Meh. This company is going down the drain! There's no front cashiers or managers to greet you. Only kiosks. Very cold and mechanical. Two toilets for people to use which the bathrooms are huge and could easily have a second toilet installed for a total of two bathrooms per sex! When there's a lot of people, you have to wait a long time. The place was clean, however, which is nice. Our food was just ok. My taco was the ONLY thing worthwhile. They are so damn skimpy with the meat in their food and my crunch wrap was mostly lettuce. Sadly, our order was incorrect as hubby ordered a burrito supreme but got a chalupa something. There was an attendant at the back kitchen who was able to correct it. The taste just isn't there any more! :( Needs to be a drastic need for me to come to any Taco Bell fast food restaurants. read more

Most folks want to customize their orders, especially those with kids, and the iPad interface is clumsy and causes bottlenecks. Worse, there's only 2 feet between egress and the big groups that use them. Did not enjoy the Beefy Burrito Melt, which has "Fiesta Strips" (tortilla chips), an ingredient that is pure low-quality filler and especially yucky after they get soft. Went to Taco Bell around 1pm Sunday June 2. Purchase totaled $11.83. Gave $20.03. Got our burritos and left without our change. I tried calling multiple times but listed phone # goes to fax. Finally got through after four tries, explained what happened. Guy asked me to call in five minutes. I did and got fax twice before he picked up. He explained problem to manager "Betsy" it sounded like her name. She said I had to come back and I said we live two plus hours away. She said to come back for money and hung up. I tried calling 15 more times but phone goes to fax. Since they don't have my name, how can I get my money if I go back ? Yep, I should have gotten my change so that on me. This Taco Bell is located right next to a Native Roots marijuana dispensary. This could explain why I came off the highway at 3 PM on a weekday while it was snowing and the drive-thru was packed. Bunch of damn skiing stoners needing their afternoon munchies! Regardless, I'll credit this Taco Bell for running things with the drive-thru really efficiently. For how long the line was, it went by pretty quickly. Nothing with my order was wrong. It appears to be run and owned by Indian people so, as an Indian person myself, I can't be more proud of their accomplishments as they are efficient and obviously raking in a ton of money due to their location. Speaking of money, inexplicably, this location's prices are higher. Bunch of damn greedy capitalist Desis! I don't think anything on the value menu was even $1. A cheesy bean and rice burrito usually $1 at most locations was $1.99. So, perhaps knowing they are next door to a marijuana dispensary and in a location of high travel/visitors allows them to feel empowered to jack up their prices compared to other Taco Bells across the country. In conclusion, this is unrelated to this specific location but to all Taco Bells across the country, but Taco Bell provides very unique farts. Yes, this is a taco bell. Yes, this is just fast food. But I wanted to call out this one specifically as a 5 star because of a few reasons. (And I've been dining at taco bells nationwide for a good 20 plus years) First, the portions for a fast food restaurant were amazing. Yes I said that. I've always had fast food stops skimp in areas, but it's understood when I'm ordering dollar menu items. This is the most bang for my buck I've seen especially since I'm yelping. Quesadilla was STUFFED with chicken. Taco was overflowing. Triple melt nachos had everything. Everything tasted great. Very impressed with whatever employee was stuffing the food here. Lastly, the restaurant was clean. Employee between orders would run out to clean and this was in between lunch rushes. Just overall very impressed with this frisco location. FANTASTIC! Go to this Taco Bell! The food and service were fantastic. My tacos were overflowing with all of the stuffings. Crispy tacos were very fresh. But, most important, they are incredibly honest. I traveled from Littleton, CO to Palisade, CO (4-hour ride) and stopped at Taco Bell, Frisco on the way home. I forgot my purse. They tried to reach out to me via Facebook. When I called, they confirmed I was the owner of the purse by asking questions. The manager was very helpful and mailed it back to me (no charge). The best Taco Bell I have ever been too. The food was so fresh it was like we were at an authentic Mexican restaurant. Everything we order came out hot and full of flavor. If I could give this taco bell a 0 I would. My husband, my brother-in-law, and myself stopped here after skiing at Copper Mountain yesterday evening around 5:30. By the time 11pm rolled around, I was back at our hotel puking my guts out. Within a few hours my husband and brother-in-law were in the same boat, if not worse. We have spent the whole night with food poisoning. This was the only place that day that we all ate at together, so we know we got it from them.
