Fast food should never take as long as a sit-in place where waiters tend to ur table. Avoid this place at rush hour meal time.

The slowest Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Sit down Mexican restaurants are much faster. Plan to wait 20-30 minutes for simple orders

I haven't even gotten to the food yet and I am 100% giving S&M a 5 star review. The Chef and her…read moreteam are incredible. Easy to work with and very down to earth. I was surprised to find their pricing was so reasonable and from such an accomplished Chef and team. They have been so easy to work wit hand so much fun to plan with for our wedding. THEN, my rehearsal dinner location that has been putting me off for months about getting reservation details beyond "sure we can do that" comes back with "That will be $4k room reservation since its on one of our busy days, looking forward to working with you" 3 weeks before the wedding. In a panic I reached out to see if there was any way S&M would be willing to squeeze in some additional catering for me that weekend and all I heard was "don't worry! we got you!" at a fraction of the price of my previous intended location, on short notice and with a smile. Chef Star and her team have already gone above and beyond and we haven't even gotten to the good stuff yet. We are so looking forward to actually getting to taste the food (Which I've heard is incredible), but even if it was just mediocre, they will still get a 5 star review. I'll be back with pictures after the event, but just know, you're getting more than a caterer if you hire Chef Ironside, you're getting a partner in your event. someone who is as invested in its success as you are. Don't hesitate.

The staff was nice and they were only seating the bar half of the restaurant. The menu is quite small with a huge tequila selection and some other cocktails. The pricing is pretty high and the food is definitely southwestern not true Mexican, which you can tell from the photos. We had the chips and salsa. The chips were definitely homemade and thick. The chips were delicious alone but I came with a green and red sauce. The green sauce was good, the red was okay and both were mild. For dinner I had the carne asada tacos and my dad had the pollo tacos. Each taco plate comes with 4 and you cannot mix and match. The carne asada was delicious. You could tell the meat was high quality and seasoned well. The tortillas were corn, but thick and delicious. I do not usually like corn but these were phenomenal. The pollo was okay, I wasn't a huge fan of the seasoning on the chicken but I do like that the portion of the meat was substantial. To drink I got their pineapple drink with vodka instead of tequila. It was good but small and almost $20

The folks at Bias have made everything easy: - Order at the bar. The staff and patrons are friendly. A man behind me in line offered to sharpen the colored pencil my kid wanted to use with his pocket knife when the cashier told me they didn't have a pencil sharpener. I only wish Bias Brewing were closer to home!
