I ordered 12 tacos and asked for 23 hot sauce packets and they only gave me 12. Like bro it doesn't come out of your paycheck. Not only that but the HOT SAUCE PACKETS WERE MILD. Just next time when I pay $35 dollars I expect 2 packets a taco. read more

12/23/25 I went to the University Taco Bell because dinner was an afterthought today with running gifts to family. So we decided to have a treat. There is 6 of us, so $91 later, the Chicken burritos were burnt to the point they were inedible. Half the order was either wrong or missing. If their lobby was ever open I'd go in and complain, but I didn't want to go sit in the drive thru for another 45 minutes. Oh, and they never answer their phones. It's never quick. It's right about 3/10 times. I don't know why I bother trying to go there anymore. read more

Stopped by Taco Bell on university to grab a couple quick tacos. I have not been to Taco Bell in 6 months or so as I'm not a frequent customer. After standing there looking at the menu for a moment a young woman walked out and pointed at a screen to place my order. I worked my way through and hit enter or submit or whatever and my order on the screen disappeared. After a few minutes a young man walked out and asked me if I ordered. I said yes. He asked the young lady if she got my order and she said no. He looked at me puzzled. I said all I wanted was a couple taco's. They looked at each other then back at me. I held out $20 for 2 tacos and they could not make it happen. I will not go back into Taco Bell after this. Customer service is no longer available at Taco Bell. If you want your food delivered from a fast food restaurant or if you want to walk in, pick it up without any human contact, no eye contact, no hello thanks for coming in, have a good day, nothing, Taco Bell is for you! If I want a taco I will stay home and make my own taco's. I left Taco Bell that day and drove across the street and bought two Arby's toast beef sliders instead. I walked in, two people said hello and one quickly took my order and asked me how my day was. in a few minutes my order was ready. they called my name and asked me if I would like any sauces. On my way out two Arby's employees told me to have a good day and a good weekend. Taco Bell...you need some serious customer service training and I will not be back. I will drive across town not to eat at your restaurants. There is probably a reason the parking lot was empty, the drive through was empty and the restaurant was empty. This is the second time I have been in to this location in two weeks. The staff kicks A$$ simply put. The restaurant has been super busy both times and the staff worked tirelessly to complete all orders in a timely manner. You can never please everyone but the staff handled disgruntled guests with a positive and helpful attitude. Keep kicking butt and providing excellent services. One of the very few places that open late in Fairbanks. Came here to grab some munchies before going Northern Lights hunting. The entrance in was a little weird. Drive thru service was fast. When you land at Fairbanks airport after midnight, without having had enough time to eat between layovers, you will be very glad to know that the Taco Bell drive thru is open all the time. I travelled to Fairbanks on the 15th of August & after settling into my hotel I asked some locals where I could find some Mexican cuisine .They all recommended that I try " Taco Bell " on University / Airport and assured me I was in for an authentic experience .I called ahead to make reservations for our party of 5 and was quite disappointed maiter'd informed me they did not take reservations nonetheless we continued our journey to this fine establishment .only to be disappointed that the " lobby was closed " but they still had to go food Let me tell you the Spicy cheese core is to die for (Kudos to the chef ).The bean burrito not so much so ( our service cats even refused to consume this atrocity it was so dry )We also had 3 potato soft tacos and we were rather disappointed ( step your game up Taco Bell with some roasted red potatoes or Goldens ) The nacho belle grand was meticulously prepared but I was quite disappointed when "Sporks were not available " The spicy tostada could use a little more spice .I did not count 5 layers on the 5 layer burrito but I am no mathematician . For dessert we all had cinnamon twist which were divine .Over all I give it 2.5 stars read more

Went here late after seeing the northern lights. The cashier was surprisingly pleasant said he was having a "taco-tastic night" lol. Unfortunately the chicken in my chalupa was dry and it was mostly filled with lettuce. The new fries weren't cooked all the way so some were cold in the middle and none of them were crispy. Soggy cold fries are the worst, but I didn't have patience to go back through the drive thru. read more

I pay seven dollars for a steak burrito and barely get any steak. Rather a burrito filled with sour cream and rice moosh.

Best in town for overnight drive-thru. Coming through, I don't feel like I'm stuck there forever like other drive-thrus. Perfect for lunch break. I'm a creature of habit so I always get the same; crunchwrap supreme and I have no complaints. read more

okay it's not real Mexican food but for fast food this is the best one I've found in Fairbanks. Food is consistently good and they are fast. It's actually better than some of the "Mexican" restaurants in town which are just reheated slop. So yea for giving me exactly what thy say they are giving me, I give them all stars. read more
