This is my go-to Chick-fil-A when I'm at work. Its some of the friendliest service I've ever encountered at a fast food chain. I mainly come here for breakfast, but I've been here during later hours as well. I highly recommend downloading the app and doing all of your ordering on there. When you go there in the morning and order more than just a drink, they always give you chicken on a biscuit for free. Pretty sweet! They have a great breakfast menu with healthy options. I usually get the Egg White Grill or the breakfast bowl with grilled chicken. Both items are always fresh and made to order. The fruit cup has no filler fruit like melon (which I don't like ). It's filled with berries, mandarin sections and apples. The yogurt with fruit and cookie crumbs (you can get granola, too) is probably my favorite item here. The yogurt is so creamy and delicious and again, fresh! The iced coffee is actually really good. Always hits the spot. I usually get a flavored tea or one of the seasonal drinks they have. It varies from month to month. The hash browns are some of the better ones I've had at a fast food restaurant. Well seasoned and crispy little circles. Even though the mornings here can get busy because of the location, I never had to wait long. Service is always with a smile. The restroom code is either given on your receipt or shown on the app after you place your order. The place is always clean and spotless. They have seating upstairs. I cant recommend downloading the app enough! You build up points quickly and they send you free rewards all the time. I pretty much get a free iced coffee weekly! read more

I can't explain how disappointed I was with this experience. First, they charge if you want a bunless sandwich. Sure I can understand there might be a charge if you want an "upgraded" bun or lettuce wrap, but this Chick-fil-a also charges if you remove the original bun! Then, they totally ignore mobile order instructions on what to include on the sandwich or no ice in the drink. I promise, "no ice" means I really don't want ice in my cup. Lastly, what type of establishment doesn't either offer mobile orders the opportunity to ask for napkins or doesn't automatically put them in the bag or directs patrons where they could obtain them? Today around noon, I visited Chick-fil-A with two of my coworkers. We ordered three meals, and one of those meals included a substitution of macaroni and cheese instead of fries. We spent approximately $50 on our order. When we reached the drive-thru window, we received our drinks and food. The employee at the window initially seemed professional and asked us to check our bag before leaving. We did exactly that and immediately noticed the macaroni and cheese was missing. When we informed him, he appeared to smirk as if he didn't believe us and told us to check the bag again. We did, and again confirmed it was not there. He then took it upon himself to search through our bag, putting his hands all over the food and packaging, only to discover that the macaroni and cheese was, in fact, missing. At that point, a manager named Mary Beth came to the window. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism or courtesy, she rudely said, "Just give me the bag," and took it inside. She and the employee searched through our order again. Throughout the entire interaction, we felt as though we were being accused of trying to get free food or being dishonest over a small side of macaroni and cheese. The issue was never about the macaroni and cheese--it was about how we were treated. As paying customers who spent nearly $50, we should not have been made to feel like liars over such a minor mistake. The lack of respect, the dismissive attitudes, and the implication that we were attempting to deceive your staff were unacceptable. Before we even pulled away from the drive-thru, I called the restaurant because I was so disappointed. Another manager, Jackson, answered the phone and apologized for the situation, and I appreciate that he took the time to listen. However, the damage had already been done. After multiple employees handled and searched through our food, we no longer felt comfortable eating it and ended up throwing the entire order away. I have always considered Chick-fil-A to be known for exceptional customer service, which is one of the main reasons I visit this location almost every day. That is why today's experience was so shocking and disappointing. The behavior displayed by the employee at the window and Manager Mary Beth fell far below the standard of service I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and addressed. No customer should ever be made to feel disrespected, accused, or embarrassed over an employee's mistake. I expect better from a company whose reputation has always been built on treating customers with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. read more

I ordered my food fine but I was rushed through the line by the workers. Once I get my food I pulled over to eat really quick I opened the bag and I'm missing one who medium fry and my 2 spicy deluxe sandwiches I ordered for me and my bf were plan with nothing on them. On this visit, I just wanted a small Mac n Cheese and followed the typical protocol; however, in this case, I became flustered because I was forced to wait almost 20 minutes for this one item! After recently trying to get lunch takeout from a bunch of places in the area that all ended up being closed, we were very thankful that this Chick-fil-A was open! We've been here many times before, usually grabbing a quick meal in their upstairs seating area, but this time, we took it to nearby Bryant Park. This location has always been convenient, but even more now when you're looking for somewhere outdoors to eat. The food itself - this time, grilled chicken nuggets and waffle fries - was the same as always, and we appreciated the consistency. They have social distancing markers on the floor when you're waiting in line, but given the size of the space, it's harder to maintain by the registers and the pick-up area, so if you're concerned about that, probably best to order ahead and then wait outside until you're sure your order is ready.
