August 18 2026 I showed up at 11am (place opens 8am) Drive thru someone asked me for a code and then when o proceeded to make the order nobody else responded. I realized that when I was greeting into the place parking lot a car was leaving and a truck was in front of the ordering stand of the drive thru and he was waiting for something and then left. It was then I realized I wasn't the only one going thru this. 2 more cars before me also were ignore. I'm not sad I drove a couple of blocks an ate at T rays burgers! This is the THIRD time we have come to this location during the night shift HOURS before closing where they could "not" take our order. First time nobody even answered. All the workers were sitting inside at a table with the doors locked and nobody answering the drive thru. Second time we were told orders cannot be taken because the equipment was broken to take any orders. Third time we were told no orders could be taken because someone broke the front door. Why would that affect being able to take orders? She couldn't answer any of my questions. At this point I was over it, I asked the girl for her managers number and her name and she refused to give me either with her voice shaking, I wonder why Lol. These privileged kids who work night shift get paid to screw around all night meanwhile people are struggling to find jobs or are unable to work. We work night shifts, and we still come HOURS before closing and have never been served once. I guarantee you the manager does not know about this, I will be reaching out to them tomorrow and will update this review. We did show up 10 minutes before closing, but when we were down the road I called ahead to ask if it was too late for them to take orders for which the lady responded it wasn't so I told her cool we were down the road. We pull into the drive thru and it was closed, she was at the window so my husband knocked she and was short- said they had no food. Eaten here many times. Staff gets more and more laxidasical. restaurant gets dirtier and dirtier, service gets slower and slower. I came to this location at 10:56 pm on 11/16 with 5 other people and the staff was BEYOND rude. We parked at first to see if the doors were open (they were). we were instantly given the death stare from staff. We asked if the lobby was open to which we were told no (so then close the effing door). We then went through the drive through and got the nastiest attitide from the woman attempting to take our order. She was very snippy, short, and was talking to us like we were the most stupid people she's ever spoken to. I was heading to a Yelp Event at Marlin & Barrel. I knew it was lite bites, so I needed to eat before going. This Taco Bell was so clean and pristine. My combo was almost $14.00 and I was shocked, but everything in the country has gone up. So, I got my order with ease and speed. The had my favorite soda-Baja Blast(diet)! The meal was fresh and delicious. I wish I had a TB like this in my area, where I live(Arlington-Jax. Fl). Kudos to the Taco Bell. read more

We usually stop here everytime we come into town but tonight the poor lady who was working around 9pm was very offputting and snappy when we were ordering. I get not liking your job but you don't have to make everyone else miserable as well. Eat a snickers, it helps. read more

I said no and assumed I would get normal tacos. Wrong. The beef tacos had almost no meat on them. I guess paying extra must get a normal taco. I forgot to order a drink, so I added it at the window. It was the smallest small coke I've ever gotten and it was almost all ice for $2.13. If you want a taco shell full of lettuce and a cup of expensive ice, this is the place for you. read more

This place is a dump. I ordered 3 soft shell taco supremes on DoorDash and it came with so much sour cream it was everywhere in the bag and all over the wrappers. Not only that, but there was no meat at all on these tacos. They also forgot my large drink as well. Avoid this place like the plague it's disgusting and the employees are careless read more

And then they're slow as possible and then nasty with you. Cool. When you DO get your food, it looks like they played football with your order before giving it to you. As a local, I've tried this place twice in the past two months and I will never bring my service here again... I will tell everyone I know about my last visit. I had two hungry kids in the backseat sharing a chips and cheese while I fought with the staff over the fact that I NEVER received a receipt (or correct change for that matter) and was missing over half my order... I literally got an almost empty bag after paying over $30 . No extra hot sauce no sides that I paid extra for, nothing. Been here a few times, since this is the closest one. Normally I have no issue but if the hours are until 12am, you should actually stay open until 12. Don't turn the lights off when you have cars in the drive thru and then count your cash as you stare at people out of the window. Terrible service but decent food. Walked in last night for three tacos. Waited 5-7 minutes until someone took my order while 5-6 employees welcomed me with stares but never came to the front counter. The girl who finally came to take my order placed her phone behind the counter and took my order. She did not smile or give me a feeling that I was important or that she cared about anything. She then took her phone and then went to the office where I assumed she sat down. The order took more than 15 minutes to complete. The cleanliness of the restaurant was in a horrible state with trash everywhere. The soda fountain had spilled liquid everywhere, which looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. My husband and I decided to eat at Taco Bell on 5/5/21 At 5PM on Wednesday Cinco de Mayo! We decide to go in to order. Three workers were outside smoking! We get out of the car and the say drive up only! So we get in the car and drive thru and the person who answers at the drive up was a male and he said sorry we are not taking any orders right now, no explanation. We could not believe it? We were refused entrance inside the Taco Bell and we were refused service at the drive thru? My husband and I are senior citizens and retired. I believe we were discriminated! They were to busy smoking cigarettes and taking a break outside. Almost unbelievable but this is the new world of disrespect and discrimination! Even the famed "soft bigotry of low expectations" cannot make room for Taco Bell. This has to be the lowest quality of ingredients used in fast food today, and that's saying something. Once every five years or so, I'll need food late at night when everything else is closed, and I'll go order whatever new combination of the same ingredients is in the latest Taco Bell commercial and it is just a mouthful of disappointment every time. The reason young people praise this place so much, aside from the fact that it caters to the broke, is that young people are stupid and lack experience. read more
