Considering the amount charged, I expected someone knowledgeable about the job to attend and properly represent the company. I raised these concerns directly with the owner, but instead of acknowledging the poor handling of the inspection or taking responsibility for the situation, he avoided addressing the issue. Because the inspection charge and arrangements came directly from the owner, the experience left me feeling that the additional cost was not handled transparently or professionally. These are the types of business practices that prevent me from becoming a repeat customer, despite the installation itself being completed well. I recommend that anyone hiring this company confirm in writing whether permits and inspections are included in the original quote, the exact amount of any additional charges, and who will attend the inspection.

On the last visit, they installed another board with no improvement, then attempted to charge me again. I refused -- nothing had been diagnosed or fixed, and I was already out $1,300. After that, the company stopped responding to calls and emails. Only when I reported the issue to the manufacturer did the owner contact me, demanding $369 for the previous visit and full payment upfront for any future service. When I pushed back, he emailed saying the company was "parting ways" with me. He scammed me and thought I was a fool to buy a unit from him when I had already paid for a unit that was under warranty. Why tell me mine was not under warranty when it was. That's unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, unthoughtful, inconsiderate and appalling to me! This is not how business is done. The documentation took a lot of the time since he took photos of every part so the next visit the state can be compared. When he went to replace my humidifier pad, he even suggested I save money by buying them on my own and just keeping them near by.
