The drinks alone were worth it the strawberry lemonade tasted genuinely fresh (not that syrupy stuff) and the raspberry iced tea was *chef's kiss.* We went all out on the food and zero regrets. The **tri tip omelette** had fluffy eggs, tons of cheese, and the tri tip was tender not chewy at all. The **banana caramel pancakes** were soft, not overly sweet, and honestly looked as good as they tasted. My eggs over medium came out *perfectly* done, the ham was delicious, and the **biscuits and gravy**?? Instant favorite. We were scraping the plate. But honestly what really made the experience was the **service** -- multiple staff members checked in on us throughout the whole visit without it ever feeling pushy. Just genuinely attentive. Came here today after our daughter's graduation and this was our first time here. We were seated pretty quickly even though we were a large party and their customer service was amazing. We all ordered and our food came out pretty quick too and we were asked several times if we needed refills which was really nice given how busy they were. I ordered the Tritip omelette and it came with biscuits and gravy. It was all amazing and I will be coming back again. Ok my Early Birds you know I am a huge fan of Home Made Meals. Well Early Birds Café is certainly a great example of this. Let's talk menu super impressive for a establishment this size. Food portions are huge but they do offer different portions according to your liking. The service was top notch friendly , attentive, they make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your visit. The cafe itself is nicely furnished redone for a fresh appearance and a welcoming vibe. Now this place is located in a neighborhood setting that provides a great neighborhood dinning place that is a great addition to the area. Came grand opening day! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by staff and was helped to a table. The whole cafe has a cozy, homey vibe, absolutely love that aesthetic. This cafe serves breakfast and lunch and is open 7 days a week from 6:30am-2pm. Got to meet the owner and he shared he has been in the breakfast house business since he was 15 years old, so you know the food is going to be GOOD! The order: I got the smoked salmon Benedict that came with hash brown and a side of fruit medley. The salmon Benedict was delicious, I usually see the eggs on top of the Benedict but this one is under the salmon. The hash brown I asked to be made extra crispy and they did just that. Loved it, no complaints . I got my son the chicken strips that came with tots, they thoroughly enjoyed it! The chicken strips came out nice and hot, the tots were crispy and fresh. And only for grand opening day, we got a ube drizzled glazed donut with whip cream on top. It was the perfect end to our meal. Dined in with my sister and our kids. They were able to accommodate our group of 2 adults and 5 kids. They have a good selection for children. The fries and tots were fresh and crispy. I had the spinach and mushroom omelette with a side of country potatoes and biscuits and gravy. The hollandaise over the omelette was full of flavor. I didn't need to add hot sauce on the omelette. The country gravy is probably the best in town, it was packed with flavor. My sister had the huevos rancheros, also really tasty. The pancakes were nice and fluffy. The service was excellent. Staff are very attentive. And I love seeing the owners putting boots on the ground. They were out on the floor putting in work, helping out with staff and greeting each customer that came in. New spot that's getting a lot of attention so we had to try it. We're HUGE breakfast people over here. Service was excellent with the owners actually coming out and checking on each table. I honestly really loved that you could order a SLICE of French toast! Little details matter and this place has them. I ordered the salmon Benedict which was simple yet VERY DELICIOUS, my only critique is to add a little bit more hollandaise sauce to it. I came in for lunch at 11:30 am and the place was very active and lively. I was able to get a table right away. The hostess, waitress, and owner were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The place is very well decorated and gives off a comfy/cozy atmosphere but still a modern take. I had ordered a Farmer's burger for lunch with an extra patty with a side salad and a Vietnamese coffee. The food was very delicious. Burger patties were well seasoned and cooked and I completely finished my food. I was checked up on several times through my meal and the service was very pleasant, friendly, and quick. For Father's day I wanted to try a new place for breakfast. My wife had mentioned Early bird cafe and I said let's do it! First off when you walk in, it is very clean. The decor and ambiance is very nice and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The menu is well put together and easy to read. I ordered the large chicken fried steak and eggs and let me tell you it was delicious. My wife ordered a scramble with bacon and sausage topped with what looked like country sausage gravy and some sort of cheese that was so good! My wife gave me a bite My daughter had the cheeseburger and fries and really enjoyed it. My oldest son (10) had the kids bacon eggs and tots meal which came with toast. He finished it with the quickness! My youngest son (7) had the chicken strips and fries and really enjoyed it. The tots were crispy and cooked well. Great new breakfast and lunch restaurant. We went for their grand opening this morning. We were happy to see so many choices on the Senior menu. My husband got the tri tip breakfast and I got the meat lovers omelet. We couldn't resist getting the loaded breakfast tater tots, but asked if we could have it with chili verde instead of bacon, sausage and gravy. They were very willing to make the substitution and our waitress said she knew what she was having later. It was AMAZING! Restaurant is very clean and cute. I came for lunch with my family around 1:45, unaware of their hours. The owner and staff were so nice and accommodating for us. We had a lunch menu but they offered us the breakfast menu. First, the renovations made to the interior was amazing. The restaurant was really revamped and super clean inside. The menu has a lot to choose from for lunch. I ordered a bbq tri-tip sandwich. There was so much meat on the sandwich and it was so soft and tender. My dad got the tri-tip sandwich from the senior (55+) menu and his came with an au jus sauce. The rest of my family got ranch chicken sandwiches. I was able to try a bite and it was so tasty! The menu has a lot of drinks to choose from. One of my family members got a Vietnamese coffee with banana foam on top. She really liked it. Next time I'll try the Vietnamese coffee with ube foam. read more

This was a decent restaurant with decent food. I really liked the feel they were going for and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was decent. My wife's pancakes had a decent flavor but were a little undercooked. My chicken-fried steak was a little salty and lacked a little bit of the thickness that I normally like. Potatoes and eggs were very delicious. Coffee was decent but nothing to blow your mind. For the vibe and the clientele they seem like they are going for, I think they hit the nail on the head.
