How can you blatantly (and intentionally) lie about your prices? I came for the Happy Hour $1 drink, and added on a happy hour $1 Doritos Locos taco and one of their new, promotional tacos for $1.39. The subtotal was $4.39 instead of $3.39, and the lady taking my order asked if it looked correct. I replied, "everything but the price." Here's where it all went to hell. She sounded a little surprised and says, "what do you mean?" I pointed out that the "Happy Hour combo" (which was listed seperately from my other taco) on the screen amounted to $3, while their sign stated that my $1 happy hour drink and $1 happy hour taco should amount to $2, not $3. She argued with me for a minute, trying to feed me that "well sir, you added an additional taco to the order" bullshit in an attempt to make me feel dumb and comply. Anyway, she finally caves and changes her tune to "Well, we're a franchise store and not a corporate store. Our happy hour drink is $1.50 and the happy hour taco is $1.50." So... why couldn't you have been honest in the first place? I understand franchise stores don't always run the same promotions as corporate ones, but decent, honest franchisees DON'T POST UP THE PROMOTIONAL SIGNS AND PRICES of the promotional deals they don't honor. It is GARBAGE business strategy to bait and switch customers this way- do they hope customers won't notice the extra charges or figure "it's only a dollar" and take the BS anyway? And then to try to insult your intelligence and lie about it... As soon as she told me the truth, I said "no thank you" and drove off. My go to location when I'm craving TB late night. Only down side to this when going late at night alone it can get scary because at times beggars will approach your window asking for change. The line can also get very long and there can be quite a wait. For the most part the customer service is good. The only time I was kind of irritated was when I order and got to the second window to pay the lady was on her phone and I was trying to flag her down but l didn't get her attention so I just pulled forward to the second. Other than that they this place is up to par for a fast food taco bell. My favorite is the crunch wrap supreme I love the fact that it's basically everything in one. I went to the Taco Bell on shaw and west tonight and ordered a first veggie burrito, however I received a burrito that was anything but veggie OR fiesta. when my cousin took a bite of her so called "veggie" hurried she was met with the taste of chicken. we promptly returned to the same Taco Bell and informed the manager of their mistake. the manager agreed to remake the item, and when we met the manager at the window to retrieve the item he simply said "sorry he forgot his glasses" before laughing and slamming the window closed. this is more than unsatisfactory and I am appalled at their service. 0 stars read more

first off If I could give zero stars or minus stars that's what it would be, horrible night staff Mexican manager, rude and aggressive young staff members with zero respect for people or their religious beliefs. I ordered a chicken burrito for my boyfriend who is Hindi and isn't allowed to eat beef and they accidentally stated on camera in the lobby "sorry we mad a beef burrito supreme" after he ate half of it and was horribly in disbelief to his culture religious beliefs on beef. we called the cops and we will be making a huge complaint to corporate and also stating what the girl with the pink or purple hair had to say that was so rude, "he ate beef, he's still standing he's ok" I have zero tolerance for rude, inconsiderate humans like all three of the staff last night at that Taco Bell location. read more

First of all I wish I can give this place 0 stars because this place doesn't even deserve 1. I'm going to start off by saying this cashier was so rude, he was so quiet and got annoyed when I asked him to repeat himself. Not to mention this service was incredibly slow. There was not one person in the drive thru and it took 30 minutes for me to get my food. There was a person who ordered their food before me and my friend and my fiend got her food before him. He waited about five minutes after I got my food and he asked for a refund. When I tell you that the place was a danger to its customers. It was. There was liquid spilled on the floor by the drink dispensers and there was no sign telling you to watch out, nor did the employees bother to clean it up. Overall, disappointing experience considering it was "fast food". DONT recommend this place unless you want to wait 30 minutes for 2 tacos. read more

So cops were arresting someone across the street at 7 pm when we decided to stop by here for a cheesy beef burrito on our way to Disneyland. I wanted to turn back but we decided to proceed. We ordered some of the regular burritos and some of the spicy versions of the same. I was worried they would give us just all spicy or mix them up somehow but no. This store looks like one of their newer locations. The store was very clean and the staff was friendly. Our food was prepared quickly and accurately. My grilled stuft nacho, beefy 5-layer, and baja blast freeze were perfect! The bathroom was clean. It had 2 stalls but only one small sink and there was no mirror. I'll be back. I've been coming here a few times when I get off work late to get dinner since not many other places are open. I dont think I've gotten a correct order once. Every time when I tell them my order in the drive thru they tell me sure thing and we'll have the total at the window. They dont show your order on the screen so you can make sure it's right. By the time you get to the window they take your money and hand you your food and never give you a receipt so you cant look at that to make sure your order is correct. Tonight I ordered 2 steak quesaritos and 2 cheesy potato grillers. By the time I get home I find out I have 2 beef quesaritos and 2 bean and cheese burritos. And I dont have a receipt so I cant call them to tell them about it or leave a review thing on tellthebell.com. And I live just far enough away to where it's not worth the drive back either. Gunna save myself the trouble and go a few minutes out of my way to hit either the one on McKinley(this one isnt great either) or the one on kings canyon. So, I attend the drive thru and order a Mountain Dew along with my neal. A mile down the road, I go to poke the straw through the lid and notice the color of the drink is a dark green Gumby color. U-turn. Back the drive thru window where I hand the cup to the employee. He asks whats wrong and I tell him it was supposed to be Mountain Dew. He looks through the lid, makes a weird face and informs me that it is Mountain Dew. Baja Blast flavored Mountain Dew. Thats not what you want, he asks? I say no I want Mountain Dew. He makes a weird face like ok whatever, and gives me a Mountain Dew. Came to this taco bell to receive exceptional customer service as has been customary for all the other taco bells I been to. Though, this was NOT the case at this particular taco bell. I ordered 2 items and a beverage. I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes for my food because the employee that was taking orders could not seem to get their order right. Finally after 25 excruciating minutes I pulled up to the drive thru window only to receive a very forced "sorry about the wait", after that this female Asian employee went on to rant to a coworker about the customers that were ahead of that they were "being bitches"; during her rant she referred to those customers as "bitches" several times. She could of at least closed the window to rant about those customers so I wouldn't have to hear her. After receiving my order and after merging northbound 99 I realized that they did not give me my beverage....very upset at this and I will not be providing them with my business ever again!
