I wanted to order some Taco Bell as I have enjoyed their food many times in the past. The location that they designated as being closest to me is the Everett location and they use Doordash for their deliveries. I am signed up with Doordash for delivery. I requested a home delivery order from Taco Bell this afternoon. There was an incorrect item in the order when it arrived, something that was unedible for me or my family member. So after trying to call the Everett store and realizing they do not answer their phone, they have a message saying call 1 800 Taco Bell. I called 1 800 Taco Bell. They said they will not contact the Everett store on my behalf to ask why the order was wrong. They said take it up with Doordash. I messaged Doordash customer service live chat person and one of the agents said they would Initiate a redelivery of the order. He sent the confirmation of this to a family member's email address so I could not access the email and see whether or not the redelivery was happening. I contacted Doordash again as time ticked by, then a different customer service agent comes on and says oh I don't know anything about a redelivery. I had to reorder a few items on the Doordash app from the same Taco Bell. It came but 2 items were wrong again! Can you believe in the same day 2 orders to the same address were incorrect???? The 2nd time it came, it was generally the item ordered but this time they put cheese on it when I had specifically checked off on the order box, no cheese as it was for a family member of mine who is allergic to dairy. Super disappointing that this Taco Bell location is not on the ball, does not care about customer service or in having accurate orders delivered. This is really reprehensible. read more

I don't know why I lowered my standards but I decided to try the waffle taco for breakfast for the sake of curiousity. It was really gross. The waffle was stale and eggs were not seasoned and were dry and flaky. I can say the steak and chicken at taco bell is edible at best, but since I saw first hand the ground beef stigma is not unfounded. I am a frequent visitor to this Taco Bell since I only live a short drive away. I use the drive-thru for most of my trips and I have nothing but good things to say about this place Service is fast (I mean REALLY fast) and very friendly. They are always upbeat and ask you how your day is going and what kind of sauces you like. Food always tastes fresh and delicious. If you eat-in, there is a very spacious parking lot that they share with the auto shop next door so you will always find a spot to park. read more

Fassssst Fooooood Revieewwwww Taco Bell in Everett has some issues. Issues include mostly the interior and exterior need a major renovation. The outside is very run down, signage is old looking and dirty. The food sometimes is a toss up. However that's my experience with most fast food. All depends on the staff behind the line. As well as how busy they are. It qseems like you get better quality food here during high traffic times and I can only assume that's because the staff is forced to prepare product on a more constant basis. There are two reasons I patronize this location. 1.) it's very close to where I live so it's uber convenient. 2.) the staff at the drive thru. I have never felt like the person at the drive thru was anything but cool, helpful and happy. Which is how it should be.
