I normally don't write reviews for franchise restaurants but after today I have to say this is the worst Taco Bell experience. I use to live near Esplanade Taco Bell and they never failed me. But now I live closer to East Ave. So, I looked at the reviews on East ave and thought oh come on it can be that bad it's just Taco Bell. But no! It's horrible. I'm talking about the service. Whoever owns this Taco Bell needs to retrain all the workers including the manager because it's obvious they're doing a bad job considering other reviewers and mine. I go to drive thru and order the fiery taco supreme, they were out of shells. Eh, that sucks but oh well. I got regular shell. Here's what made me mad. I open up both the nachos supreme I ordered and whats missing? The CHEESE SAUCE. The workers played it off and put some shredded cheese on top to mimic the cheese sauce. First of all, why wouldn't you tell customers you're out of cheese sauce? Why would you just sprinkle shredded cheese and give them to customers? I wouldn't have ordered this had I known they were out of cheese sauce. I threw them out, what a waste. These workers are careless. I live down the street from here and visit quite often. Every single time I order a burrito I ask for no tomatoes. 1 because they're disgusting and 2 I get sick every time I eat them. I've had nothing but bad experiences here. Make sure you check your bag before you leave, every single time. Mind you, I have small simple orders. They have missed items and given me the complete wrong orders almost every time. I go back in telling them they gave me the wrong food and they respond "didn't you get "such and such"? No, obviously that's why I came back in. And of course they had to remake the order and only had one out of two of my empanadas so that was the cherry on top. And then she says "do you want a refund"? No, I'd like to pay for food I won't be getting... of course I want a refund! On top of that, the order they remade me still had problems with the food and missing ingredients. And they want to get paid $15 an hour when they can never get a simple order correct, yeah right. read more

you know I'm not one to judge fast food chains because their quality is already bad, but I mean the workers really reflect the food they prepare and this is coming from someone that worked in fast food. i went in to get a mini quesadilla and the cheese wasn't even melted all the way BOTH times I got one. the whole time i was standing there an older lady was giving me dirty looks and staring me down and i saw the workers and their bad attitudes, throwing stuff down carelessly because they were mad. Only one guy was genuinely nice to me I hope he finds a better job because that whole team needs to replaced. Their food is the sloppiest fast food anywhere I've ever had. My mom, sister and I all went in for a quick and easy dinner we ordered a couple spicy crunchy burritos and a quesadilla WITHOUT creamy jalapeño sauce because it upsets my sisters stomach. I've always questioned Yelp reviews that are connected to fast food but here it is...I've been pushed this far. This Taco Bell, without fail, screws up every order, has the longest wait time and basically requires more time than a sit down restaurant because eventually you have to go back and remedy the mistakes. A few examples: being given soda without syrup, not understanding grilled vs shredded chicken on three different occasions, giving sausage when bacon was ordered on two different occasions, having a 25 minute wait despite only three orders in front of us, leaving out some portion of the order on several occasions, having an employee crowd me out (step in front of me in mid-reach looking at me like I was in the way) while I was grabbing napkins to replace sauces, and the assumption that half the employees are on drugs at any given time. Party on your own time dudes. Heard a new employee being told to not be nice to staff if she needed help "don't be gentle and soft-spoken," while the person training her ignored her through her first time on the register (I felt bad and was nice, as usual). This review isn't directed at this particular location. I think the employees are great and the restaurant is nice. This review is regarding the disastrous breakfast menu. Has anyone tried it? Awful! The biscuit taco is 90% biscuit. ( And it's a bad tasting biscuit). About 1/4 of a scrambled egg. A half of piece of bacon chopped up and a pinch of cheese. I couldn't taste anything but the fake tasting biscuit. I've tried breakfast on 3 other occasions and was disappointed every time. The menu is confusing as well because it has everything listed together. I noticed a lot of items on the website weren't on the menu but were available when asked. McDonald's has this down a lot better and the food tastes better. Do yourself a favor and stick with taco and burritos. This breakfast is no bueno! read more
