea and their Basil Popcorn Chicken. The oolong milk tea tasted good, but was a bit strong in that it leaves a lingering flavor behind. I'm usually good about just ordering drinks with regular sweetness, but for this one I might go one level down next time. The popcorn chicken was really good. It's made fresh so it's hot when you receive it. It wasn't too busy when I got there, but it's good to note it was an early afternoon on a weekday. There's lots of table space and seating inside. The store is open late (until 10PM), so it seems like it would be a good place to study and/or do work. There are some board games in the corner which is nice if you're with other people and plan on spending time inside to eat and drink. There's plenty of parking available in the plaza that it's located in.

My cousin and I wanted to check this spot out as we were craving boba. I felt the fruit teas (rose & mango) were too artificially sweet, kinda like the little Asian jellies. I asked for a new drink & got a Jasmine tea and was very pleased. My cousin really liked her rose tea though. There is a big menu so I had decision paralysis but narrowed it down eventually I would definitely come back!

Good ol' T4. Got my usgh mango fruit tea with lychee jelly. Can't ever go wrong with this. They were consistent with the quality of their mango tea all through T4s. Definitely would come again. Service was fast and the lychee jelly tasted fresh and not left for days.

Been coming here for years but haven't done a review. I love the cheese sticks they are about 4 for the prize of $6.00. The ladies here are really nice. The ambiance is cute. Same decor as in the beginning nothing changed. Do I recommend here? Yes I do!

T4 Arden is a reliable spot for boba drinks and snacks. T4 has many options; some of which are unique and can't be found at competitors. My favorites are anything under the Taiwan Classics! My partner and I recently walked in and ordered the Wintermelon Lemon and White Almond teas with 50% sweetness and 30% ice, which were just the right adjustments for us. Counter service was quick, and there was a short wait on our order of sesame balls and mozzarella sticks. Pro tip: order ahead online; waits can get long with walk ins and if you know what you want, it's a convenient option. My partner and I enjoyed our first bites and sips inside. The space is casual and offers enough seating for small to large groups to sit back and hang out. I'd highly recommend T4 and keep coming back for their refreshing drinks and hot made-to-order snacks.

Food: 4/5 Drinks: 4.5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Seating: 4/5 Parking: 5/5 Bathroom: 3/5 T4 is a chain brand I like but I've been coming to this particular location for a couple years now. This location, just like the chain, has been pretty consistent for having good boba. I think what sets T4 apart from other boba places is the vast amount of options. It can be an overwhelming amount of options when looking at the menu. You could make most of the drinks hot or iced, combined with many toppings to choose from, and the ability to adjust the Sweetness/Ice level, this place is great for customized drinks. This location also has a vast amount of options for food. The food to me is more like snacks. I ordered the popcorn chicken, this particular time it was missing basil leaves which they add for the aroma. Regardless, the popcorn chicken was still flavorful and had a very light spice to it. Although deep fried, it didn't have too much of a crunchy exterior so it was pretty soft to chew. You do have to pay extra for sauce, I ordered Sweet Chili (cost 25 cents). Their Popcorn Chicken is such a large portion, filling to the brim in its box, definitely worth ordering. I also ordered Deep Fried Popstickers with a side of the Chili Oil (cost $1 extra). There were 8 Popstickers which were good, very crispy on the outside with pork on the inside. A great pair with the Chili Oil although the Chili Oil itself was pretty standard, not too spicy. For my drink I ordered Large Matcha Milk Tea with Cheese Foam and Grass Jelly (regular sweetness/ice level). Personally, I'm very particular with my boba so I didn't give a perfect score but as I mentioned before, I come to T4 to be guaranteed a well-made, sweet boba drink. And it was just that, a good drink. The service was excellent, a nice cashier who quickly took my order and was loud and very clear to hear. My order came out within 10 minutes and they shout what's in your order so you can come up and grab it. There's one Gender Neutral bathroom, I have pictured. Pretty standard & was clean, you do not need to ask for a key/passcode to access. Does not have paper towels, only air dryer. Part of a small plaza, there is a lot of free, public parking. I came at 6pm on a Monday night in early November and there was consistent traffic with customers slowly trickling in. The music/atmosphere is not too loud, and there is so much seating. If you're lucky enough, you can grab a table next to the wall and there's an outlet, a perfect spot to setup for studying. The seats themselves are white cushioned chairs or booths, but pretty hard. Definitely more comfortable than metal which their high-top tables have metal, backless stools. They also provide a couple board games for free. Overall, a nice casual ambiance to study, hangout with friends, or just quickly grab your order and go. Personally, I think this is one of the best boba places near Sac State to go to. I will continue to return whenever I'm craving boba in the area. A nice bonus is they are open very late (10pm everyday). I score 4.5/5 if you're looking for a casual spot with consistently good boba and snacks for $ worth

This place sells ice, not drinks. I got a drink the other day and they gave me 20% drink 80% ice.

The AI said it was top rated, and we had never been. By 7pm the dining room was busy, many of the parties Asian We ordered a pot of tea, crispy pork, potstickers, roast duck, honey bbq pork and the house noodle dish Yue Huang Chow Fun which had shrimp and chicken. THE PROS: Nice sit down restaurant decor. Large tables and cushy upholstered chairs. Not a strip mall cubicle. They have actually been awarded Michelin Honors three times. Portions were good sized, and flavors were nice. THE CONS: Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed by everything. All of the dishes arrived just warm. Staff never checked on us - not once - until we asked for some to-go boxes. They have two large tvs in the dining room, showing a loop of the restaurant I'm currently sitting in. The music in the dining area must have been on "Slow Girl Ballad" station on Spotify's free tier- as we honestly listed to a 10 min Samsung commercial in between songs - and not at a low volume. BOTTOM LINE: Maybe we were the exception- as there were clearly enough patrons to show it is a popular - but nothing about our experience made us want to come again. I guess we didn't see what the Michelin people saw. PRICE: $80

When the one item I wanted, wasn't on a cart they specially ordered it for me and brought it out pretty quickly. The decor is still bare bones no real ambience whatsoever. But that's OK because they have carts and that makes it all worthwhile. Now for the sad news.... The Dim Sum is just not that good anymore. I always really enjoyed having the black bean spareribs and these ribs and have a couple black beans in them are just devoid a flavor. There's a little bit of jalapeño flavor, but I would never order these again. The pan fried shrimp and chive dumplings were very stale tasting. The inside was perfect consistency and ratios, but the outside noodle was dried and chewy and just not good. I also got the steam steamed then pan fried pork and vegetable buns, which are normally to die for good here, but oh-my, they were just awful it taste like eating cardboard. The inside was OK but outside was so bad and so stale tasting that I just was left with a bad taste in my mouth. Don't think I'll be returning anytime soon, which is really sad.

To all my canto peeps, this will be the place where you feel like home. However a tad variation of preferences to taste buds. My family is from a different area from the Mr. with a different flavor profile than his. So here is our take: braised beef noodle soup - we loved but the Mr. loved it more. Soup reminded me of shoyu ramen with garlic. Simple, soothing and flavorful. I loved it but it was missing a few spices I am personally used to such as more spice mix and pickled mustard greens. House Fried Rice (Thursday special) - this was simple yet satisfying. With shrimp and Chinese sausage in it. Carb overload but it was such a comfort food we cant help but finish it. House soup dumplings which we also liked but again he loved this one more also. Again, simple yet flavorful, clean comfort food while i felt the skin was a tad thicker than what I prefer. So this one depends on your preferences. Regardless, this was still good. Ambiance: clean and welcoming. They have a TV screen to highlight their food items with pictures which I always love to help me find what i want to eat. But wont lie, it makes me want to get every item on there. They all look yummy. Service: Its a family run restaurant and one person serving everyone plus seating and taking the bill. So during rush hour, do expect wait times but I completely understand and don't mind it. I can see they are busy and would rather than go to a place that is slow where the server walks like a sloth. That is always an eye sore to me. Cost: prices are reasonable and same to any other places similar. Parking is in a huge plaza and can be crowded during rush hour but still enough just may need to walk further a bit. If we ever travel this way again, will definitely be back!
