Then when I got to the window, very rude attitude from a man, basically got my food bag thrown at me, when I went to ask, if my sauces were in the bag, he said Yep, while closing the window at me. My friend and I've been coming to taco bell. on Humes street, once a month. Today, I was very upset with the service. I'm 71 yrs old. A senior soda, use to cost me $.75. Today they charged me $2.29. I also ordered a beef burrito. They gave me a beef supreme. My bill was $6.72. I'm on a fixed income. I've never paid over $4.00. I could see if I ordered a meal. I did complain, and all they could tell me, they're sorry. Prices go up. So, they're telling me, from 2 weeks ago, they've never done a senior drink. I won't be back. Very upset. read more

The single worst taco bell I have ever been to. I understand that it's just a taco bell, but it shouldn't matter. I went around 10:30 (our TB is open until 4 am) the lobby was open and roughly 4 cars in the drive through. So I go inside and waited for 15 minutes before leaving because no one came to help or take my order. There were at least 4 people working. Disappointing. Do not waste your time here, go an extra 2 miles down the road to the one on Milton Ave next to the Janesville Athletic Club. It's much better. read more

I have always loved going to this location until tonight. Ella, the cashier was taking my order and in the middle of asking a question she told me she needed a few minutes before she could continue taking my order. When she came back to take my order, nothing was showing up on the screen involving my food, but usually it's always correct at this location. When I got to the window and paid, I looked at my receipt, and immediately before I was given any food- I told her that majority of the items were wrong, and she immediately had an attitude, and was basically telling me that there's no way that I was right and basically also calling me a liar for not being able to see the screen etc.. I was extremely nice about it, and just simply said I wanted my order to be correct and she closed the window told me to have a good night and then started talking about me to her other coworkers, while I was still sitting in the drive-through. As a 20 year old respectful girl, being treated like that by a 40 year old woman was horrible. read more

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in town. The last three times I been there they screwed up the order. Twice thru drive thru and once in eat in. Today is the last time I will go there. The guy in drive thru took the order even repeated it, then asked if it was correct but we ordered so much couldn't see the 1st items we ordered, but since he repeated it back to us we figure it was correct. Wrong, we order 5 frito burritos and only got one. Went in and the same guy say "oh I only charged you for one". I come here on my lunch often, but will not be returning after my last visit. Not only was my food cold (not just cooled down, but cold), the shell was basically empty. I ordered a loaded potato griller and counted 4 small potatoes in it. I was on my lunch, so I did not have time to bring it back. Cold empty burrito shell was such a disappointment. We have repeatedly gone to this Taco Bell and most times they screw up our order! We've complained to management, given them the opportunity to make it right, but this is ridiculous. In the last 3 months, they've literally gotten our order right 3 times in probably a dozen+ visits. On one occasion, the online ordering didnt work and we had to request reimbursement for our order, but they screwed up the order once we placed it in store. Then we had to go back to get it corrected. They charged us for sour cream and it wasn't on the food. Another trip back. This time they told my husband the cravings box wasn't available in drive through, then he went in because it was still on the website and the person inside said it was still available, but then they failed to upgrade the hard shell taco to a Doritos Locos taco, which is a repeat problem.
