This was disgusting beyond words. My husband and I went there to see if they had the new Mountain Dew Baja Blast Pie after they refused to answer their phone. Later we placed an order through their kiosk around 3:10pm local time for 1 large Baja midnight 1 medium dragonfruit refresca, 1 cheesy bean burrito with extra nacho cheese sauce, 1 beefy 5 layer burrito with no nacho cheese sauce and no sour cream but add fresco, 2 nacho cheese DLT with no lettuce 1 chicken champagne supreme with no lettuce and add Pico de gallo and add avocado ranch 1 chicken chalupa with no lettuce and add pico de gallo and 1 beef soft taco supreme with no lettuce no cheddar cheese add creamy jalapeño and add Pico de gallo. After 15 minutes of no updates an employee asked us if we had ordered from the catina selections which we said no and we told them order and the name it was under. He goes to register but says nothing. 10 minutes later a woman from the drive thru says she was given our order and her mother had opened it up. The employees in the kitchen look at the bag, throw it in the trash and fix her order for her but are still refusing to talk to my husband and myself. Finally after the woman receives her replacement order, an employee goes to the trash can and retrieves the receipt and hands us one empty cup and one cup with the other drink. When I went to get my soda from the dispenser it was flat and disgusting so I poured it out and got a fresh non flat soda. 5 minutes later they hand us the now correct order but refused any communication or any contact with us not even an apology for the trouble. Been here about 3 time since it's the closest Taco Bell to me. 2 of the visits they asked me what hot sauce I wanted as I was ordering and both times got home with no sauce in the bag at all. All 3 visits the tacos I ordered were soggy and broken. One time ordered and paid for extra beef on all my items and the extra beef didn't end up on any of my items but i was still charged for it. 80% of the time when I ask for the large Baja blast freeze they give me either a small freeze, small Baja soda or a large Baja soda. This past visit they handed me a small Baja soda and I told them I ordered a large Baja blast FREEZE and the person at the window handed me a large Baja SODA. I always make sure to say it loud and clear and to check the screen too. It doesn't sound like a big deal and normally it is not but this is like 10th time they've done it. After not getting my fill at a sushi place up the street, I stopped in here to try their quesarito with steak and a medium ice tea. Never have I ever waited so long in a drive-thru line in my life. This is for a doordash order that was supposed to be delivered 20 minutes ago and I haven't even made it to the speaker yet. The customer is upset (rightfully so), so I called and asked if they could hand me the order through the door and they said no. One thing I appreciate about Taco Bell is that it is a little more healthy than a lot of other fast food establishments. Another thing I appreciate is the fairly low prices. Combine that with a Senior or Millitary discount and you cant go wrong. Although its not truly authentic Mexican Food as I believed growing up in Springfield Ohio, it's actually purdy good. When Al and I stopped at the location in El Cajon we both had the craving box. They stuff quite a bit of food in the box for $5.00 they even gave Al an extra serving of the Nacho Cheese for free. They have a decent sellection of sodas. The food was tasty, hot, and well prepared. Our host smiled the whole time she took our order. She answered our questions well.
