When I called them, I asked to speak with the manager to complain but their response was "how unfortunate." Pretty sure it was the person who wrote the message that answered the phone. We did review their catering policy and we cannot order catering through Door Dash, also catering is for 20+ guests and we had 17. Maybe get your facts straight before you put your loyal customers on blast. Looks like we will be finding a new place to Door Dash from. read more

Haven't had T4 in such a long time! My go-to is the Okinawa milk tea with boba. I was delighted when I picked up my order, that the same brown sugar flavor I remembered was still just as delicious! This T4 location in hidden in the corner of the Ygnacio Plaza. This is a pretty quiet plaza, so there is plenty of parking here. I came here a few times to either socialize with friends or to study/do homework. They close decently late for a boba shop in this area. I usually get the green tea topped with sea salt cream, and if I am hungry for a snack, I would opt for either the calamari or popcorn chicken. The green tea topped with cream here is hit or miss, it is not that consistent depending on the visit. The calamari at this particular location is a bit fishy, which sucked. The popcorn chicken here is decent though, especially with the sweet and sour sauce. read more

Now, the only actual T4 left in Walnut Creek ever since the other one is now Expect Asian, this one is located in the shopping center right across from Heather Farms, and down the street from John Muir, it's got a lot of traffic that will come through here. It's another one of those places that I could have swore I already reviewed, but I have not, so I will base it off my recent visit to the location even though I've been here quite often. I have been here during some of their busier times before, and the service was always a snail race to see who receives their order first. I would not recommend going during peak times for this reason, but when they're not busy it's pretty fast and they don't meander around. One thing that has improved is the huge kiosk on the side of the shop now, so you can just go there to put your order in and then wait for it to be fulfilled. This location has always been pretty good with the drink quality. I've never had any complaints regarding how the drink turns out, which is always a good sign for T4s because they are so incredibly hit or miss sometimes. The other T4 previously in WC downtown, and the one that was in Los Todos (now a Teaspoon) were both terrible with this, so don't think it's a given. The drink I got today were nice. The drink my friend got was also fine. Boba was well made, quite chewy and nicely textured. It's a T4, what else can you really want to know about it other than that they're decent. Just don't go during peak eating hours because if they get backed up, it probably will result in hair pulling anxiety awaiting your order to be fulfilled. read more

It's been forever since I had boba tea and on a recent dreary rainy day I decided it was time for a treat. T4 is located in the same shopping center as TJ Maxx and Sports Basement right off Ygnacio Valley rd, so parking is plentiful. On a weekday afternoon it wasn't crowded but I could see they were working on some to-go orders. I decided on a simple soy milk tea with boba. Really good boba but the soy didn't do it for me-that was my choice to order it, so can't ding them for that. For what it was it still hit the spot for my boba tea craving. Tons of customizable options and I'm excited to come back and maybe try a Taro or Thai milk tea. There are some seats outdoors and all Covid sanitary protocols are followed. Really bad customer service! Went here, ordered from kiosk. Waited over 30 minutes for the worker to say they didn't have what i ordered. He told other customers as soon as they walked in that kiosk wasn't working but when I ordered I just kept getting stares from worker without even saying anything until I went up and asked if my order was almost ready. One of my favorite (and I believe one of the few) authentic boba places in Walnut Creek! Located within a shopping plaza so parking can be very difficult on weekends. Pretty small shop with very limited seating indoors, most people get their orders to go. Last time I was there last month, they were setting up their self-order kiosks which will hopefully make wait times better. Overall, the menu is VERY extensive with plenty of milk teas, traditional teas, fruity teas, slush, tons of toppings, and a very expansive savory menu with popcorn chicken, ramen, bento boxes, and more. Honestly your one stop shop for any Asian craving. My favorite include the avocado slush and any of their fruity teas. Quality of tea isn't great and the flavor isn't as strong, but can't complain for Walnut Creek. Open for takeout during COVID This is a decent boba spot that I've been to a handful of times. I love the variety they offer and both the fruit tea and milk tea drink are great. The store is more on a smaller (or should I say narrower) side compared to other T4 stores that I've been to, but it was pretty neat and clean, and the store was decorated nicely. Menu board was legible and displayed clearly. The service when I was there was nice, staff was friendly and my order came quickly. I ordered a Winter Melon Milk Tea with Boba and no ice, and I got exactly what I expected. The milk tea drink was nice and the boba was well cooked. The boba was perfectly sweetened and still retained some chewiness. Overall, I was happy with my experience at this T4 location. This T4 offers a loyalty stamp card, so don't forget to ask one if you ever visit this store. read more

I did not know that there was a T4 in Walnut Creek. I only knew about the location in Concord on the exact same street but when I was going to eat Mooyah I discover this location. Walnut Creek location is a bit bigger than Concord. When I went inside I found group of people doing board games. This is the location to come to do a group meet up. This location is not as busy as the Concord location but it is much better to have a group meet up due to the bigger space. I would come back to this location soon. read more

This is not egg puffs. I've ordered egg puffs multiple times at different boba spots and this by far is the worst ever. Thick, burnt and it tastes like pancake. It's not light and airy. I sent it back and it came back looking the exact same but more burnt. French fries were very soggy. I even ate inside T4. Don't waste your money at this T4. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Come to t4 three or four times a week, but today was so disappointed. I ordered a milk tea a popcorn chicken and a chocolate egg puffs but after waiting 20 minutes I got an original egg puff. They told me it would take 15 minutes to make a new one. This is literally the second time it happened. Few days ago I ordered a chocolate egg puff for to go and find it was original when I got home.
