This location is an absolute joke. This is the second time my entire order has been messed up. I've paid for extra lettuce and seem to receive less than average. This KFC/Taco Bell was okay. At first, we were served very poorly. We were greeted by the cashier just looking at us. Once we got our food, my Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was BURNT. The chicken and the bun. We returned it and without hesitation, they fixed it for us. However, my fiancé got Taco Bell, and he said I was the best one he's ever had. Update 2: Went back a couple of times since my last visit. The first visit was an improvement from the previous visits. Clean, polite, fast, etc. I was sooo hopeful. But...I went back and ran into the same crappy service as before. Had a very immature teen girl just stare at me when I walked up to the counter. I asked for no sour cream and, not surprisingly, they had sour cream on them. I asked for a remake from the prep guy. The counter girl turned to me and laughed, smirked and said "oh sorry" in a pissy voice. And then went to the prep guy to insist that I never asked for no sour cream and then to rag on me. Yeah...I'm done. Update: after this last visit I decided to fill out the survey on the receipt and gave it my honest feedback. That Saturday and Sunday I received 2 phone calls from different managers which I believe we're regional managers. They were both very concerned and voiced their desire to fix whatever the issue is here. I am glad that they took the feedback so seriously. I'll wait another week and try the location again. Every time I go through the drive through, my order is incorrect. The employees need to be correctly trained on how each food item is made and adhere to the requests of the consumer. You also need to make sure all your machines are working. For example the freeze drinks. Management needs to get it together and have a serious sit down with the employees. I just visited the newly opened Taco Bell in Dacula. It was packed inside and outside! The employees were very sociable. I have to say though, the nachos bellgrande was "very salty" and the chips were smashed. Didn't get a full one in the whole thing. My kids got the soft taco platters. They didn't give them the meat they wanted. I think it will get better over time. The mistakes hopefully just came from it being so busy. But, I do hand it to the employees, who kept a smile on their faces and were very courteous in the drive-thru. I went on Tuesday night and it was very busy around 6:15pm. read more

Omg I'm amazed of how this place is still open after the service we got tonight!!!! We arrived at the drive-through at 9:02did not get our food until 9:35!!!! I was sitting in line for 10 minutes before they even took my order then I asked the girl what is taking so long she said we are waiting for biscuits and that's what's holding everyone up!!! 20 minutes later I was still in the same spot I called the phone number and asked to speak to the manager the person on the other line stated he was the manager I told him we're stuck in your drive-through we can't go forward and we can't go backward!!! He said well sorry about that we have a few large orders before you that's what's holding us up. I told him OK I'll talk to you when I get to the window I got to the first window where I paid I asked for the manager. The gentleman said he does not know where he is but he is somewhere around here. He did not get him orcall him. When I got to the second window where I would pick up my food I asked them twice where the manager was and I was ignored both times. Needless to say your customer service sucks from the manager all the way down. On top of it all most of the food was cold by the time we got it. This is by Far the worst KFC I have ever eaten at. We picked up the order of extremely dry chicken that resembled gas station fried chicken that had been sitting for hours/days. If I could give 0 stars, I would. 9/10 times when we go through the drive thru our order is absolutely wrong. We receive items that are nothing similar to what we order. If the order is mostly correct, they've forgotten an item or two. Shortly after I rated this location a 1 star, I revisited and met the new GM. She is clearly competent and very focused on creating better service. You can see the change in every aspect from the attitudes of the staff to the effort put into the product. Much better. NEVER GO TO THIS KFC / TACO BELL ! I worked here for one day . The taco bell's rice and beans were dried up and burnt inside the pan . They never changed out any meats and nobody ever washed their hands . The manager named Muhammad was still serving the food like that . It was one guy that was making chicken pot pies and he NEVER washed his hands ever . When I attempted to make the chocolate chip cookies .... The guy picked the cookies up with his bare DIRTY HANDS .. didn't wear any gloves preparing any food ! They have fluids leaking from the ceiling into the food !
