I love this Taco Bell. Anytime my hubby & I eat here inside or just going to order in the drive through, the food is great & the service is always very friendly. A very kind & caring staff. A clean place to eat inside too. We have gone to other Taco Bells & they are not as good as this 1. Some of the Taco Bells have poor service & just do not care. Over here they do. I had to give this Taco Bell a 5-star rating, simply based on the fact that by comparison, its one of the best ones I've gotten food from at night. The one in Villa Park is by far the worst, and should be shut down immediately. So to give credit where it is due, I've never gotten a cold taco or a wrong order from the Franklin Park location. Given the service industry today and the slippage in standards, everything is relative I guess. This is probably one of the better Taco Bells I've been to. But I've never been inside, so I only know what I can say about ordering from the drive through. read more

SLOWHANDS Looks like these guys downgraded from 'fast food' to 'intermediate-speed food'. I frequent this Franklin Park T-Bell fairly often, as it's close to where I work and the employees have typically been quick and very friendly. Well, I only got 1/2 of one of those things today at around noon. After a coworker mentioned something about a chicken chalupa to me (thanks Jose), I got a craving to hit up my favorite TB location. I'm glad I didn't decide on the drive-thru, cuz that line was WHACK. A solid 6 cars deep and going nowhere in a hurry. Yikes. Inside was not much better. It must've been a crew of all tenderfoots and greenhorns (sorry....."verde horns") staffed here, because a simple order took WAY longer than necessary. Other customers remarked how slow things were moving, and I'm keen to agree with them. Also, they f*cked up my Doritos Locos taco. Not the end of the world, I just really wanted the 'fiery' variety instead of the nacho cheese garbage. And they didn't even apologize for the lengthy wait........... :( no me gusta. I still appreciate a tasty gordita crunch, I just don't appreciate having to wait 10-15 minutes for it. This was an isolated, lousy experience following dozens of great ones, so I'll only dock them a single star......for now. read more

The McDonald's of tacos! The Love the Baja Mountain dew blast. Only place you can get it....they did release the drink for a limited time back in the summer of 2014. The sprinkled Doritos dust mixed with crack can be addicting (the original) Love the volcano tacos when they have them. Open late which works for me as I don't get off work to 1am some nights. read more

Usually one of the nearest Taco Bell's from O'Hare. But service can always be better as some employees are clueless and couldn't get them to redeem my free taco from joining the rewards program, by not being able to find my order in the system. Every other time I go to this location, they keep forgetting to give salsa packets and even kept my change without realizing how to properly count their change. This location needs to improve before they lose a bunch of regular customers. read more

Well, it's Taco Bell. Love it or hate it, we're all familiar with it. I enjoy this particular location though. It's a fairly new location, so it's still pretty nice and clean inside. Hopefully they'll keep it this way. The parking lot, which is shared with the Culvers next door, is nice and big. I enjoy hitting this spot up for that rare Chalupa craving. read more

Ok so, I ordered a bowl of rice and the bowl wasn't even half full. I mean, it was literally like one heaping tablespoon of rice and they charged me $1.69. Also, the tacos were very thin... about 3/4" thick. I normally am very full on 5 tacos but I was barely full after eating these. Next, the side of nacho cheese was half full. And lastly, to top it off they forgot my fire sauce so I was stuck eating bland tacos. I called the manager and she was very nice but honestly that doesn't change the fact that I felt like I got ripped off on my meal. This is an insanely slow Taco Bell. Even when I'm the only car it takes forever. The order takers also get easily confused here. I wish they would bring back a past manager named Jessie to the Taco Bell in Franklin Park, IL. He knew how to run the place! Ever since he was relocated to the Melrose Park, IL location things in Franklin Park have taken a nose dive. Today broke the camel's back. We ordered a steak nacho box. When we arrived home there was NO NACHO CHEESE in addition to us having to search for the steak!!! On a previous visit we had ordered a five layer burrito. Opened it up and there was more tortilla than fillings. To which the manager asked what seemed to be the problem. Seriously! Where's the stuff! Moving forward we'll go to the Melrose Park location. I know, I know. It's Taco Bell. But sometimes you just need that fourth meal, you know? Like when you have to work on the weekends and realize you haven't eaten in like, 5 or 6 hours! Hey, make a run for the border! So, I have to give this Taco Bell some props. First, employee Joy and Manager Wes were all smiles and friendly as I walked in. Second, it's all modern and brightly colored inside. They have some new, funky abstract art on the walls. As I ate by myself, I remembered the ugly locations of my youth. My, has Taco Bell changed! Their new decor seems more likely to stand the test of time and was just "fun". Just like the food. When you are looking for something tasty and fast, Taco Bell offers some relatively healthy alternatives -order your tacos "al fresco". You get some tasty, low cal pico de gallo instead of the other higher fat (albeit tasty) toppings. I do have to work tomorrow.....how I will I resist the Chalupa calling my name? read more

Taco Bell, Taco Bell, why can't you stay open till 4? I know, this is selfish of me, but when you work overnights sometimes it's just too hard to get your dinner before 1am. For reals though, this is definitely my fav location, they put up with my wierdo work order nonsense and are still nice to me! ( believe me I can't see ANYONE excited for the person coming thru the drive thru saying, " Hi! I have 5 orders...... ") special kudos to my guy Jesse, he always delivers excellent customer service! It's shows a lot when employees care enough to remember frequent customers( congratulations Taco Bell, you can thank your night drive thru manager Jesse for earning your 5th star from me ). I guess my only real complaint is the Fruitiza sign that taunts me on the machine when I go thru the drive thru reminding me of the delicious-ness they no longer offer. read more

After a double charge mixup (which wasn't their fault) I was more than satisfied with how they took care of me to ensure I would come back. I normally just use the drive-thru, but having to go in today to resolve the double charge issue, I don't think I've ever seen a Taco Bell like this one. It's so different from the usual taco interiors I'm use to in the Chicago area (the ones that look just like every other fast food chain interior). I actually stopped and marveled at how different it was. I don't know what to compare it to, but it was a pleasant surprise. I'm glad I live so close. Taco Bell is a fast food chain restaurant that is located in Francklin Park IL. They have soft shell and hard shell tacos. They also have beef turkey and quesdillas. You can choose chicken, ground beef, or steak. The service is fast. You can eat inside or go through the drive-thru. It is very clean inside and outside. I truly recommend Taco Bell. The employees are very friendly. They listen to me when I ask them a question. Taco Bell has very fast workers. The line moves very quickly. Taco Bell is very clean. The employees are cleaning the floors, bathrooms, and parking lot all the time. I truly recommend eating at Taco Bell. Employees will never disrespect you at any time. This location is one of the newer locations, only open about 4 years. I won't bore you with menu details, almost everybody knows what they have. I'm rating them compared to other Taco Bells, and this location is among the best in the area. The staff is all very friendly, food is always fresh. They care about the dining room appearance, and have plenty of parking! Great for when you are driving a truck. When you are craving the Bell, think of this location! read more

Do not waste your time going to this place. I have had more than one negative experience at this location. The employees there are completely disrespectful, they do not care if there are customers around, they act completely unprofessional. I have received food completely raw, as in frozen cheese and meat. Also my experience through the drive through was awful, they dropped my change on the floor and acted as if it was my fault. I used to love Taco Bell, but after these experiences, i don't see myself returning. read more

Their drive is super fast and the customer service is awesome . Like the fact their menu selection never becomes old.

Food was delicious until midnight when I woke up with horrific food poisoning... I feel like death and had to miss work.
