I've been here three times already so something keeps bringing me back! The chicken wings are fried crispy and Midly seasoned! If you love heavy seasoned this wouldn't be for you! The fish is also really good! Be prepared for a sight wait but they are always accurate or early with timing! I prefer being early versus late! I got the jerk chicken this time, I almost have it a 3, it just tasted like jerk chicken on a pizza, because v the crust cheese sauce lacked any flavor it wasn't for me! I got the personal pizza! I'm going to try the oxtail next time. Ambiance is almost like ordering at a gas station so don't expect much there

My family and I stopped here for lunch while on our roadtrip back to California and I must say the service was unpleasant. The young lady at the front didnt greet us or even ask if we were ready to order. She simply stood at the register and looked at us until I asked her if she was ready to take our order. Im not sure if this is a Dallas thing but where im from we are greeted & with a smile. Outside of us waiting 30-40 minutes im more unsatisfied with her attitude. Simply dont come to work if you dont want to be there. Food was 10/10 but im leaving low stars because of my experience. We also received our tacos and shrimp plates with no sauce in the bag & went back in they gave one sauce for 6 tacos & 22 pcs of shrimp !

Imma keep it blunt! the food was seasoned well and tasted amazing! can't give them 5 stars because the wait for the food was about an hour and when we got back to the car there a small roach in the plastic bag (praying this is a one off) but food price for the plate size was worth it.

July 10 25 We spent $53.06 (including a $7.99 tip) for two meals and two drinks..... Not good. We ended up giving all that food to someone in need and going to another place to eat. Philly cheesesteak looked like roast beef with cheese sauce on top. It did not look like what I saw advertised on their social media. I looked first to make my decision on what to eat. I needed to cut it in half because it was messy. But I didn't have utensils. I had to share with my friend. My initial reaction to eating the food is all recorded because I Vlog..... and this was the worry Philly I've ever had. Fries were not good. There was no ketchup in the bag either, which would've made them a little better. Lemonades were like $3.50+ each and bland. Like lightly sweetened lemonade and a Kool-aide packet. Not as sweet as I would've liked them to be. Blueberry 2/5 and strawberry 0.5/5 Loaded jerk chicken rice bowl- tasted just like rice and chicken with bbq sauce on it. Two bites, and we decided to just find something else to eat. Instead of throwing it in the trash, we did give both these meals away to someone who was grateful to receive. Glad to have fed them!!! This is my Second and unfortunately my last time l'll be here. Saddened because I wanted to try the Tace Rolls. But I just cannot risk the money. $20 down the drain for me and an additional $10+ for food elsewhere.

I wanted to like this place, but consistency and honesty matter to me. This time I ordered wings through DoorDash and they were clearly fried in old grease. The taste was heavy, stale, and off enough that I couldn't finish them. What made it worse is this isn't my first issue here. Months ago, I ordered during a catfish special and was served fried tilapia instead. That's not a small mix up. That's a completely different fish. I'm from South Arkansas/North Louisiana. I know the difference, and I don't play about food substitutions or quality. If you're out of something, just say that. Don't swap it and hope people won't notice. At this point, I can't recommend this place based on my experiences. Transparency and freshness go a long way, and both were missed here.

Okayyyy Tace budsss! I ordered my food online, because I heard that it's usually packed. When I arrived two women were infront of me but the place was pretty much empty. So my food was good honestly.. I hated that they put my ranch on top of the fries because when ranch is warm phew we already know what happens.. So I thought my tacos were going to be small because that's just what I'm use to, but it wasn't! Y'all they were bigger than my hands and my hands are small! When I added onions to my taco I thought it would be the grilled string onions not the diced ones.. I do feel like the chicken could have had taste to it, and wasn't dry but it wasn't bad! The fries were crunchy as well and good! When I ordered the pizza I ordered the personal pizza which was good as well, just a tad bit salty.. I'd definitely be going back to try more!

Taste Buds nailed it with their jerk chicken pizza. Spicy, flavorful, tender chicken on a perfectly crisp crust -- every bite hits. It's bold, different, and seriously delicious. Highly recommend.

The service here was amazing. My husband ordered the rice bowl that had rice lettuce cheese steak shrimp and chicken with a sweet BBQ sauce. He loved it. I ordered the jerk chicken Alfredo. The chicken was bomb but I didn't care for the Alfredo sauce. It tasted kinda like a jar sauce. The portions were huge. They lasted us 2 meals and we spent $40 after tax.

I saw this on TikTok and gave it a try. I ordered delivery. Due to the distance, I wasn't surprised that it wasn't piping hot upon arrival, so no issue with that. The arrival time did extend, however, I was just glad delivery was available for my area. I got the jerk chicken taco and the oxtail pizza. Both tasted good. I do regret selecting grilled onions on the taco. FYI, use choose a taco, then you have all of these options as to what you want on it. I thought they would be more like a few soft, caramelized type grilled onions. My fault. I did pick those off. For you onion lovers, you get a lot. I also added more cheese of my own. The taco was huge. It came with a side of jerk sauce. There was more than enough jerk chicken for 2 regular size tacos. The oxtail pizza. Never would I have imagined I could have both oxtails and pizza as one dish. Definitely not your typical pizza. Lots of meat and lots of cheese. That alone sold me. If you're not a cheese lover like myself, you may have to request less. Don't expect a lot of pizza sauce like traditional pizzas either. Think meat pie plus cheese to get an idea. The crust was great. There are other menu items I plan to try, as well.

Absolutely loved the food. Guy behind the counter was really cool! Favorite dish - Jerk Chicken Pasta and the Jerk Pizza Tacerolls. The restaurant is a little bland with so I do takeout or DD! Definitely work the time to go to!

The food is sooo good. I ordered on door dash and it got here fast and was still hot. The catfish omg 5/5. I'm going to order catfish every single time. Wings were good. Tacos bussin! Everything 5/5!

Complimentary champagne, and AMAZING service from our waitress. I've literally never had a server with such extensive knowledge of a restaurant's menu. Very impressive! We also had a amazing experience with the manager. We needed some accommodations for our table and he was so thoughtful. He even provided us with a complimentary cuatro leches cake slice! (which was HUGE btw). While the service was exponentially excellent, the food was...good. The menu was what I would describe as "elevated Mexican" with some other Latin-inspired steakhouse dishes (think filet mignon with some salsa on the side) Everything was good, but nothing really stood out for me. One more thing, lots of good people watching lol! Dallas ladies love a to dress up and I saw so many fabulous looks on my recent visit. Great place for a date night or dinner with your girls. We also appreciated the manager acknowledging the long wait and missing food and drinks by sending over complimentary dessert. Unfortunately, our experience with Taylor was disappointing. She spent the majority of the night standing against the wall and came across as rude and passive-aggressive, especially as we were preparing to leave. This was a noticeable contrast to Ozzy and Terrance's hospitality. The "Cowgirl Dinner" was enjoyable, but the service issues were disappointing, especially as returning guests. Overall, we appreciate the team members who made an effort and hope management addresses the concerns regarding Taylor's attitude.

And at these prices, you almost expect perfection. So at these prices, I have to be a little more critical. I want to first give the host/hostess at the door and our waitress an overwhelming five stars. They knew it was my birthday (guess my wife mentioned it in the reservation) and they wished me a happy birthday as if they've known me for years. It was very nice. Our waitress was absolutely surgical with her explanation of the menu and the way the food was brought to us and picked up. It looked like an art form. Wished I remembered her name. I will say my wife and I got a lil icked out when we were told "chef prefers all food orders be taken at once." We were doing that anyway but again at these prices, chill out a lil with how I go about deciding what I'm going to eat. It wasn't recommended, it was told. Whatever chef. The ambiance. Let's be real. This is why people come. And it's exquisite. The chandeliers. The yellow submarine aquarium. The amazing shelves of exceptional liquor choices. It's all there. I would easily comeback just to be in that space. Food time. The Prime Steak Tartare is a must order if you enjoy beef tartare. It had a nice Asian twist, you could certainly taste the quality in the beef, and those handmade crostinis were delicious on their own. The Crispy Rock Shrimp was simple and good. It didn't blow our minds but it didn't disappoint either. I kind of have a proclivity to things tasting or smelling fishy (which my wife thinks is insane) and this had some fishy undertones to it for me. The sides, I just couldn't wrap my head around in terms of price. For 15 bucks a side of Brussels, especially when it's is a house specialty, I'm expecting it to be unique or interesting. I've definitely had more unique and interesting Brussels at a gastro pub. The Macaroni Casserole, now there's a stunner. I'll come back just for that. What a truly delicious and elevated take on Mac and Cheese. Just get it. I think the Steak Asada Fries were also really good but not sure how this fits in with a side option, esp at $19. The meat was wonderful, the béchamel was yum, but it was all too heavy, got cold fast and quickly congealed on us. Again not sure how it's a side. Ok, we said all right! Let's go big or go home! $186 45 Day Dry Aged 42 Oz Porterhouse Bistecca! Let's do it! We ordered it Medium Rare. We got it and it looked amazing, couldn't wait! Now I know when meat is medium rare sometimes it's can still be a little chewy because you know the meat's not really cooked and still a lil under in some places and that's okay. Most of my bites were tough with lots of gristle. Flavor was good. It was cooked correctly. Tough to eat and at that price, I wished I ordered the high A grade Wagyu special. Last, we got dessert. We never get dessert but it was my birthday. Not complaining that it wasn't comp'd but dang we just dropped over 4 bills for a dinner for two. Comp a birthday dessert, ya know. Whatever, it was one of the best Crème Brûlées we ever had. Cheers to the pastry chef. I recognize that this is one of my more whinier reviews. I never bring up money. I just expect the quality to match the value and I don't think it did. Would we come back! Yup! In fact we can't wait to. I feel like our expectations were a little too high and now we know how to navigate the menu better.

I don't think Harwood Arms was prepared for how many people were going to show up- it seemed completely disorganized, chaotic, and just ridiculous. We were sitting down at one of the tables outside in the alley area and the walkway was clear- at first. After the game had actually started, I guess they just let everyone in and the entire walkway was PACKED with people to the point that our once clear view of the TV, was gone in an instant. As the night progressed, obviously a girl has to pee, so as I was walking into the actual restaurant/ pub to use the bathroom and I guess the "bouncer" stuck his arm between me and the door and dismissively said I couldn't go in. Excuse me? After telling him I literally have a table outside, he yanks at his collar and speaks into his little walkie talkie asking if there's a table of 4 outside under my name. Sorry, I didn't know I was watching the Mexico game at the freakin White House surrounded by Secret Agents. Give me a break. So when he magically confirms I have a table (because I do), he lifts up his arm and gives me the ALL CLEAR! It's actually funny looking back at it. But give me a break. When going back outside to sit at my table, the same bouncer/ Secret Agent/ FBI dude gives attitude to my boyfriend and myself for the commotion caused earlier. The actual police officer next to him told us it's ok and to just have a good time. The only nice thing someone said to us and he doesn't even work at Harwood Arms lol. To management, if you do not want people "off the street" to go in and out of your pub or inside to use your bathrooms, then I don't know- maybe come up with a wristband method so your paying customers can smoothly go in and out to use your bathrooms? Just a thought. OR just don't be unwelcoming to people that are actively spending money at your pub. Harwood Arms was NOT prepared at all for the high velocity of people coming in to watch the FIFA games. Quite frankly, it was a MESS. I did visit Bar W a few days after that and had a MUCH BETTER experience-- go there instead.
