Had been going to this Taco Bell for years, but have been going less often as they discontinued Tostadas and Del Taco has several varieties of Tostadas. I also like the Tacos better at Del Taco. However, I preferred Taco Bell's Bean Burrito and Combo Burrito over Del Taco's (I like Taco John's Burritos the best, but no Taco John's in Castle Rock). I was in the mood for a fast food Burrito last night, so I drive to this Taco Bell, get there about 9:00 pm and they are closed down (maybe a weak franchisee that can't get or schedule help?). So, I went and got a 7 Layer Burrito at Del Taco and it was pretty good. Between discontinuing items I like and not being open during hours that they were open in the past, I have run out of patience with this Taco Bell and will just give my business to Del Taco going forward (or Taco John's when I am near one). read more

This is the most ATROCIOUS taco bell in the history of all taco bell $hit-hole locations......Tried to go today for a taco, and the line was around the block and into the adjacent gas station parking lot. Apparently taco bell isn't staffed properly or just doesn't give a flying fuk about their customer. Also, this could've easily averted had the lobby been open for take out orders. But no, this location still only offers drive through only....The best news is, Del Taco recently opened up in Castle Rock. They offer consistently better food and price options......Now I can enjoy taco tuesday (3 for $1.20) at DT, sit on my patio and watch taco bells customer base slowly rot away. read more

Debbie is amazing! Every time I stop by she is so kind and patient with customers! Her customer connection is so genuine! The drive thru runs really fast and my food is never messy when I get it home :) they always ask you if you need sauce and always put in napkins! Let me start by saying if I could give a -5 stars I would. On my initial visit on Saturday @ 6:15pm after a 40 minute wait, my order was taken and that is where the issues started. I gave the 1st window cashier Darnell G my payment which was $30.45 for an order that totaled $27.45. He put it is as only $30 and gave me the incorrect change. Once that was corrected I was shorted 2 tacos from my party pack and 1 Fiesta potato. I called and spoke with the person who claimed to be a manager and she said to come in and get the order completed, she asked for my last name and said all I needed was that to get my order. She would not give me her name when I asked for it. The next day Sunday @ 1:05pm I went to get my replacements and the supposed manager said that my name was not written down so she could not do anything. As I left the manager poked her head out the 1st drive through window and flipped my wife and I off. This location constantly when I ask for Diablo and Fire sauce I get only hot and mild. The employees at this location are rude and unprofessional. In my opinion you should fire all of them and clean house. Good Job Taco Bell for hiring a bunch of uneducated and rude people. Your employees obviously need more training to learn how to use a cash register or maybe go back to elementary school and learn some basic math skills. read more

Not going to lie Taco Bell is one of my favorite places, but not tonight. I sat in line tonight and when I pulled up to the speaker box everything was going good. Until halfway through my order the kid started to be forgetful. I had ordered two quesadillas when I got my food I parked and noticed that one was missing. I went to the doors to talk to them, they went and grabbed my receipt and told me I didn't order two after I clearly said two 3 times at the box. They then told me that I could buy another one. Do not under any circumstances make the mistake to go to this restaurant. Obviously you get what you pay for, but can't they even begin to get an order correct? Today at 4:30pm I went through the drive through. My teenage sons were wanting some cheap Mexican food. When I got home, half the order was wrong. I live about 10 miles away. I thought I should at least call and give them the opportunity to give us a correct order sometime in the near future. The receipt said Maria was the cashier. The woman who answered the phone claimed to be a store manager. I explained to her the inaccuracies in the order, and that it had been intended to be dinner for 3 boys. At nearly $25, you would assume it would at least be what was ordered. The woman immediately began speaking loudly and interrupting me. She stated she had personally prepared the order, and either I was a liar or stupid. I offered to drive the incorrect items the 20 mile round trip. She stated that if I returned she would call the police. Wow, great customer service TacoBell. I have called the corporate phone number, let's see if I even get a return call. So basically, what you have is normally somewhat edible cheap versions of Mexican cuisine, complete inability to correctly prepare your order, and a store "manager" who will call you stupid, a liar and threaten to call the police if you attempt to return for the correct items. I had to ask what the status was on my order and they argued saying they made it already so they had to check the tapes to prove that they didn't make it nor thag I received the food that I paid for. I have to say, of all the Taco Bell's in the area, this one really has stepped up their game. I generally will stop by for a couple of tacos at lunch on occasion and never think twice about them. Pretty average like any other Taco Bell, but today whomever was making the tacos read my mind. There was a sufficient amount of taco filling not to mention enough lettuce to keep the taco shell from collapsing in on itself when you took a bite (which is something I do for myself when making Tacos at home). The things I didn't want were left off on most things but not all things. It feels like they read part of my order but stopped and didn't care about what the rest of it said. I went through the drive through at 12:30 am on a Saturday night and ordered $80 worth of Taco Bell for a large group after a wedding and Debbie handled our enormous order so well that it deserved this review. I pulled up and said I had a very large order and her response was, "Ok, go ahead". After placing an order for 40 items she had the order ready in a timely manner and was very kind during the whole process. This is one of the reasons I will continue to visit this Taco Bell. Also, the order was correct and hot when we got home. Everyone was so happy and joked all next day they couldn't believe we ordered $80 worth of Taco Bell but I'm so happy that we did. read more

I have never been served so consistently well at a Taco Bell. The food is always Taco Bell good. It's cheap and fast. I always ask if I can add a dollar to go towards their employee scholarship fund. I decided to try this location after many disappointing trips to my local Parker location. I was not disappointed! They were really quick, friendly and my order was exactly what I expected it to be. It only took them from the time I got my drink and chose a spot to sit to get my order out to me. It was also really clean. Don't advertise that you're open till midnight or later if you aren't even open past 10. Some people work later and this is, unfortunately, the only option. There's one guy who's on register almost every time I go in and he's really nice and will talk to you for a little bit. I experienced this location several times most of the time it has been an ok experience.

i came in with my sisters and order some food, we ordered 2 quesadillas and a burrito and some cinnabon delights. in the process of our order being taken through the drive through the person on the headset was not paying attention. after we left we checked to see if we had everything. one of the quesadillas was missing from the bag. we came in and 2 of the guys told us they wouldn't give us a quesadilla like we ordered. he told us he would charge us for another we said no thanks and he tried to keep our bag of food we had already recieved. i work in the fast food industry and i understand but your staff was not paying attention to our order, screwed it up and refused to give us the food we asked for. will not be coming back to this taco bell. read more
