Keep driving...absolutely horrid!! Thrown together, order was wrong, it was not good.

Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. Normally, most fast food restaurants do not warrant a yelp review, but this one does as a warning to others. DO NOT GO HERE Let's just take this chronologically. First, when you walk in, you will notice a strange smell, that is somewhat reminiscent of an aquarium, I wish I was making that up. The smell of the place is bizarre and off-putting. Second I went to order, and 3-5 employees walked by the register without a single response. Finally put in my order for two items, a crunch wrap supreme, and a chicken mini quesadilla, the total of which comes out over six dollars which was a bit bizarre as the first item was only 3.75, and the second was 1.29. So, the total should have been about 5.36. Anyway, after I check the receipt sure enough, was charged for a beef quesadilla, no beef, add chicken for 1.20. Go and ask about it, the employee seems new, and these things happen, expected standard procedure of void the order, and do it again properly and re-swipe my card for the correct amount. Manager looks at the receipt, she is confused, then sees the error. So she just hands me 1.20 cash... which is close... but.. forgets to add tax. Either way, doesn't seem like the standard way to correct a mistake. Food comes after 10 or so minutes of waiting (unusually long when there are so many employees in the kitchen), and upon grabbing both items, immediately my hands are covered in excess sauce, meaning that the prep line was not clean, and the paper was slid across the last mess. Less than comforting. Crunchwrap had basically no beef in it. Quesadillia was a mess. upon opening it. Finally, where you go to get hot sauce is strange because it is just a plastic drawer set that one could buy at Walmart or Target. I get it, this is a KFC and Taco Bell, and space is limited, but there must be a better, and more professional way to distribute sauce packets than this. Open one of the drawers and a few sauce packets had burst and dried over the rest of them. So that is a pass on the fire sauce I guess. Conclusion: Customer service: nice but poorly trained, and unprofessional means of refund. Speed: Very slow for a taco bell, it was not even lunch time rush hour. There were plenty in the kitchen. Cleanliness: rather poor, sauce packets exploding, weird smell, and food comes covered in other sauce from the prep line. Food quality: below par, even on taco bell standards. Not enough beef, poorly wrapped and prepared. Very messy. Tasted abnormally less fresh. 1 star is severe. But this is one of those places that deserves it. Go to another location, or support a local taco joint. Avoid at all costs. read more

So, a few things... 1. The trash can in the women's bathroom was OVERFLOWING like it hadn't been emptied in days 2. When I went to order at the counter there seemed to be an issue with someone's order but every employee was SO SLOW about fixing it and I wasn't acknowledged for a solid five minutes 3. It took 10 minutes for my ONE Crunchwrap to be prepared. 4. The manager (or who it seemed to be) stuffed it all in the paper bag (I got it to go) and it came out smashed 5. While I was waiting a mom and her daughter came in and they literally cancelled their drive through order because they had been waiting for FIFTEEN minutes in the drive through line and none of the employees even apologized or tried to move faster ??? Some were literally just standing in the back 6. I ended up eating in my car bc I was starving and some people that pulled in looked like they got the wrong order because they had to walk back in with the bag two separate times I'm not one to review fast food places but this place needs to close or needs new employees/management... read more

Man, I was so excited to get some Taco Bell finally! It's been so long! I love Taco Bell. What a let down! First time I've been since they opened back up. Walked in, no other customers, super fast service, no wait. Employees were friendly, place was clean. But god does the food suck. Come on! The bar is so low, this is fast food for god sake, honestly-how bad can it be? The Gordita shell tastes like it came from a box and temperature was cold. The texture was awful, like a 10 day old stiff as hell waffle, so stale. The veggies in it were fresh though. Long sorry short. Set your expectations low and get ready to be disappointed. We love Taco Bell's menu and have eaten at several of their locations but this particular location is the worst of them all. They seem to understaffed at all times and fast food is often served after a long wait in the drive through or at the counter. They messed up my drive through orders many times. We ordered a chalupa with creamy jalapeño sauce and they not only forgot the extra sauce but also the sour cream. They essentially charged me for the extra sauce and gave me a chalupa with just beans, salsa and lettuce !! Unfortunately we didn't check the order till we reached home and by then it was late to complain. This is the last time we will ever eat from this location. read more

In spite of having at least 2-3 people who seem to care, the overall performance of this location (and seemingly the whole chain) is a complete failure. I ordered burritos, quesadillas with the sauce on the side and a crunch wrap. I reached in as I drove home to see if I could easily find a burrito and I found a "creamy jalapeno" sauce. I tried to move it to the top of the stack and happened to glance at it - no lid. As the sauce spilled back into the bag and on my hand while I drove down the street I attempted to manage the mess. Once I got home, still hungry, I found that what should have been 3 sauces on the side was a single, open container of sauce that I was disserved into spilling onto my food. In a biting turn of irony, the food was very good aside from the sauce bomb / missing sauces. This is exactly typical of every Taco Bell location I visit. Lost my business. Went with my son for the free World Series taco offered from 2-6pm. Drove 17 miles only to be told that they stopped at 4pm. It was 5:30 pm. It's not about the taco trust me. Okay so you know, Taco Bell has this menu called the "Fresca" menu - no, it's not a new concept - they've had it for QUITE a while now... BUT apparently this Taco Bell did not get the memo even though they have the items all over their menu! So, I go through drive thru... I want a Fresco Crunchy Taco. It's basically just a corn shell, ground beef, lettuce, and salsa on top. Pretty simple right? No, not simple at all... After the first person on the speaker couldn't tell what I was asking for the manager got on and clearly stated, "we do not have that here." To that I replied, "really? You don't have that here? I am looking at it on the menu right now and I also JUST ordered one yesterday...", The voice on the other end tells the other person I am asking for a crunchy taco and then clarifies with me, "right?" Me: "ummm no, not a crunchy taco, those have cheese on them and no salsa. I want the taco on your F-R-E-S-C-O menu, you know, the one with a crunchy shell, ground beef, lettuce, and salsa? I'm looking at it on your menu right now." Taco Bell: "no, we don't have anything like that on the menu" --- muffled static on the other end --- "wait, I'm sorry, we do have that but it has steak on it..." Me: "ummmm no, it's ground beef, sir - I'm looking at the picture right here in front of me ON THE MENU - it clearly has ground beef on it." Taco Bell: "are you sure? I think it only comes with steak." Me: "Yes I'm sure, I JUST ORDERD IT YESTERDAY." At this point it's more funny than anything else. Can't Taco Bell manage to at least train their employees on what the menu items are??? Out of fear that I was going to get some strange taco concoction I ordered a nachos bell grande (great now they 'effed up my "light, semi healthy" lunch plan!)... I drive to the window, pay, glance at my food (first mistake), drive all the way back to work, sit down at my desk, get ready to have a nice Taco Bell lunch, and there is no freaking CHEESE on my nachos bell grande!!! No cheese on NACHO's??? That's messed up... So to you Taco Bell employees, who can't even learn what is on the menu, thanks for screwing up my nachos and making me basically teach you how to make a taco via the drive thru intercom system. Went here tonight as a quick meal before long drive. I typically go to Taco Bell for dairy free options because they have the easy menu button of "fresco" which has worked every time for me: NOT HERE. I ordered with fresco, cashier for it on the receipt. Received my order, both of my orders had sour cream. Went back to the counter and explained I can't have dairy, said they'd re-make. My friend is lactose intolerant and made the same order, hers also had a ton of dairy in it. Hey re-made both of ours and this time, they both had nacho cheese! What the fuck. My friend even told them the second time around they had an allergy to dairy when the cook was making a fit about our returned food, and still made all of it with nacho cheese. It's not like this was a difficult order, it's literally an option on the menu, fresco style! Waste of my money, incredibly disappointed of lack of regard for allergies, will not be back. read more

I know good help is hard to find, but wow, these guys choose the worst. 90 degrees outside and the lobby was closed. Not the first time either. I must be an idiot to keep hoping it will get better. If you ask for no beans or something, they will forget other stuff too. They always forget something. Today it was as simple as a water. It could be a rockin location, and with the right people and training, a complete money maker. This is a poorly managed / run franchise. I've eaten here a dozen times over the last few years, and they almost always seem to get my order wrong. I stopped by here the other night on my way home from work, placed my order at the drive thru, and waited for my turn at the window...there were 3 cars in front of me. TWENTY MINUTES LATER I finally got to the window and paid. Almost 5 minutes after I paid , the employee who took my money came back to tell me they were out of what I ordered. I asked for a refund and watched them fumble with the register for nearly 10 minutes before giving me the wrong amount of money back. Frustrated, I left and ate somewhere else. Today I was craving a cheesy gordita crunch and decided to give them another shot. The drive thru attendant who took my order got it wrong so many times that I swear she was messing with me. Mind you, these were not specially ordered items, just standard menu items as they come, no modifications. When my order was finally right on the screen she gave me the order total and told me to pull forward to the window. It took them more than 15 minutes for them to get the 3 cars in front of me their food, and I waited several minutes at the window myself. I got home to eat my lunch and every single item in the bag was wrong, like not even close. The receipt was correct, adding insult to injury. I used to come here a couple times per month and never had any issues whatsoever. This is now the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I won't be eating here again. read more

Tonight, Halloween 2016, as I'm standing in the pouring rain waiting for my grandmother to get out of the car so we can enter the building... the little weasel blonde girl runs up to the door, looks straight at me, giggles, and locks the door right in my face. She and all the other staff on this night and any other night for that matter should be relieved of their positions. We drive around to the drive through, and everything sucks. This Taco Bell consistently has terrible, slow service at the Drive-Thru, is regularly unaware of items on its own menu, and on one occasion the teenager on the speaker was pranking the customers by mumbling through the speaker for every other word. When I'm lucky enough not to have an immature teenager harassing me, I have someone who sounds like they're dying inside and every word they speak is reminding them of their horrible existence. (This is not a knock on Taco Bell employees in general, just a reflection of how the people at this store sound when they talk to customers.) I hope it's not a cultural problem at this particular store. Still, I return, because Taco Bell. Because Taco Bell... I come here quite a bit and the last few times sucked. I asked for a recipe last time I was there and never got it, this time I got a recipe to do a follow up. I came in and ordered 2 chalupa sup with chicken, a T2 chk xxl with a soft taco supreme sub chicken, and a extra soft taco chicken supreme and a baja blast. I also ordered the big box dbl chs grd just the way it was suppose to be originally with a dr pepper. First off I had a free coupon for a free taco of my choice. When I got to the window my order came to 27. With some odd change I handed the ticket to her as she then shut the window and got a manager. Without telling me they took off my extra soft taco supreme and turned it into a beef soft taco reg not supreme. Mind you I dont eat beef which is why I got chicken. When I got my drink the baja blast is out of flavor as I got a carbohydrate drink with no flavor. The last time I was here I ordered some twist to go along with my order and they tasted so bad I had to throw them away like they where cooked with the chicken instead of some fresh oil. It was god awful gross tasting. Honestly I'm highly disappointed in this location. Everytime I order something, something is always wrong with my order. Ordered coleslaw (it's a kfc too) it was rotten. The number wasn't accepting calls so we called corporate got a rude costumer service agent. We never got a call back.
