(Other locations barely warm them up.) The bad: The accuracy of orders at various Taco Bell locations, including this one, is not consistent. Today, I ordered a Blackbean Crunchwrap Supreme Fresco style, which means they replace the cheese and sour cream with diced tomatoes. But when I sat in my parked car and took a couple of bites of it, I quickly realized there was cheese inside. Fortunately, I am vegan and do not have a dairy allergy because that could have been deadly. Could be better: So I re-entered the drive-thru and told him the situation. He apologized and had them remake it. It was filled with vegan ingredients this time and was tasty. My boyfriend and I came here late Saturday night and ordered 60 something dollars worth of Taco Bell. The lady working the drive-thru window was extremely rude!!! I've never encountered this kind of customer service in my life. My boyfriend asked for something and she slammed the window on him very loudly and abruptly. We ordered around dinner time and our order came 10 minutes late, and thats reasonable if it's busy, but in this place it was completely empty. I mobile ordered, so it usually tells if the order is complete or not. The order did say it was complete, but when we walked in, the workers did not pay attention at all and gave us our food poorly packaged and the food was cold. I'm hoping the owner of this franchise reviews this post. Terminate district manager Franscico. Twice at the 1757 Waukegan location I left without receiving my food despite showing proof that the charge went through on my charge. The manager at the Glenview location refused to give me Franscico so I went to Morton Grove location at manager Nick told me that they have a lot of problems with that location. For a second time I left my contact information with Nick and both times I never received a call from Franscico. How can Franscico value it's customers when he doesn't want to listen to their concerns. I was in the business. The burrito supreme was far from supreme its so wimpy and wet there is maybe a flat teaspoon of beef in it and copious amounts of sauce it just flops and from so much sauce and not much else the wrap taco s so chewy and saugy it is really unpleasant to eat, my quesadilla was so spicy after i chewed the first rst bite i gagged and started to get nauseous because i am allergic to spicy food they dont even tell you they make it spicy so you can eeally get ill for $5 each i will not be wasting my money there any more other places give you more meat in the burrito and the quesadilla is mild so it has a kick but you are not getting nauseous and feel sick. I am a Taco Bell aficionado and this Taco Bell blows - at least the Sunday crew does. Multiple times, the door is locked, hours after it's supposed to be opened. Wrong things given in the drive thru, and then insolence when remedying the error. The employees seem like they're daring the owners to fire them. Go to Morton Grove, Wheeling, or Buffalo Grove instead. read more

I do not eat Taco Bell, I've only been here for picking up delivery's, usually I avoid Taco Bell as a whole, long waits and rude staff but this has been the only Taco Bell location where the staff are on top of everything I'm also leaving within 2 minutes usually less. Manager Francisco started of a complaint by not believing it. That started things off on the right foot. We had cold meat, old tasting nacho fries, ripped wax paper rapping that leaked into and through bag. We've had the feeling that they wrap the soft shell tacos with meat prior to prepping. And then nuke them. I can't prove that, but trying to figure out how that 2+ soft taco wax papers were so wet that they were ripped prior to us opening them. We live less than 3 minutes from the Taco Bell. We've gone here for the last time. I'm not expecting much from fast food, but this place is unacceptable. read more

What separates a good Taco Bell from a bad one. I'll give you a hint, it's not the food. It's the service. For the third time in a row, and this is over several months 7 or 8, the got the order wrong. On day 5, I was trying to not poke my eyeballs out. So, I treated myself by going to this Taco Bell. First, it's Taco Bell. But it's a good Taco Bell. The service is impeccable. They are super friendly and seem to care. They are very efficient. They are accurate. Can't ask for much more than that. The food is good. The usual Taco Bell. Nothing more or less. However, when you're craving it, there is nothing like it. The restaurant was clean and well taken care of. I will say that there is some serious awkwardness to trying to get into the parking lot of this Taco Bell. It can be daunting if you don't know what to expect. However, once you get in there, plenty of parking. Exiting can also be tricky, but doable. read more

Placed an order on the Taco Bell app for 6 PM tonight. I get there to pick up my food and the employee tells me it's not in the computer. They made my food when I ordered instead of later as I specified and would not honor my order even though it was their mistake. What a joke. on a very sad day in the month of june, i was ordering in the drive thru of the taco bell on waukegan in glenview. i asked the man taking my order if he could substitute the beef in my crunch wrap supreme for refried beans, as i am vegetarian and don't eat meat. i specifically asked for the refried ones. he said "sure, what else?" and i listed off the rest of my order. when i got to the window, the men were very nice and gave me fire sauce packets when i asked for them. i left and got to my house and ate in the car. i took a bite into my long awaited crunch wrap supreme and to my surprise, tasted the very meaty beef that was stuffed into my food. i immediately spat it out and cried for 2 minutes straight. i was so incredibly upset. prior to this incident, i had been having the worst day i've had in a while. my boyfriend broke up with me over a text and i thought taco bell would make it all better. this experience has just made me very disappointed in this taco bell. will not be returning read more
