No complaints with this place. The chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich was good. I enjoyed the taste and it was fresh and warm. With the right incentives I would come back for another sandwich. I'm not from here I'm from out of state. We don't have a chick- fil- A back in my state and it's been so long since I've had it so I thought I'd get it again. I ordered my food fine but I was rushed through the line by the workers. Once I get my food I pulled over to eat really quick I opened the bag and I'm missing one who medium fry and my 2 spicy deluxe sandwiches I ordered for me and my bf were plan with nothing on them. Just bun and chicken. They also gave me open leaking sauces that spilt all over everything and the wrong drinks. I wouldn't order here it' sucks. Horrible job. read more

This Chick-fil-A is one of the better locations in the city. The service is really quick, and the lines are usually shorter. The quality of the food meets expectations. Despite being near Penn Station, it doesn't get overwhelmingly crowded, likely because there are so many dining options in the area. On busy days, Chick-fil-A is just one of many choices available, so it doesn't draw a packed crowd as you might expect. There are several Chick-fil-A locations nearby, which makes this one blend in with the various options available. read more

I've only been to Chick-fil-A on a handful of occasions, but the model here is place your order, pay, and then, step aside and wait until your name is called. On this visit, I just wanted a small Mac n Cheese and followed the typical protocol; however, in this case, I became flustered because I was forced to wait almost 20 minutes for this one item! I wish in cases like this, where it's just one item, they would realize that, and not force customers to wait this long. On a positive note, the Mac here is pretty good. Located conveniently near the office, I stopped in for a quick lunch with a colleague. We both ordered the chicken strips and a small salad with avocado lime dressing. Unfortunately, almost immediately after eating, we both felt extremely nauseous and unwell, to the point where we struggled to return to the office. It was evident that the food was contaminated. This is your typical Chick-fil-A with the standard level of quality and selection. What impresses me about this particular location is how quickly they move their customers through the ordering and checkout line. During peak hours, employees take orders with a tablet and take your name down. You then pay when you arrive at the register. This process is very efficient and reduces wait times dramatically. I usually order a spicy chicken sandwich and French fries. The taste is on par with any other Chick-Fil-A and I recommend it as a solid lunch option in the Midtown area. read more

After recently trying to get lunch takeout from a bunch of places in the area that all ended up being closed, we were very thankful that this Chick-fil-A was open! We've been here many times before, usually grabbing a quick meal in their upstairs seating area, but this time, we took it to nearby Bryant Park. This location has always been convenient, but even more now when you're looking for somewhere outdoors to eat. The food itself - this time, grilled chicken nuggets and waffle fries - was the same as always, and we appreciated the consistency. They have social distancing markers on the floor when you're waiting in line, but given the size of the space, it's harder to maintain by the registers and the pick-up area, so if you're concerned about that, probably best to order ahead and then wait outside until you're sure your order is ready. But these people are professionals and the line moves fast. The food is constantly being made and won't take very long. Their sauce game on point. This is my third review for the same Chick-fil-A !!! Don't know what Yelp did with my first two reviews? I added this Chick-fil-A to Yelp Business early when I first downloaded the app around 05/15 and was first to review it when it was only the second Chick-fil-A in the City. Oh well here it goes again, each time it comes out different; I was so happy to see them build this Chick-fil-A, normally I would have had to drive 10 miles from Rutherford to Paramus to get it and now I will be passing it almost every day. Yeah, Yeah I know about the religious and political, discrimination issues here but the workers are the best! and the chicken with those waffle fries are to die for, what can I say so I got weak will power when it comes to chicken. read more

My friend and I walked in here on Saturday night around 8pm. A very short line! We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with everything in it, fries, and a drink. The server gave us lots of sauces (free) and an extra cup so we could share the soda. We went upstairs to grab seats and I was blown away. It was clean, organized, and well sanitized. Workers were cleaning and making sure it was tidy. The restroom is also very clean! There's a restroom code on the receipt. We sat by an outlet because my phone died on me. Charged my phone and free strong wifi is available. The food was delicious! Nothing burnt or undercooked. It is pricy, but worth it. They also have recyclable and regular garbage trash cans where you wave your hand in front of it so you don't have to touch the dirty entrance of the trash bin. I will be coming back! read more
