Went to have breakfast. I was Waiting at the register for 10 minutes while the employees looked at me. Not once was I greeted or even acknowledged. I didn't even get to place an order. I was very hungry but I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service. read more

I usually come here during the late evening when I'm traveling through and I stop here every time I'm hungry. The food is always cooked to perfection, correct, and gets to you at a hot off the grill temperature. Out of all the Taco Bell's I've been to, this is the only location that has systematically pleased me every single time. Oh helllllll no. The first red flag should've been that it's located inside a GAS STATION. My boyfriend is a Taco Bell FANATIC. He spends $12 easily just for his food every time we go. I love Taco Bell, too & I am a big fan of the chicken chips seasonal item. We pulled through the drive through and were greeted through a half muffled speaker and asked for a Chalupa supreme. The manager, Erica responded with "nachos supreme?" And I said "no, chalupa" and then she said "Gordita supreme?" And I yelled "NO... CHALUPA!!!" Which she then replied "ma'am I can't hear you". So, we reversed out of the drive through and walked our hungry butts inside. Oh man I regret this. We walk up to the manager, Erica and begin ordering. After almost every item she asks "is that all?". We end up ordering and sit down at the high tops. Every. Single. Table. Was. Filthy!!! Definitely not up to health code. Sauces were displayed in a little candy dish. What? Ok, best (well, worst) part. My boyfriend ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito but sub with chicken. THEY FORGOT THE DAMN BEANS. But don't worry- since he paid an extra 99 cents for chicken, they made sure to include 3 quarter size pieces of chicken. How generous of them. I posted a picture of the burrito too. Such an injustice to that poor burrito. RIP. So, he goes up and asks to have it re-made with beans & a drink refill. Erica was short, rude & when my boyfriend genuinely and politely said "thank you so much, I appreciate it", she said "yeah". All of the food sucked. The burrito, the cinnamon twists were stale, the new rolled chicken tacos were over cooked and excessively crunchy, tasteless and slightly warm throughout. The cool ranch Doritos taco was broken halfway down to the base and inedible. This was a terrible experience all the way around. Truly not sure how they have an A health rating & 3.5 stars reviews. We will be writing in to corporate and the survey to hopefully get our $16.80 cents back and hopefully they use that "NOW HIRING" advertisement on their receipt to replace their incompetent manager. Went thru drive thru because that is only option, sent to wait out front, finally got food and did not get spoon or fork for the bowl ordered, got 2 taco supremes when 2 soft tacos were ordered, no napkins, and no receipt so I do not know if I paid for tacos I did not want or just got the wrong thing. Unfortunately we did not figure it out until we were already back on freeway traveling home so there was no going back. Will not ever stop at the Taco Bell again. read more

This location discriminates against deaf people for employment. My friend Alycia, who is deaf, went the other day to inquire about her application. The manager there wrote down on a piece of paper that deaf people are not allowed to work there due to communication. The manager abruptly took the paper out of Alycia's hand and destroyed the paper to prevent Alycia from collecting evidence. The manager also refused to share her name. However, Alycia has a video of the incident. There also is security footage that can be reviewed. The manager's actions were very shady, and she clearly knew what she was doing is wrong. Not only this was a very humiliating experience for Alycia along with the Deaf community, but this is also a direct violation of the ADA laws. It is grounds for legal action. The manager needs to be held responsible. I have a screenshot of the manager's face should the owner decide to reach out and investigate before facing legal action. This Taco Bell is by far the best Taco Bell I've been to in SoCal. Service is always friendly, I get my food fast and my order is always how I want it even if I make it a little complicated. Inside it's always clean and what I really enjoy are the sauces. The way they arrange the sauces is awesome. You can tell they put thought into every detail. The drive thru lady is always smiling and she always makes my day. I will definitely do the survey so I can give Wendy a great service compliment. Even if the Newhall location is closer to me I do not mind driving a couple extra miles to a better restaurant. read more

I live relatively close to this location tell my family and I have eaten here plenty of times but today my mom and I ordered the nachos Bell grande and share them and now three hours later we both are very sick. Very. Not the normal post-taco bell tummy ache..no. I'm vomiting and have...well, you know....Anyways, The service is always great and I've never had any issues until now. This is my local Taco Bell and I have to say it is one of the best. They always make my food correctly, even though my orders can be complicated because I am a vegetarian. The people who work there are very nice and the manager, Erica, is awesome. She is always super friendly and helpful. The food is always consistent, unlike some in the San Fernando Valley. Overall, it's a great considering it is located in a gas station. read more
