This has to be the WORST Taco Bell location to pick up from as a 3rd party delivery service worker. I walk in and there is 1 other driver in front of me. I wait 45 minutes they not only help the driver before me but also 5 other drivers that came in after me. 3 people who ordered on the kiosks 20 minutes after I got there and didn't even start working on my order until after all of them. All I did was tell them the order name and they said they'll get on it as soon as possible. Come to find out that they forgot. So now I waited 45 minutes lost my tip and got a strike on my record because they can't do their job. I understand working in fast food can be stressful with the drive thru, front house, and 3rd party orders but if it's too much either turn off 3rd party orders. Or open the 2nd line to focus on 3rd party orders or help with getting orders out faster. It's ridiculous to only have one line going making all the food. read more

Today I received the worst service I've had from any food restaurant I've been to. We had a large order for our family. We got to the front and I asked if we could add two more items for my wife. They said no because I've already caused a line. We went back and forth in our discussion and they claimed it's because of customer service they can't do it...I'm a customer just like the people behind me. They had just gotten there. She proceeded to get the manager and the manager said I needed to go back around and wait in line to order. I said it would take 30 seconds to add this and cook it - less than the time we spent arguing about it. She said she was going to call the cops and pulled out her cell phone and dialed 911. If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars, would. First off, the food tastes like someone dumped a can of dog food into a tortilla and called it a day. The "meat" has the consistency of wet cardboard, and the tacos fall apart before you even pick them up. Someone who works here, and still does, I normally would order delivery from UberEats and I get myself a chicken quesadilla everytime with extra Creamy Jalapeño Sauce inside, because thats what they use for their quesadillas and have always been. But from time to time at this location, someone is putting in the Chipotle sauce and not the creamy jalapeños sauce and the colors are different, and today as well, someone loaded it up with the Chipotle sauce, do y'all not label ur sauce bottles? We have lived near this Taco Bell for 6 years now. We order practically the same thing every time and it's a pretty detailed order. Before COVID, I stopped here at least once a week and still go there often during COVID. Not once have they ever messed up the order. The drive-thru is always very fast. She asked questions to clarify an accurate order was taken and sent to the team preparing the food. The team was prepared our order faster than we could fill our cups. I have been here twice for breakfast on weekends. On the first visit, the drive through computers were not working and I was instructed to come inside even through I intentionally went through the drive through. Second visit also resulted in being told to come inside from the the drive through. I ordered 15 breakfast tacos and you would have thought the staffs world ended. Went inside, waited and waited for food then departed for home to bring tacos to the teenagers sleeping over.
