Ordered from here and was pleased but unfortunately I feel it's necessary to mention to check your food over. I opened a cup of cheese from the store and found what appears to be the leg of an insect on the cap ! The food and delivery from this store was amazing! As far as Taco Bells go, this one is pretty legit. The people behind the counter are good at their job. They've never messed up mine or Jacob's order since we moved to the neighborhood last October. The dining area inside is kept clean. The drink/condiment area is always clean and well-stocked. I especially like the drive thru because their screen works... so you know that you'll get what you ordered. I've been in their drive thru about 4 times and I'm excited when I get home and the order is right. Is that sad? Shouldn't things we order and pay for just be right? (I'm talking to you, Southgate Taco Bell on Fort Street.) If you can't shake that Taco Bell craving, make sure you come to this one. I have a closer one to my house but figured the extra 5 min drive would be worth it and it was a great call and feel like I need to share this with you. Usually I have a great experience here, that's why I drive out of my way to come here, but that wasn't the case on Mon, June 1st. I had gone through the drive-through and ordered about 4 chalupa boxes, all of which were specific, when I got my receipt at the window I noticed that all but 1 box was correct, so I informed 3 different employees so they could correct it and I wouldn't have to come in (Covid-19), well I got my food and sure enough, they were ALL wrong. So I go inside and inform the first employee that asks me, she was friendly through all this btw, and I even marked the receipt with how the order was supposed to be, just to be nice, I also was not yelling or rude at all, but when she took my food back to the employee and told him it was wrong and he had to remake it, he immediately got angry and started complaining, very loudly, about having to correct everything, the whole time he slammed my food and was VERY condescending to the nice employee, I asked her what his name was because I've never in my life seen someone be so blatantly rude to a customer, she said his name was Ron. Well Ron, thanks to you I'll probably never come here again. I just want Taco Bell to know what kind of employees they're hiring. In the end, I'm grateful for them remaking my food, but nobody should EVER have to put up with that, he should be ashamed of himself. read more

The food was prepared good for once. No mess no hassle with the (very large group) order that I placed. It was fast too. The cashier was very polite and had a great attitude. My girls love Taco Bell! But, this particular Taco Bell is kid friendly. It took a while for our food so the young lady gave the children some nacho chips to snack on. I thought that was very nice, and I'm so upset that I don't know her name. That's the first time any drive through restaurant did anything like that for us. Another time we went and they forgot to put a couple of tacos in our bag and they gave us extra for inconveniencing us. Also, the food is always fresh, with no wilted veggies.
