Im really sad to have to write this review as I really loved going here and I always went to Kim and referred her . But today ! Was HORRIBLE service from her. I went in at around 11:30am adv them I wanted Kim to do my regular mani and pedi she was with a client so I knew I had to Waite I don't get help until around 1:45 she was rushing threw my entire mani and pedi she rushed so bad she infected my toe and left me bleeding she didn't even do my mani correctly she cut my nails like I can do at home and painted them quick all while painting my toes at the same time ... then she said next time call because I'm very busy ????? There was no one there or any one waiting so what was the busy about! If your so busy then don't take walk ins simple as that make your nail salon by appt only I'm really really disappointed in the service I received and I honestly don't know if I will be going back here ever again ! The way she kept telling me next time call oh I don't have time to do your nails I'm just going to cut and paint that's it likeeeee what the fuck you act like I'm getting these services for free when I'm fucking paying for them I really loved Kim but today was just horrible service and I would totally understand if she was busy we're she had appt or people were waiting but there was no one there and to top it off I waited 2 hr for her to do a shitty job I didn't see her rushing the other clients hands to get to me !!! I will never ever go again she lost a client who referred many people to this salon and to her especially but now I'm re considering my referrals read more

I was in town visiting and stopped in to have my eyelashes done. I was a little leary because their price was so affordable and I've always paid more where I'm from. They did an AMAZING job! Best eyelash experience and results I've ever had. Wish I wasn't just visiting, I'd definitely continue to go back for their eyelash services. I've been a regular customer here time to time. I just got my nails done today and the experience was whatever. Just minding my own business, I don't get nothing more than basic gel when I go in. I understand that you pay extra for gel and I never really complain about being charged but today I thought I was paying for the combo (mani- pedi) which was $24 and $5 for gel. NO. My total coast ended up being $47 which isn't a big deal to me but I was just confused on how I did the math wrong ? Was I looking at the wrong prices? It wasn't adding up to me. But I didn't understand when she was breaking it down for me her math wasn't even adding up correctly. Her point was she charged me $10 for the gel (apparently there's different types of gel) I thought ok 5 for my nails and toes ok that's 10 and she said no 10 EACH and in my head a thought why? No one asked what kind of gel I wanted and maybe it was my fault I didn't speak up about it but I didn't agree with charging me whatever you want. Will I come here again ? Maybe! if I have no other choice but definitely going to verify before the get started what they are charging me for. read more

Went in for pedicure and new set don't think I'll be going back .. my pedicure came out nice the lady did a great job scrubbing and massage.. but my nails are crooked and uneven 4 days later there's some lifting .. when i asked the guy to fix what i didn't like he acted bothered and ignored my request..also took my little girl and they acted like painting her nails was a nuisance... shes a paying customer to! I love this place, they are clean, nice and all of the ladies do a great job. Doesn't matter if you walk in you'll get a great mani and pedi with anyone you choose. They also offer a points sheet so you receive a free mani after so many visits. Did I mention they're clean, every piece of equipment they use on you is opened fresh from a sterilization kit. read more

So I thought I'd try a new place closer to my home so I checked star ratings and comments. After all that I found this place. I walked in and no one greeted me for at least 5 mins after I was finally spoken to I was seated in a chair for a pedicure and offered a mimosa I accepted and sat in my chair. When I received my mimosa it had little black things floating in it..... Well after that I was told that I could put my feet in the water the cold water..... I was told a lady that was working on someone else would come to me next. After sitting and my water getting even colder that lady came to me and started. She did not seem to take her time or have any interest she did not even ask me what type of pedicure I'd like. Hmmmmm. After a very painful pedicure, a very bad cutting and shaping job she finally gave me a pretty quick message and then painted my nails I think she spent more time cleaning up her paint job then anything. With out the hot towel that I paid for. After all that she went to start the next lady without cashing me out first.... Ugh I will not be returning and continue to drive to my usual spot. Went to this salon for the first time yesterday I usually have one spot I go to but decided to give this place a try. I regret it..i showed the ladie doing my nails a picture of what I wanted she didn't even look at it. So i told her what color i wanted instead (navy blue) Then told me they didn't have the color I wanted...to top it off she cut me 2 times my nail length was waaayy to short and I told her I want them long and pointy well I didn't get pointy either I got an almond shape it seemed to me she had the hardest time even doing the "almond" shape ....never will I go to a place and pay 45$ for something I did not like at all. read more

Today was my second time here. The first time, my experience was wonderful. This time, I'm afraid ruined any chance of me returning. Getting a manicure/pedicure should be a relaxing moment. I go simply to relax for a little. This experience left me tense and feeling like I needed a massage. From the minute I sat down, the 3 employees working starting screaming in another language quite angrily at each other (several times pointing in reference to me) I received an extremely important call midway through my pedicure and since I couldn't leave to take the call, I had to tell the person I would call them back because he, nor I could hear due to the yelling happening right in front of me. RUDE. Secondly, she knicked me TWICE because she was being so quick and reckless in her "yelling conversation" and not paying attention to me. She continued to jab into the cuts SHE CAUSED throughout the pedicure. Third, half way through me trying to enjoy the massage chair (at the very least) an employee walked up and unplugged my chair without warning or asking, TO CHARGE THEIR PHONE! I was left with the massage chair in "kneading" position pushing into my spine uncomfortably for the rest of the service. The "hot" towels were cold. The "leg massage" was so intense I have a huge bruise on my leg from her digging into me. I told her I did not want callous removal due to me being overly ticklish, she insisted on it, and her reasoning? Because I'm heavy so I need it. That's right, this lovely employee (a bigger girl herself) called me FAT. Once this torture session was over, I went home and looked at my feet. What actually made it on my toenails was a cheap job. Uneven, definitely not worth the $28 I spent. The rest of the paint in the bottle somehow made it onto the skin around my toes and my ankle? Sooo disappointed. I thought I really found my new nail spot but I guess the search continues. read more

I want to let people know I came In for a pedicure and full set and one of the older workers did a terrible job and I tried explaining it to her instead she starts yelling at me and blaming the nail polish. After that other workers come and see the job and talk among themselves right in front of my face. Then someone else comes to overline again my toes with the same polish and makes it look worst until one of the younger worker comes and starts completely over and ACTUALLY does my pedicure right the other didn't do half of the steps the younger lady did! I'm upset because it's not okay that the older lady was going to let me walk out without actually doing the job! And she actually yelled at me and gave me attitude for kindly saying i didn't like it! I wasn't offered a discount or apology for what happened. I also did not like how the First Lady stopped doing my toes to get on her phone and check her messages and texting. The manager should at least know about this since she wasnt there. read more
