Extremely slow service. It takes a half hour to get food here. The food itself is fine but there is no urgency.

Might actually be the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. First of all the pavement. Your car will hit its front bumper because their driveway is broken. There are multiple potholes and different ways to hit your wheels. Finally you've made it to the window, expect to wait 6 minutes for an order and it's still somehow cold. All the employees are laughing and joking while there are lines out the doors. Probably 6 cars in the drive thru at all times. Terrible portions too. Go to any other Taco Bell unless you literally have to go here. read more

Went through drive-thru and actually had a decent experience. I ordered the chicken quesadilla box, soft steak taco, loaded potato burritos and chicken chips. I think the chicken chips weren't as good as I thought it would've been but everything else was delicious! The box was worth every dollar. Highly recommend! read more

This Taco Bell was the first one I've ever tried as I have not lived anywhere near a Taco Bell nor did I have one to go to for a late night run while I was in college or something. Was surprised at how good it tasted although all I've ever heard about Taco Bell were the jokes about running to the bathroom afterwards. This was the first time I ordered the Chalupa Cravings box, which included the Chalupa Supreme, Beefy 5 layer burrito, chips and nachos that you can swap for cinnamon twists, and a medium soda. The Chalupa supreme really hooked me onto Taco Bell, and I felt decently full after all this. They also have a drive through which is always handy, but I've always ordered on the app/online. read more

I have been to numerous T. bELLS in this country and this T. BeLL is by FAR the worst. Honestly the crunchwrap is the only thing worth ordering and this place cannot get it right. Taco Bell- I'll admit it - I like Taco Bell from time to time. I realize it is not earth shaking or authentic, but it is tasty and relatively cheap - and gods knows they are open late... This location is probably the smallest one I've ever seen as a stand alone building. There is a drive thru and it was clearly added long after the original building was there - you have to do some serious contortions with the car to place an order and then when you pick up your food, you literally have to back up a bit in order to hook the turn to get out. That aside, they do what they should be doing: dishing out cheap tacos and burritos with a minimum of muss and fuss - you'll be on your way in a flash - once you negotiate the aforementioned tight ass driveway. It's Taco Bell so one is advised to keep their standards low but this location is a clip joint. The franchisee prices items higher, often much higher than the national standard. Recent example: the new Double Stacked Tacos are all over the country (and on Taco Bell's website) at $1.00. At this place, $1.49 so 50% higher. That is a rip-off. The Value Menu also is also jacked-up on most items. The workers are friendly enough but they often screw up orders and forget to include sauces and/or utensils. It is fast food, so when I hear people who compare Taco Bell to the neighborly Mexican places, that make each taco just for you, I can't help thinking that they are missing the pint...It is a Taco Bell. So do not develop high expectations for home-made, fresh and just-for-you made Tacos. Now that we cleared it, Taco Bell actually doing a good job with the Tacos they make. Maybe I am wrong, but from all the fast food places, I think that in terms of health, they might be the place that offer the healthiest food. This is both a Taco Bell and Pizza Hut which is great because it's my 2 favorite fast food options. The drive thru pathway is very long which is good, considering the Taco Bell/KFC a few blocks down is too small. It was nearly empty inside when we got there and since the employees are so busy with the drive through orders, it took them a few mins to notice us. The place looked clean and the food was fine, even though their a little cheap on the sauces when you go through the drive thru which seems to be everyones preferred option. I felt that this restaurant was kind of hard to order from and had many mistakes that were made with our order. The workers were having some trouble understanding what we wanted and ended missing standard objects that come with your order such as forks, napkins, and drinks. Also they had added things that were not ordered. Like a quesadilla was added that we did not ask for. it's taco bell so don't expect world class mexican food but that's ok cause it serves decent fast food tex mex style with really decent prices .it's another glen cove fast food joint that has a heavy drive thru biz non stop. i usually don't munch on taco bell much but sometimes the mood hits me for tacos, burritos ,nachos, etc. they even serve breakfast in assorted taco and burrito style. i usually avoid the long wait drive thru and make my way inside , this location is not that big but it was not crowded inside and i was able to order and get my bell on in less then 5 minutes while the lazy car folks waited forever. it's not a bad deal. 2 chicken burritos and a nice size taco with a large drink less then 9 bucks is a decent deal . as for the food i must say it's not bad,chicken was fresh tasting and the rest of the stuff inside was decent. overall 3.5 stars read more
