Been here a few times and every time they say they are out of food and to go to the Taco Bell in central Galt

I was so excited when the Taco bell on my side of town opened. After multiple times of going here though it seem clear they weren't getting it together even almost a year later they still get my order wrong every time. It needs to change, wether it's management or whatever it needs a looking at they say it falls from the top. read more

Unfortunately, even after giving them time to figure things out, the food and service is not getting better. Simple order of a spicy tostada (3x as many beans as normal, some weird watery taco sauce covering the bottom of the box) a bean burrito with sour cream (way too many beans, sour cream only at the very bottom tip of the burrito, beans were cold, cheese wasn't melted at all) and a beef quesarito (burned tortilla, sour cream only at the very tip, crunchy spanish rice, and a complimentary employee strand of hair). This location has been the best so far in Galt. Iv been coming since it opened. The food has been HOT every time iv gone. There has been a time i had to wait for my food about 10 mins but then again i didnt mind id rather wait for hot food then to receive old, cold food. I will be going back! read more

Stopped by this TB 15 min before closing, I get it no one likes that. I'd just spent hours in the ER and was starving. So I waited patiently about 6-7 min without acknowledgment and decided to check the hours online. Closing 1AM. I drove up to the window where I could see the employee with her headset still on talking to another employee. I honked the horn one time after a few minutes of me trying to get her attention, see turned off the lights to the establishment and turned to me waving her hand that they are closed. It's still 5 minutes until closing. I then honked again twice and she came to the window. I noted that their hours of operation said they are open and explained that I had been waiting for almost 15 minutes. Lily (the TB employee) says they were running low on meats and decided to close early. (Great, Yelp me that at some point during my 15 minute wait. Don't wait until I'm honking to get your attention.) At this point it's not even the fact that they closed early. Rather me waiting patiently while the employees ignored my attempts to get their attention. We've had quite a few bad experiences at this location already, mainly not being given correct orders or missing portions of what we paid for. Just this week my husband had to return because they forgot to include his meal. We continued to visit due to it's convenience to our home, and because we understand that everyone makes mistakes. But rudeness is choice. read more

Do yourself a favor & DO NOT come to this Taco Bell!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I go though the drive through they NEVER give you your whole order!!! I get home & half my order is missing!! I ALWAYS have to come back after getting home while my other food is getting cold! If you do come here, do yourself a favor & hold up the line through the drive through & CHECK YOUR BAG!!! New as of December 2016, but these guys need to get their act together! I just spent 25 min in the drive thru. Going inside doesn't help much either. I sure hope the staff gets up to speed very soon. read more

The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to ... from the counter staff to the people making the food ... you have to check your order to make sure they gave you everything you paid for ... food is often just thrown in the bag , loosely wrapped and makes a mess .... counter staff are extremely rude and try to rush you to complete your order . Service here sucks . I ordered the chalupa cravings box and they didn't give me anything . Everyone else I was with got there food . I let them know. I didn't get my food . I told them it was the chalupa cravings box . They brought out a taco and a burrito . I had to go up again and tell them they still didn't give me my chalupa . Like come on it's the CHALUPA cravings box and u forget the chalupa ... Twice .. and by the time I got it . The chalupa was cold and so was the rest of my food . And the employees here are rude as fuck . Go to the one on C street. Not twin cities . Fuck that place read more

I don't have much to add, as my experience has been the same as other reviewers - long wait times, incorrect and/or missing items, staff not very friendly. If you are just driving through Galt, there is another location on C street and I would highly recommend you save yourself the frustration and go there instead. read more

Honestly I love the crew here and they are the only reason I have returned several times. Yet the owner on the other hand has yet to learn what it truly means to be a leader, he is more of the finger pointer type of manager, here is some advice why don't you take off the fancy clothes and work with your team. It's a Taco Bell not a Five Star restaurant. If it wasn't for him I would be giving this place five stars. I have seen on two separate occasions where he has just put a bad taste in my mouth. One of which is just sorta how he hovers over his employees micromanaging their work and how he addresses them as objects that are replaceable. Secondly, myself I haven't had the easiest life, currently putting myself through school my parents bailed on me when i was younger and I don't have a lot of support. So I ordered food because I literally have nothing at home to eat and of course my card was declined. Where at that point THE OWNER had the audacity to laugh about it like it was funny. Like really dude? Is it really that funny, I mean I'm sorry I didn't have the money in my account but for you to laugh at a customer spending their last few dollars to eat something because they don't have food at home is just beyond me. Quite frankly if it wasn't for the love your crew shows to your customers I would never step foot in here again. I cannot wrap my head around how unbelievably slow they are at this location. First, they lost our order completely. Then, after ~15 minutes, when asked if they forgot our order, they assured us that they were "making it right now." That turned out to be false. The total wait time was 40 minutes for "fast food..." People who came in 20 minutes after us got their food 10 minutes before us. It was a $31 dollar bill and the dining area was nearly empty, with minimal drive-through traffic. read more

The SLOWEST Taco Bell ever!!! Be prepared to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru. The employees do not care they move, so slow! There is no greetings at the window or say "I'm sorry about the wait." Do not go unless you have 20 minutes to waste!!! read more
