Favorite tea place hands down! I DoorDash a large order at least once a week and have literally never had any issues with incorrect drinks, missing items, nothing. They have a fantastically expansive menu and my personal favorite is the rose royal tea - the most refreshing drink I can think of! Try it, thank me later. Their Thai milk tea is also fantastic. There's definitely something for everyone here! Something else worth noting - I used to love hanging out inside their store and playing the board games (pre-COVID) and they do a fantastic job keeping the place clean! Other tea places around (ahem quicklys) don't seem to have cleanliness as a top priority so I really appreciate all the effort that goes into T4's housekeeping. Y'all are awesome! read more

The only reason I did not give this place a 3/5 stars was because when we arrived to the store the employees looked at us but did not greet or tell us one moment. I understand they had some people in the store but just saying we will be with you in a moment is better than being ignored. We waited for another employee come from the back and ask us if we had even been helped yet. After this the employee that had come out was very helpful and the drinks were made fast to order. I have not been disappointed by any of the drinks I have ordered from here. My favorite is the Thai tea. This might be an acquired taste as most of my friends and boyfriend do not like this drink. They are very accommodating to changes in your drink order and personalizing it. I do want to try the food one day it always smells and looks yummy. One thing I found interesting is the difference between a regular and large drink is only 50cent difference! That's not bad at all! Always lousy service when I'm here. It seems the workers need a lot better training or management because all around this place really sucks. I've only ever ordered here because its the closest boba place. Every time I order a slush or frozen drink its half melted by the time I get it. The workers also never call out your number so you just have to keep checking every time they set a drink down. I ordered pickup food from here just today and planned it to be ready right as I showed up. I guess they made my order right as I placed it. My food was soggy and cold and my drink was again halfway melted. It just seems like such a new restaurant would be able to provide much better service and keep your keep cold/hot. the only reason I gave a second star is because the drinks usually taste good. just really bad service read more

Finally T4 opens in my neighborhood!! I always love to come here almost 2x a week to get boba tea and their egg puff. Really good! Nicely designed and clean place. Good service and location! I get being shortstaffed but if you only have one person taking orders while you have 5 people waiting for their orders, you shouldn't have the other worker cleaning up EVEN if you are only 10 minutes before closing. I LOVE T4!!!! While I am excited T4 has moved closer to me my wallet is weeping. Nothing hits the spot like a nice glass of tea....mmmm I think I need to head over today! I usually go for the fruit teas over milk. Although both are great. My go to usually is the royal mango tea. the royal stands for the type of green tea they use in the tea. One of the best parts is you can customize your tea's ice and sweetness. I usually go for normal sweetness but I have a sweet tooth and lite ice. I just drink it too slow to get normal ice. Well usually sometimes I down it before leaving the store! They also have some yummy looking bites here. I have not ordered any food yet but I notice most the people when I am in here are ordering something to eat with their tea. Must be good so one of these days I will have to order something. One thing I wish they had more of was popping boba flavors! I am not a boba lover but do love some popping boba! read more

I like how adjustable the sweetness and ice ratios are, and how many flavors there are (even though I only ever get taro boba). I wanted to order it 50% sweetness but the lady who took my order kept insisting me to take 100% sweetness because in her opinion, the drink was not that sweet. I tried as she suggested but it was too sweet for me. I will go with my regular 50% sweetness next time. She was nice though. I think she is either the manager or the boss.
