A MUST go-to steakhouse in Dallas! The atmosphere is eclectic and cozy. I've been here before with my family, but it's been a couple of years. However, my husband has never been, so we decided to come here for our anniversary recently. The waitstaff is superb, and practically anticipate your wants and needs, so service was efficient, but not rushed! Our food was ALL delicious, I would reorder everything. I highly recommend the lobster bisque with an order of the garlic bread as a starter. Both of our steaks were perfectly cooked and the sides and sauces were solid. If you are a sweets fan, definitely save room for the chocolate cake! We are already planning a return for whatever special occasion comes next!

Town Hearth was a big win! My date and I went on a Wednesday evening, and OpenTable showed wide-open availability in 15-minute increments. I booked a 7:30 reservation expecting a quiet night... but I couldn't have been more wrong. We walked into a completely packed restaurant--every table full, every corner buzzing. The vibe was eclectic and memorable, with a giant fish tank in one corner and a Ducati motorcycle in another. In between were rich red leather booths and a sharp, knowledgeable bar team turning out excellent cocktails. The service was outstanding. Hailey took great care of us and made excellent and confident recommendations that were spot-on across the board. This was one of my best restaurant experiences of 2026. Every detail felt polished and thoughtfully executed. Highly recommended!

Great service, our server was very attentive and all the other staff members. Amazing ambiance, loved the decor and the feeling of the restaurant. Food was cooked to perfection, except the steak was a little chewy. Overall highly recommend

You know I am a steak girlie. So while in Texas I landed at Town Hearth. I walked in and wondered if I was in the right place because I noticed I didn't see anyone that looked like me, only the workers. None the less I stayed and I am so glad I did. The servers were very nice and the very handsome General Manager came to our table to chatted us up and even added a side of Brussels free of charge to our meal and told us he would comp our dessert but we were so stuff we couldn't accept anything else. The octopus was delicious with the right amount of spiciness. The sides were EVERYTHING!!! Brussels 10/10 BLT Mac and cheese 20/10 my steak was the best I've had thus far. Ribeye but clearly a premier cut because it did not have tons of fat. The drinks were made to perfection. Did I mention the GM came to our table a few times to make sure we were ok? He was also a very good looking man, if your ever in Arlington Texas give this place a try, you won't regret it.

Lovely first visit to Town Hearth! Brandy was our server, and she was amazing at her recommendations and with her service! We came on a Monday night for a work dinner. Our table got an array of different cocktails to start, and everyone loved their choices! I had their devil's haircut, and my god it was one of the best old fashioned I've had in my life! For apps, we got bread, tot oscar, and caesar salad. It was all ok. Brandy told us it was recommended to get different dishes and do family style, so we got pasta, lobster, cod, and 2 different steaks. Their pasta was what stood out to me, same with the lobster, For sides, we got spinach au gratin, brussels, and potatoes which were all delicious. Great wine selection and good vibes, I just wish it wasn't so loud!

Recently had a girls dinner here celebrating our friend's birthday and I was pleasantly surprised!! It was packed on Saturday night at 6pm! Loved all the pretty chandeliers and the overall vibe of the restaurant! And our server was soooo nice and sweet and definitely made our dining experience that much better! We ordered multiple dishes and did family style and everything we had was delicious! The portions for the sides were huge too! I think it was the perfect way to experience my first time dining here so I can try a little bit of everything! The bone-in ribeye was cooked very well! So juicy and flavorful! The bucatini pasta was yummy too! And the Elvis dessert, was delicious!!! Highly recommend getting the dessert. I'll definitely be going back here.

It's a rare thing to encounter the level of warmth and kindness that I felt at this restaurant. Great service is one thing, but they have something far different here, and it's truly special. I don't know how to describe it. I've dined at plenty of restaurants that have impeccable and attentive service. They are all that... and more. I came in to dine alone. Not at the bar, but at a table. I was seated at a lovely table near their very cool fish tank. I appreciated not being tucked away in some unfortunate corner, though I don't think this gorgeous restaurant even has any such spot. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so incredibly friendly. Herman introduced himself and took my drink order. Then he came back and we talked through the menu options. He asked about what I like and guided me to the most fantastic cod dish. It's a massive portion and was far more than I could eat... but it really was quite delicious. I also had the bacon appetizer and a side of brussels sprouts. Both were perfection. The brussels were to die for. Really... don't skip those! If you want something extra incredible, eat the brussels sprouts WITH the bacon. Holy moly. As the night went on, several other members of the staff stopped by to check on me and each made a small bit of conversation. Every single person made me feel so welcome. As I left, multiple people shook my hand and thanked me for visiting them. Another wished me safe travel back home. I've only ever felt that kind of warm hospitality at places where I dine regularly and the staff all know me. They truly made my solo dinner an evening to remember.

I have had multiple dining experiences at Town Hearth, and they never disappoint. This time I visited for a business meeting and dinner and everything from the service to the food was exceptional. My business associates were from Chicago, and they think they know steaks there. They were blown away by the unique decor, but even more impressed with the exceptional quality of the food. Our steaks were top notch (and way better than Chicago). Highly recommend.

I love a great whiskey list

Bestie is in town and I wanted to make a booking somewhere that felt fun. He loves a good steakhouse and while I've had a few recommendations, I'll always end up choosing what I want. I loved the pics and energy I felt when checking out Town Hearth. Was it the chandeliers?!? The Ducati or the yellow submarine? Yes, yes and yes! All of the above. Now I'd be more impressed if they were all Baccarat but I'm assuming they aren't. Did my homework real quick, they are RH. Which now makes sense, similar to RH's patio in Yountville. Nonetheless, I loved them! I love borderline over the top. I feel like that's just the right amount. We originally had an 845p booking this past Saturday but I was able to bump to 5p. I've never had an issue eating during a senior citizen hour. We are in the states. I feel like 845p is something I'll only do abroad. I want to be winding down for the night by 845p not starting dinner. Crazy boring I know! We'd left the George Bush library and 5p felt perfectly in alignment for the day. I love a place of silence just as much as I love a very bustling dining room. I'm your perfect ambivert. We arrived to an empty restaurant and I loved every second of it. By then time we were leaving every seat was full, which was fun as well. Having just moved here, I've been wanting to observe the Dallas scene. This was a perfect opportunity to do so. The cocktail list impressed me and very little impresses me. I wanted to work our way down each drink between the two of us but I think that would put us at 2.5 drinks each ;) my tummy couldn't do that much liquid in addition to food. I ordered Summer in Dallas to begin with, and ended with a Devils Haircut. I'm a tequila and bourbon gal through and through. Bestie asked which was my fav, and that will always be a bourbon based cocktail. Both were fantastic though. We both ordered lobster bisque. Delish!!! 3 ounces of lobster in each of these. I ordered the 8 oz filet mignon which I was able to finish at least 5 ounces of. Bestie ordered the Delmonico 16 oz boneless ribeye. I didn't try a bite but I think he enjoyed it. We shared the fried Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes, both superb! How in the world are we still not done... We topped off the meal, where? How? With our dessert stomachs of course! And ordered the Mud Pie. Totally yummy and refreshing way to conclude a Dallas Summer evening at Town Hearth. Can I toss this together at home, ofc but it was perfection here. Mud Pie - Oreo crust, coffee ice cream, rocky road ice-cream, chocolate topping and drizzle with whip cream. Whew! I'm full just typing this. Service was 5 STAR. I loved the place. Fun spot for something that feels a little extra, I didn't feel anything we ordered lacked in any way. Fun spot!

Aussie grass fed filet mignon. Excellent which merited my 5 star rating
    Suzanne L.

The filet was probably the best i have ever eaten. The service was exceptional. The place has over 64 chandeliers even in the bathroom. Only drawback, with such a fancy restaurant there is no complimentary desert or champagne for celebrating a special occasion.

Overall, I was really impressed with the level of service--definitely 5 experience! The food was impressive and didn't need extra seasonings or sauces. DRINKS: Blood Orange Spicy Margarita had a little kick to it and wasn't overly sweet. APPETIZERS: bread with anchovy something or other was soooo good!! Dynamite Shrimp was really tasty as well. ENTREES: I had the filet mignon cooked medium and the seasoning/crust on that steak was amazing! This is now my new favorite steak restaurant! My husband had the slab cod. It was light and flaky and the portion could serve 2-3 people. SIDES: my husband ordered mushrooms and I ordered BLT Mac n cheese. It was delicious! DESSERT: the Mud Pie was the perfect ending to our anniversary date night. The coffee ice cream and Oreo cookie crust combination was really good and not too sweet.

Super cozy restaurant with amazing and fun decorations throughout the inside! We had a variety of starters, including the ahi nachos, bacon, Oscar tots and all were delicious. We got multiple large steaks and sides and all were cooked to our liking and delicious. They even sent the bones home for our dogs. Our server Brock was the best and we will definitely be back.

We celebrated a friend's birthday at this fun restaurant. The yellow submarine, all of the chandeliers, leather seats, and large American flag, were enough to make me come back even before we had incredible service and food. What a good time! Bonus: best crème brûlée we've ever had. A friend said his velvet cake was the best he has ever had as well. Everyone enjoyed their steaks, slab of bourbon syrup soaked bacon, meatballs, brussels sprouts, and even the cheeseburger with fries was delicious! We will be back again. Outstanding ambience!

How's the parking? Is it open or valet only?

The valet is free and they do a really good job.

Do they have gluten free options / are they celiac friendly?

Yes! When i made reservations they asked if anyone in our party had dietary restrictions. We have one person who is gluten intolerant but not celiac. The waiter asked is first thing who would need gf options, then as we went over the menu, he told…

    What is the attire?

Most people were semi-casual when we went for dinner. Although i dressed totally casual and it didnt matter at all. No formal rules

Can you get same day reservations?

It depends on how many people are in your party and for what day and time. They take reservations over the phone (not via their website or OpenTable) and I was able to get a reservation for 6PM on a Friday by calling in 3 days prior.

    Is it BYOB?

No. They have a full bar with delicious cocktails, in addition to beer and wine.

The only thing that was brought to our table was dry bread and cold/hard butter. Our waitress name was Kristine and honestly she was the worst i've ever had! The oaklawn location is THE WORST location i've ever been too and I've been to all of the Atlanta locations, the Alabama location and all of the Dallas, Texas locations and I have NEVER had a bad experience. Meanwhile the waiter didn't bring my drink when she brought everyone else's then when I mentioned it she told me I never ordered one! The issue here was the entire right side of the table heard me order my drink and also state that I would be taking care of my sisters drink. We asked for the manager 10 times and someone by the name of Andrea showed up maybe 2 or 3 times out of the 10 with NO SOLUTIONS. The majority of our party ordered from the restaurant week menu so the orders were simple but incomplete and dissatisfying! My shrimp gumbo came out after 1 hour and 40 minutes COLD! Everyone else's came out decent, the waiter Kristine acted as if she ain't understand the issue! I stated that I didn't want any more gumbo after she said she can bring out another. I wasn't offered anything else although on the restaurant weeks menu there were 2 other options. Next, 45 more minutes went by and the waiter came out stating that the dirty rice that came with the majority of our 2nd courses was sold out. Next we all questioning what our options are. 20 more minutes go by and the supposed manager Andrea states that they are sold out of the 3rd course (cheesecake) that the entire table ordered. needless to say for the 2nd course the waiter stated that we could get crab rice instead of dirty rice. Most of us agreed and it came out DRY AF and nasty bug at this point we don't even care we gave up. All of the table received theirs but the birthday girl never got her rice so we asked questions of course the waiter is clueless and the rice later comes out separate from her meal! After that remember they said the dessert of our choice is no more so they bring the bill. We ask if we can get our cake for birthday girl and some guy comes and slams it on the table as if he has any reason to be irritated after what we've been through! The bill was complete bullshit! At that point we don't want our food, we've had a terrible experience but there really wasn't any accountability for anything! We were met with blaming of being short staffed and the kitchen! NEXT, I state that I wont be paying my bill until I speak with the manager and our waiter inappropriately asks me my age! Why that mattered and why she asked me that is still unclear but I tell her my age has nothing to do with my asks of her! Next she explained the check saying that I received over $25 in discounts and after my calculations that was a lie! I went ahead and paid the bill out of frustration although I should've left the shit on the table and walked out! The waiter watches me pay and skip the tip and then INAPPROPRIATELY STATES that I skipped the TIP! I proceeded to tell her that she DIDN'T DESERVE a tip! Her attitude continues and I don't care nor do I say anything else. I approached the manager Andrea to ask one more time if she was really the manager and her, the waiter and some other lady were smirking! THIS experience was Unnecessary , Unacceptable, and Unprofessional and I will not stand for it! I want a refund as this food was thrown in the trash! All of your staff at every location should be on one accord and i'm just not going to accept how we were treated at this location! You all literally ruined a birthday and that's sad!

I made a reservation and placed in the notes the occasion. The preparation and attention to detail was so appreciated. The food was good. In total transparency, the King crab was a bit over cooked. I believe this could be a one off situation because I have had crab here before that was perfect. Although I did not make a huge issue of it the brief mention of it I made to Dawn, my impeccable server, caused her to relay the dissatisfaction. Once the Manager, Deshon Ford, was made aware he truly went through great lengths to make sure I felt appreciated and the concern was addressed. Maggie was also a warm welcome and a delight to encounter. This is what was ordered: King crab: 7/10 the precut of the shell is very helpful. It did not have the natural sweetness I normally experience. The squeeze of lemon does wake up the flavor a little bit but the cook process did not afford the tender luxury as expected. The lemon butter sauce is good but could be great if using clarified butter with minced garlic and a hint of seasoning was considered. Crab fried rice: 7/10 the presentation and the way it was assembled is great. I also like the ingredients. I could not tell if there was crab throughout. I did see the pieces of shredded crab sprinkled on top. This would be a 10 if it was seasoned a bit more to wake up the palette and there was visible lump crab mixed in throughout along with brown butter. Meatball appetizer: 10/10 I could tell the quality of the meat is high. The ingredients and seasoning is on point. They were perfectly cooked. Still tender in the inside and a crisp on the outside. The sauce on top brought the flavor to a well rounded party in your mouth. Natural chicken: 12/10 I tried a few bites of this meal since it was not what I ordered and it was the best meal of all. The chicken was so tender, delectable and excellently cooked. The potato mixture and the capers are well paired and oh sooooo goood. Bread roll with fresh Parmesan:10/10 So fresh, fluffy, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The light and fluffy Parmesan sprinkled all over the top elevates the bread to the clouds. The fresh whipped butter is also a great element of flavor with every bite. Mediterranean salad: 8/10 I was thinking this sals did not come with lettuce. The crab, olives, feta, cherry tomatoes, and calamari are a great pairing. The calamari was a bit chewy. All of the other ingredients are good. I think the dressing could use more depth in flavor to help incorporate such good ingredients. Whalla: 10/10 this drink was so lovely and well balanced. A thoughtful mix of ingredients.Loved the smokey presentation.

We arrived there around 9:40PM, June 27, 2026, from AT&T stadium. I was glad it opened until 11PM because it was Saturday. My wife found this restaurant in Red Notes(Chinese social media). The menu even glowed by itself when I opened it. I chose the $59 three course menu, Little Gem Caesar Salad, 6OZ filet mignon, with side dishes, parmesan mashed potatoes, lemon-garlic butter, and dessert was Petit Key Lime Pie. Eric was the waitor, they even splitted the portion evenly, how thoughtful. Eric even said have a safe trip home. I also picked Expresso Martini, I was kind of cocktail lover, as driving in China, I was not allowed to have a bit of alcohol. They were not many customers on second floor, and all of them were party group or something. We ate no seafood in the seafood restaurant.

They utilize team approach where someone else brought the drinks and food runners brought the food. Manager checked on us to make sure everything was good. Our water glasses were never empty. I ordered a Bloody Mary that they returned with a shrimp and celery stick. Nice touch. I specifically went here to try their soft shell crab and it did not disappoint. Others in the party had lobster rolls and the fried shrimp basket. I forgot to mention that we had the appetizers , crab hush puppies and fried oysters and both were excellent. We also tried the bread pudding and key lime pie for dessert that we really liked. Overall we would definitely return.

The mocktail was delicious. Our crab fingers appetizers were in a tasty sauce. The salad could've used more flavor to it and fresher lettuce, but i appreciated the amount of Parmesan cheese on top. I personally thought the presentation of the salmon was too much and a bit odd. I wish there was more sauce (or at least a side of sauce). The risotto was too bland, but the brussel sprouts were tasty and lemony. The salmon had a great crust, but it was too undercooked for me and wasn't the best salmon I've had. The filet mignon was ordered medium rare, but too us it seemed a lot more rare and wasn't seasoned well. The mashed potatoes were delicious. Our server was kind and helpful.
