This is going to be a twofer review as this is a Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken location. This can be a dream if you wanted to mix menus and create a meal that some might think would be a nightmare. It can actually be a place where people might go if you aren't exactly sure what you might want. When I showed up here I saw the length of the drive thru line and decided that I was going to try my luck inside. Well...one reviewer stated that this is the 'slowest drive-thru I've ever seen.' They obviously didn't go inside. I went inside and noticed they were busy with the drive thru, so I took that as it would give me some time to look over the menu to make some interesting matches for my food. In hindsight, I should have just gotten into the drive thru line as I was completely ignored inside. Even though I was in complete view of the employees, they ignored me and continued on with the orders piling up from the drive thru. As I stood there waiting for some sort of acknowledgement, I was approached by a guy that came from out of nowhere who gave me a guilt trip to either give him some money or food. I declined and finally decided to leave the inside of the restaurant to try my luck at the drive thru. As I was backing out of my spot to head to the drive thru, the guy that approached me inside came outside and tried to get me to go back inside. I guess that means they finally came over to acknowledge the counter. At this point, I can concur that this is the slowest drive thru. It took me forever to even reach the kiosk. Then it took time for them to even take my order. Then it took longer to get to the window to pay and get my food. Overall, the food was put together haphazardly. I've seen toddlers put together food cleaner than what I got here. Was it worth the hassle/wait? No. Will I come here again and give it another try? Again, no. read more

The wait times here at HORRIBLE! No matter the time of day or week you are staying in the drive thru or line for more than 20 minutes. I have waited for my food for 30 mins sometimes and it wasn't even busy. The food is just mediocre and not worth the time it takes to get it. read more

I'm not from the area so I can't compare this outpost to any other local fast food, but I can say it worked as a quick fill when traveling south on 95. My hangry stomach followed signs off the highway and pretty easily found the Taco Bell/KFC combo. It was next to a Wendy's. It didn't take long to get my four crunchy tacos, and I ate them in my car like I usually do. They tasted exactly like any other TB tacos. My wait in the drive-thru was not long. It was a little more confusing to get back on the highway but I'm sure the average person wouldn't have as much trouble. read more

Came here on a Monday night via drive threw. The car in front of me took forever to decide since its KFC menu plus tacobell, which makes the customer overwealmed and undecisive. One of the worst Taco Bell in this area. I'm in the area and I go to this Taco Bell as a last result. The wait is long either it's when your ordering your food or waiting to get your food. Most times when I go they said they are out of the freeze drinks, which is the worst. The cashier didn't welcome us or even say hello when we approached to order, so that was a weird start for one. We waited for 20 minutes for our food, the restaurant was a mess, soda on the floor, soda machine not working, literally there was an employee sleeping at a table, the manager on-call was a table reviewing the current sales with what looked like a district manager. Neither got up to help even as the like grew from two people to about ten waiting to be helped, (time of the day was 2:40)the kitchen staff was getting confused with the orders. So, what's a dazzling suburbanite like me eating at a Taco Bell/KFC? Well, we were hungry, and REALLY pressed for time. It'd been a couple months since a TB in Memphis made me sick, so I was up for it- but with some caution. This is MUCH nicer than most TBs, but isn't nearly as nice as some of the latest TBs down where i live in Orlando- those have a cooler color palette, use natural rock on the inside and out, and well, just look neater. This is modern, much nicer than most TBs, but my guess is that it's not the latest corporate plan for TB Design. Nonetheless, the food was clearly much better than the average TB, the people were VERY nice and prompt, the place was fairly clean (although about 1/3 to 1/2 of the tables needed to be wiped down), and the gal at the register clearly had her eyes on the clock- they close at 10. So. Go here. Enjoy the nice people, the updated interior, the nice Pop music playing (for a change)at a reasonable volume- one you can hear, but can also talk over. Worst Taco Bell EVER!! To start with, our chalupa shells were rock hard and cold! Along with everything inside it. It hurt our mouths to try to eat them. For once the lettuce & tomato weren't spoiled, but little consolation when there was no flavor to anything. The potatoes with cheese sauce & sour cream were also cold & rock hard.
