I had said "I heard you all have the best birria" and I was so excited for them to tell me what to try first. They have birria quesadillas and much more, but the lady told me to try the tacos. I ordered that and it wasn't too long before they were ready. I didn't uncover the consomme in my pic, but trust me when I say it was delicious. The tacos were the perfect texture, were flavorful, and it was such a delightful little tray of food. I'm glad I can finally say I have tried this spot. They have a brick-and-mortar that was actually just down the street from the fair. I can't wait to visit the storefront and explore more of the menu!

The woman who took my order was really kind and answered all of my questions about the menu. She said the pork was similar to al pastor as opposed to carnitas, so I decided to try that because I love that combination of sweet and heat. It took about 10 minutes to get my food which wasn't a big deal, but it's worth noting as there's no real place to sit down or wait aside from your car. When I got home, I was shocked when I opened the container and saw just how much food they gave. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned. The hot sauces they gave me, a roja and a verde, packed a punch. But the burrito... oh my goodness... so flavorful. The pork was juicy and tender and melted in your mouth with minimal chew. The pico de gallo tasted fresh and it helped cut through the fattiness and richness of the pork. The rice and beans were typical rice and beans, nothing to write home about, but everything was really balanced. My only real note was the juices were overflowing so I had to resort to eating with a knife and fork. Also, while I loved that they toasted the burrito on the outside, it gave me store bought vibes; if they used freshly made tortillas, this would be incredible. Getting right to the point, I ended up ordering 2 Carne Asada, 3 Fish, 1 Shrimp, 1 Chroipollo, & 1 Pastor (not just for me lol). Service took about 10 mins, I couldn't wait to tear the bag open when I got home. They also have a few picnic tables on the side, so you can sit and enjoy your food. The tacos are a 10/10. My favorites were the fish and asada, it was flavorful and juicy, the tortilla was toasted nicely (just right). They Do Not Skimp on the meat or the fish. I got nice big pieces of fish in each taco, it was tasty and cooked perfectly. I could not try the shrimp, but was told that it was delicious (fresh and grilled nicely). The pastor also very good, seasoned well with a mild pineapple flavor. All of the tacos were cooked and seasoned well. I will 100% be returning. They also have burritos, quesadillas, and tortas.
