This little restaurant is a bit unexciting from the outside, but the inside is great! The workers always have a positive attitude, and the drinks always come out in less than 5 minutes. Everything inside also looks very modern, and it creates a nice atmosphere. However, the food does take around 10 minutes - even if it's just an order of fries. New and nice looking interior, but it's a hit or miss depending who makes your drink. Ordered a mulberry milk tea, but the guy who made both of our drinks took a while and kept adding tea which is why I noticed our drinks turned out to be more diluted than usual. Also noticed a darker color than what were used to because the creamer did not mix in so the drink looked gross and had that grainy look like it went bad. Definitely not something you should hand off to a customer. read more

I've been to so many different boba places and this has to be my absolute favorite. This Sharetea has great service and is absolutely delicious. I get the Thai milk tea and the milk teas are ACTUALLY made with tea. NOT POWDER! The slushes are also very good and don't taste syrupy. 11/10 would recommend! read more

I LOVE T4 but I go to the one on Salvio because it's closer to my house. It was my first time at this one today and it was very busy, which is great! However, I was very disappointed in the drink quality. I ordered 4 total. Two Thai milk tea with pearls, earl milk tea with pearls and a roasted oolong milk tea with pearls. They were all watered down and didn't taste strong, the way the teas should. They were also not as sweet nor did they have many pearls. Huge bummer. read more

Do not ever order from this place via Door Dash. Last week Door Dash charged me $33 for several food items plus delivery fee plus "service fee". When the food came, Door Dash was dumb enough to include the receipt from T4, which stated that the cost of my food was $21. They overcharged me by $12, or 57%. Door Dash said that their own over-inflated "menu prices" were set by the restaurants. Either way it is a concerted effort by the restaurant and Door Dash to rip us off big time. read more

Of I can give this place zero stars I would. I purchased a little more that 75 worth of drinks and food from this establishment. All the food - popcorn chicken, fried tofu, fried calamari was over cooked and soggy and Luke warm when I received the food ( SKIP THE FOOD) . The drinks that I ordered (all without ice) were filled up 3/4 with ice and tasted like water absolutely no flavor like other T4 that I have been to. ( TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY- went straight to the garbage) A few drinks were missing when I picked up my order, but since the receipt that was on the bag was adjusted in price to account for the missing items - I believed that the business would be honest and adjust the amount that they charged my credit card. ( I had ordered through Grub Hub app) After checking, this obviously was not the case. They charged me the full amount even with the missing items to my order! They should have contacted Grub Hub to let them know that the items were in fact being cancelled so that it could be refunded - but didn't. After contacting the store, they admitted the mistake was in fact on their end, then they had the nerve to question me as to why I did not call earlier, and let them be aware of the issue. Seriously?! The business SHOULD HAVE DONE THE RIGHT THING on their end and credited back my account instead of charging me full price BUT FAILED TO - I had to find out that they were being shady by having to check my credit card charges. Unbelievable! The stated that there is no manager on site. The poor employees are not equipped to or qualified to do anything such as making changes in regards to Grub Hub according to the individual that I spoke with. Wow, I found this T4 while I was visiting a relative in Concord today, this is the best T4 I've been to. Super clean and nice interior design, staffs are very friendly and helpful. I've ordered my favorite popcorn chicken and fried chicken wings, they have Ramen too!!! I gave it a try, it was huge portion and full of flavor. I ordered strawberry milkshake and avocado milkshake for my kids, they love them, I ordered a oolong milk tea with boba, the boba was so soft and the drink was so good. I came in on the soft opening day for a drink. We ordered a chocolate shake, a passion fruit tea with rainbow Jelly and a black milk tea with coffee jelly. Also we ordered some snack, the basil chicken and egg puff. There were a big crowd but it took only 5 minutes to get my order. They gave a generous portion of topping. And the food was so good! The owners even came over and checked with me if everything was okay. The floor is spotless. I also enjoyed the tv while enjoying our food. I'll be back! read more

i've gone to this t4 quite often and have only recently started having trouble ordering but only with one specific employee. this has happened twice with her now. it's fine when this occurs, usually they just fix your order, no biggie right? nah, expect to be blabbed about by this employee along with the pink haired one too right in front of you as they prepare your drink after you rightfully correct them. their attitudes left such a bad taste in my mouth. will be giving walnut creek my business from now on. read more

I like t4 on ygnacio valley rd so I am disappointed that my tea did not taste good. Too diluted and did not taste right... boba was too hard and they didnt cook it correctly.... hopefully they will get better soon. The interior looks nice at least. read more
