No matter, the Tacos themselves are not only cheap but strangely addictive -- especially when drowning in any number of their available sauces. That's no diss as, in my minimum wage days, I was quite partial to the Tacos at Jack In The Box which were nothing more than dog food congealed inside a soggy shell. Even my dog laughed at me. Clean,well run, recently renovated with all the new bells and whistles and even a cool shaded outdoor dining patio this Bell is my go to when I need to scratch "The Itch"..... With the new tablet ordering system you can modify most of your order to suit your itch.... want less lettuce and more onions,need more cheese and less beans,want to double up on the steak and guac.....quick and easy on this system. He spoke to me a condescending tone after I politely explained to him that my order was vegetarian. If you don't want to work at Taco Bell, get another job... Came in for a late night meal when I was super hungry. I placed my order on the order screen, and I waited for it to be prepared. I had customized a few of my items, some just to remove sauce and/or make them 'supreme my (with sour cream and tomatoes). My order was prepared in about 6 minutes. I started eating my burrito, which I specifically ordered without nacho sauce; and I realized there was nacho sauce in t. Additionally, I started eating my Spicy Potato Soft Taco, which I had removed chipotle sauce from, and found chipotle sauce in it. I walked up to the counter, which had NUMEROUS workers behind it. I took very long just to even be recognized. Once an employee finally recognized me, I explained the issue. She notified me that a new Taco would be made, and she simply tossed the old one in the trash. She was not friendly or apologetic about a mistake on the part of the employees. I was pretty upset with the customer service here. The order screen makes orders super clear, and all I customized was sauce removal. Personally, the Taco Bell location next to my house has amazing customer service and does really make effort to correct orders when they are very rarely wrong. It's been a while since I came here, but this used to be one of my favorite spots in high school!! At one point when my friends and I came here so often, I was determined and confident that I could try every item on the menu before I graduate! And I almost did, but there were a few items on the menu that I never got to. A few of my favorites were the chicken chalupas, the supreme crunch wrap, and fiesta potatoes!! Oh, and I can't forget the Mexican pizza! I love the fluffy and crispy shell of the chalupas - the shell always adds a lot more character its entirety, but the chicken is usually okay! It's fast food, so don't expect good quality meat. Though for about ~$2, it's totally worth it! The Mexican pizza is very fun to eat as it is crunchy, cheesy, meaty, and a little mushy and starchy from the beans!! Don't all these textures sound appealing! It's like a dynamic party in your mouth! However, as the price of this small pizza rose to $6/7 (including tax), it was just a little too expensive. We visit this local Taco Bell regularly since my kids like the food there. However , after several visits, I am disappointed with their lack of customer focus & attention to details. During my last visit, we ordered take out food with instructions to substitute beans for meat.Once we got home, my kids noticed strange odor & found out that the food had meat in it. We had no option but to throw away the food. This type of issue has occurred in the past as well & my efforts to notify Taco Bell has not yielded any response. On couple of other occasions, we have seen that the staff adds additional items to the order & in the process, you end up paying more ! Just a couple hours ago around 10:30pm I went through drive thru where I was rushed to complete my order. I don't know if the guy did not hear but he kept asking what we wanted when we said we needed a second to think. After that he was rushing & not understanding that we wanted a separate order. It was as if he was talking over me & simply wanted to finish up. I understand that you were close to closing time but I even work at a restaurant & we close at 10 & kitchen closes at 9:45 but if a customer comes in at 9:40 I still tell them they have all available options, cause they do, & I don't rush them because I know it's not right & I wouldn't want to be rushed. On top of that while I'm such a big rush to get the card when giving the drinks he forgot to hand out straws. We got home & I had to find straws to use smh. He didn't even care to ask for any sauce, which is when I had to ask last minute after he was already ready for us to leave.
