Best popcorn chicken I have ever had! I tried it spicy. It comes with a lot of chicken and a small cup of ranch. I will come back for their popcorn chicken. I tried the alocado smoothie. Drink wasn't overly sweet like some other avocado smoothies I've tried at other places, but the taste of alocado was subtle taste. I might order it again if I want a not so sweet alternative drink. My friend got the chamango drink, and he said it was really good. I saw that it did contain a lot of fruit. The place itself was nice. There were cards and some games available for use. We played dominos. Overall an enjoyable experience. I gave it four stars instead of five, because we did wait a long time for our orders to be made. It must have been about a twenty minute wait. I really like this place! The seats are comfy, outlets are abundant and the noise level isn't too bad. Since it's close to schools, it can get busy at times but once they clear out, it's a great place to get some work done or just chill. The owners are pretty chill. I believe I got the mango passion and I forgot (again lol) to tell them less ice and less sugar. It was perfect and definitely not too sweet. I also ordered the popcorn chicken and I really liked how it had a nice crunch without being too thick on breading and not too dry or overly seasoned. I tried the peach mango green tea and passion fruit green tea with boba. I think they're okay, I could taste the tea in the passionfruit drink, but the peach/mango tea was overpowered by the syrup. I couldn't remember what I got when I first tried this place out, I believe it was the Almond milk tea. I love their Taro Milk Tea with boba. The boba was soft and chewy throughout the "meal." The taro had great flavor, it would be interesting to see how it taste with chunks of taro in it. Their Rose Green tea with lychee also had great flavor. The one time I went, everything seems to be hassle free! I had no problem with parking, finding tables, ordering, and so on. So my friend and I came here on a Sunday night to study. They use to have construction in front, thankfully it's now gone but depending on traffic, it might be a mission going into the plaza. It's next to my optometrist too! The craving for spam musubi hit hard on Friday, so I planned to pick up some orders for Friday night dinner. I (and the BF) loved the spam musubi at Boba Tea Lounge but it was slightly out of the way. Thanks to John T's recommendation to try the musubi at T4U Cafe, I found this spot to be much closer on my path from work to home. Right after work, I stopped by for 2 orders of spam musubi ($3.99 for each order, 2 pieces per order) and an order of popcorn chicken ($4.99). I noticed when checking in on Yelp that there is a offer for a free size upgrade on drinks, but alas, I wasn't planning on ordering any drinks this visit. While I was waiting for the food, the server mentioned it will take some time to make the musubi and popcorn chicken and said I can take a seat at their couch or chairs while waiting. Appreciate the kindness of that gesture. The place itself is not meant for gatherings of large groups. They have about 4-5 tables and a couch (2 seater) with coffee table. So how was the food? The popcorn chicken comes in 4 flavor options: original, BBQ, cajun, and spicy. I didn't realize original meant no flavor (no wonder they didn't ask how spicy I wanted it) -_- so I ended up using all of the side of ranch for dipping. And yes, this is also the first time I've seen ranch given as a dipping sauce. The popcorn chicken was crisp and crunchy, but not chewy, reminding me of those shake and bake type chicken. BF kept saying he tasted a hint of seafood, like maybe they fried it in the same batch with fried squid or something. We give 3 stars for the popcorn chicken. I love this little place! It has a comfortable and relaxed feel. It's perfect for studying (with big tables and comfy chairs) and also good for meeting up with friends. The decor is cute and has a warm vibe, with the walls and furniture being different shades of blue. Solid tea place in SGV! Comparable in quality to A+ tea house, which is basically right next door. I think T4U specializes more in their slush and smoothie options than their teas. I ended up getting a taro slush, which was a little icy, but overall very true to the taro flavor. It didn't taste artificial, something I'm always hyper critical of! They also have a huge menu of other popular slush options. My friends got their hot tea options, and were pretty satisfied. We came on a Thursday night around 8pm and didn't have trouble finding a table, though the place was pretty populated. Almost every seat/table was taken. It looked like some people were studying while others were catching up with friends. Def a good place to get some work done if you like a little background noise! Yum! This is my second time and I love their popcorn chicken! The breading is light and not too salty. Their spam musubi is delicious too because they make the spam crispy so there is great texture! Their tea selection is good too. Not too broad and there's some unique flavors too like the ginger iced tea and avocado. As for the interior it's different from the first time I went. They changed it from the lime green to a darker blue so it seems very mellow and chill. The couches are very comfortable and the environment is great for studying cause there's a lot of outlets for laptops :) I'll definitely be coming here again. read more

Another typical boba place. I think they changed owners. But overall the popcorn chicken also was average. Actually a block over is A+ Tea house and they both are similar. They serve boba drinks and popcorn chicken. I have had their spam musibi here which was good - not sure if they still serve it since they did change owners and the menu tends to change. It's a nice place to study or just hang out though - I will give them that. read more

This place is still good. They've done some improvements on the overall look of the restaurant. It looks like they now do Apple Pay or square. They're drinks are good. They food is good. The service is great! There's this one guy me and my boyfriend always see and it's always very pleasant to see him again. The spam musubi is probably the best I have ever tried and the fries are pretty good. As for price, it is priced like an average boba place where the drink can range from $3-5. They also offer a selection of sandwiches and rice plates. I believe they are recent that they added that but it has been awhile. You can come here to study and do homework. Nice and peaceful.
