We usually come here in the drive thru and they're always very quick and very fresh! We opted to dine in yesterday and everything inside was very clean and new. We used the kiosks to order but they never texted me my receipt even after signing up for the rewards so I was unable to get my code! I kept thinking maybe there was a delay in the sending of it but I didn't ever receive notice my order was done either except for when the guy yelled out my name. Bummer! I wanted my points! After paying for my meal I asked for the bathroom code and the male employee sighed and rudely said "just push the door"... when I got my food I noticed they were out of napkins in the lobby so I politely asked for some, the female employee sighed, rolled her eyes and went to get them... she came back, set them down and walked away without saying anything. Worst customer service of any fast food chain ever. We stopped here on our way to LA because there aren't any rest stops in the area. They couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge us when we walked in much less take our actual order. When asked if we could order at the counter the lady just pointed at the kiosk. They have two bathrooms but one of them was occupied the entire time we were in the restaurant. When we asked if we could have the code to the other restroom the employee said it was out of order, yet two different staff members used it while we were there. Best advice, keep driving until you get to Valencia and find somewhere else to spend your money. read more

I've been to this Taco Bell just once and it's definitely not worth the return. The food is never a problem, which, considering the service, I'm very surprised about. There are a bunch of rambunctious kids messing around and horse playing causing long waits for everyone in the drive thru, even if it just your car. You can hear them messing around over the intercom and when you pull up to the window, 4-5 of them are just laughing and throwing hands everywhere. I have no problem with fun at work but when it actually disrupts and causes problems, that is an issue. read more

This Taco Bell sent out coupons to the residents. One of the coupons is for 50 cent burritos. Next to the 50 cents is says (Limit 10). My daughter & I came to purchase 10 burritos thinking the coupon meant 10 for 50 cents each. When I got to the window I learned that the coupon is only for 1 burrito at 50 cents. There is a sentence that says 1 item per coupon. So in order to get 10 burritos for 50 cents one has to have 10 coupons. Very misleading to the consumer. read more

I ordered a crunchy taco with beans lettuce tomato and avocado. I was charged $3.85. I get on the freeway headed to work and I realize they put cheese and meat on it and I can't even eat it. Now I don't have breakfast before I work. I got to work a few minutes early and I call them up and tell them what happened and the girl says, "I remember you, that's not what you ordered". I am so super upset!! I just got home from going through drive thru. I spent $71.00 on dinner for my family only to get home and my daughter's order is missing. I was told to pull over and someone would come out and hand me my order. The employee came out to give me my food and another employee went after him and said the quesadilla was for another customer.
