My first yelp review to tell you I strongly suggest against this location. Ordered at 11:55 walked in and 10+ people waiting. I have patience and understanding for the fact it's free burrito day but the staff is completely untrained and just gave up. They were able to complete only 2 pickups in the span of 45 minutes because they prioritize walk ins over already paid customers. I suggest going to a different establishment that actually cares about the orders that are placed. Even Chipotle does a better job! And for the business maybe hire employees that can read and place orders in a correct timeline manner not sporadically scattered. Very friendly staff and the steak burrito was delicious. Service is slower than other fast food places, but I've come to expect that for places like this that make your food in front of you. The restaurant was bright and clean, not too cold to sit inside to enjoy our meal. The kids really liked the queso, it wasn't too spicy for them (or me.) We would love a Q'doba in Corpus Christi, but until then, we will be back to this location anytime we visit North Texas! read more

Have been coming here for years and today was a total fail. The main issue was that the quesadilla was barely cooked - there was hardly any color (toasting) on the tortilla and you could see that the cheese wasn't even melted. I asked that it be put back on the grill. Not much improvement but I had to get back to work so did not have them try a 3rd time. Was not offered any sides (as the menu indicates it comes with up to three sides). I had to ask for Guac and pico. He started to grab the little clear 2oz cups and I asked for the larger 4oz (when they add Guac to my salads, it's a FULL scoop - I can't see a Full scoop fitting in the little 2oz cup). Got home and some of the cheese STILL was not melted, the tortilla was very wet and soggy because it had not been toasted well enough and the chicken/cheese not been evenly distributed (a large corner had Nothing in it). To add insult to injury - i was Charged for the guac. Only positive is that it had a good taste. read more

Leaving a review to say the qdoba in saginaw doesnt compare to this location. This location is fresh and generous on their portions. Saginaw locations veggies and meat are old and cold and the portions are very little. Dont go the saginaw, they are just kids with no adult supervision and the food needs work. tip scam. we ordered delivery, two pizzas $37. Good deal. BUT -the driver silently stood on our doorstep staring after she got the pizzas and making my wife uncomfortable. when she asked if he wanted something, he said a tip. I had tipped online.... she asked me because she had only a few one dollar bills. I had no cash so I started looking around the house, only found some larger bills. Long story short the driver ended up getting over half of the order amount in a tip - he got tipped 2x, online and at the door. 50% + tip... I called the restaurant, was told they were aware this was happening and were working on it. They did not offer anything...complimentary pizza, reimbursement, coupon...nothing. The online tip does not show on the invoice...its a simple fix - if they do not want the amount on the invoice simply have it say "tipped online" or some other easy fix so the driver cannot exploit you. read more

First time ever in one ! We've been by a number of time and missed it, but not today! Great to have something to effectively fill the hole the blacklisted Chipotle left behind. Very similar format, but frankly, is better than Chipotle was in their hayday. Service is impecable, food options were choicy but thankfully not overly choicy (which bogs down the line and knocks up the price). I would call it clean, but in a place like this, "clean" is a sustained battle. So as long as they're clearly working it, no particular mess counts knowing it's only for a moment. And they are in a blur cleaning behind the constant renewal of the messy individuals. We tried the mango chicken salad bowl with the shell and a chicken burrito, bulging with ingredients. The meats were grilled so nice! Fresh and great. Will we be back? Shoot, we'll probably just forward our mail here. read more

I love Qdoba for lunch. It's always super clean inside, the staff is quick to greet you and get your order started. I love getting the bowl. I always choose white rice. For my protein I like to alternate between smoked brisket, ground beef or pulled pork. All are delicious! Preparing to try the hot & sweet chicken. You can choose between mild and spicy queso, I have had both and enjoy them equally. I love this menu! They do not up charge their wonderful guacamole. Repeat: No up charge. I came in for a quick lunch because I saw the new Qdoba location. The staff was welcoming when I entered and everything was very clean. I opted for a salad with chicken, chipotle ranch, pico de Gallo, sour cream and guacamole. I'm doing low carb and was happy with the options especially the roasted cauliflower. I ordered through doordash and when my extremely kind dasher got there, the restaurant said someone else had taken my order and already left. After clearing things up with my doordasher and talking with the store on the phone, they said they set the doordash orders on a shelf and let whoever take it, and often "see people sitting outside eating the order". They then said it would be another charge to remake my food. I got a literal kids quesadilla and chips and queso, like are you joking, you let someone steal my food, put my doordasher through hell, then hang up on me after a pretty rude call? It's 50/50 with doordash and restaurant responsibility, but maybe fix your fucking system and care if someone steals food. I had a great time with the wife and kids at Qdoba today! Jahonn Bratcher, the owner, greeted us at the door and told us first timers all about Qdoba and what makes them different. A super nice guy that made sure we felt comfortable and got everything we wanted. We ordered a couple burrito bowls and kid's quesadillas. Smoked brisket was ok flavor, not my favorite. But everything else was fantastic! You're able to load up the bowl with anything and everything they have there. Everything was fresh and it was busy for only the 3rd day being open... I'm a true Chipotle's fan but I must say this place is delicious. There are a lot of options to choose from. The brisket is great. Customer service is excellent. We stopped in 30 minutes before closing and received service as if we they just opened. Jeremy was amazing to work with. It was our first time eating at Qdoba and he guided us in the right direction. We will be back soon. The ONLY thing missing is a good vinaigrette. I gave it 4 stars because of the missing vinaigrette but gave the 5th star back because of the cookie. I've always been a fan of QDOBA but they are hard to come by around here. They really need to open more locations. I was craving a burrito bowl and didn't want to risk food poisoning from that other fast casual restaurant known as Chipotle. I came here and the food is way better and the restaurant is pristine. I feel sure that their food is kept at the right temperatures, the meats are steaming and the cold ingredients are fresh. Their employees are friendly, fast, and properly use gloves when handling the food. The chicken is so flavorful and well cooked. They don't charge you extra for guacamole. And there's a lunch special where you can get a large drink with your meal for under $10! read more

I was a big fan of the Qdoba chain in Michigan, but wasn't impressed with the other locations I'd been to in DFW. This location is great, though--just like the ones I went to in Michigan. For fast-casual "Mexican-ish" food, Qdoba is my favorite. The food is always fresh and they have a lot of uncommon ingredients, like a choice of brown or white rice and even a plant-based meat alternative. The service here is always fast and friendly and the restaurant is always really clean. I'm happy this place opened up so close to where I live! read more

A really nice Qdoba. I had the chicken mango salad and with the shell bowl. The shell bowl was way better than I was expecting, like really really good. The mango was fresh and tasted great too. What was really great about this location was the staff. They were so friendly! The manager was out on the floor cleaning tables and taking out the trash. I always love seeing the manager helping instead of sitting back in the office and doing nothing like at a lot of food chains. This location also has the drink machine with all the flavor. A good patio (serves alcohol) and the lemons and limes out were fresh looking too, which is a great sign of the employees putting care into the day to Day. Clean and delicious. read more

Their guacamole is to die for, and everything had such great flavor! The very next day while out shopping with my boys, we went in to the store and ate. It was equally delicious. We all three got nachos, made to order just how we all liked them, and all three of us cleaned our plates! This place is better than Chipotle hands down, and I'm a big Chipotle fan. This place is exactly like a Chipotle. Except for the quality of food. And service. And personality of the employees. And the eating area. And the just overall feel of the establishment. Have never had a "sloppy" meal here and have nothing to complain about. Prices are average, but the quality is just so much better. Will probably never go to a Chipotle again. Nothing to do with the food. Be aware the Owner of this franchise keeps all tips left for employees in the tip jar. Just seems pretty sleezy to me. So if you visit this location and want to tip the employees you need to hand the tip directly to the employees and not put it in the tip jar. Or keep your money and don't tip.
