Very disappointed in this location. Went through the drive thru and didn't realize until I was home that they gave me the completely wrong drink. Then on top of that my quesadilla was overcooked so the tortilla was burned and very stiff, not to mention there was hardly any chicken or cheese inside it. Definitely CHECK your order before you drive away. Customer service was also lacking, no greeting or thank you and you can see employees just standing around doing nothing in the back. read more

Came here the other night for dinner. Waited 10 minutes for my food to go, the prep area was very messy, and it seemed like they were short staffed. A male cashier wandered in at 7:36pm. Its taco bell. The only reason I am giving this a 3 star rating is only because lately they have been getting my order wrong. It happens though no one is perfect. If i ever go again and my order doesn't get mixed up I will give them a 4 star rating. The thing they did was put onions in my grilled stuffed chicken burrito and I hate onions and said no onions and the girl at the register said back to me no onions and I said yes no onions get back to my friends out ready to get down and dirty and grind on my burrito and then i get a mouth full of onions they actually put in double the onions something I obviously cant see because A. So Mexican fast food ... If that's what you can call it. The food is as to be expected so I'm not writing about that. I only go here on rare occasions. Each time the drive through people have been friendly and have always gotten my order right. For a fast food chain establishment the workers a really friendly. I always get a ton of sauce packets...which ends up in my fridge for what seems like years until I throw them out. There was am occasion where I grabbed cash before I left my house...but when I got my order I didn't grab enough. Since I left my wallet at home the person at the drive through was nice enough to comp my daughters meal and only charge me for mine. How awesome are they! Great friendly people. read more

My mom was ordering in the drive-thru and asked the girl on the headset what they had for drinks. She sounded very annoyed and simply said "coke products". We then pulled up to the window to receive food, and the car that had just pulled away was trying to reverse her car as if there was something wrong with her order. She ended up just going around through the drive-thru again. My mom asked for taco sauce and the girl couldn't have tried to look less annoyed, but gave the sauce. We proceeded to drive away before realizing that this girl, who is obviously incapable of smiling, didn't give us the drink we ordered. Terrible service and highly disappointing. read more

I just left the drive through/restaurant Especially grateful for the two workers (I'm sorry I didn't get your names) that was so nice and made my food super fast - taller Asian male (5'10" ish) and shorter local female. This pregnant mama is either blind or something because I ordered the wrong combo number at the drive through. And normally, I'd eat the food and chalk it up as "that kind of day" since it was my fault. But I'm craaaving the Doritos tacos and had to have it. So I went back inside the restaurant and first thing they asked, "Everything okay?" After explaining my dumb mistake, they reassured me and promptly got to making the food I wanted. Thank you!!! Don't eat here employees are rude, basically taunting us in the drive thru. The food is subpar. The individuals working there are lucky they haven't said stuff like what they were saying to us to the wrong person. If you do go there keep a cool head and just ask to see the manager. I place an order the same way I have ordered in 5 different states. The response I received was a very loud and condescending "We don't do that!" I asked to speak with the manager and they stated "We don't do that here. Tell me which store did that so I can make sure it doesn't happen again." All I wanted to do was substitute the regular taco shell with the Doritto shell. Something every store in the continental US will do for 30 cents extra. I understand if that is not available in Hawaii, but explain it to me instead of yelling and threatening other stores for doing it that way. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. On April 8 on my way to an exam, my fiancé and I stopped here to get a quick bite. After driving off with our food, we literally were down the street, two bites into my burrito I pulled up a huge piece of plastic wrap from inside my burrito!!!! Being so disgusted I instantly spit out my food. My fiancé drove back and we both went inside. The cashier and the manager acted so nonchalant about the situation as if it happens all the time. The manager said he could either remake my burrito or refund my burrito. I asked for a refund. My fiancé and I threw away the rest of the food and went to Quiznos down the street. I emailed Taco Bell regarding the experience, the owner called said they retrained the employees and I would be receiving a phone call from HR and he would be sending me a gift card. Guess what it's been almost a month and no such phone call or gift card. I'm still grossed out. Lessen learned stay away from Taco Bell, if I want Mexican just make it myself. read more

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell on the island! Our average wait in the drive thru line is about 30 min! How in the world does this place still equal to fast food!?! Then, once you get the order...only 3 out of 5 times is out order correct. I think they know that they make a lot of mistakes because when we get home and find that our order was done wrong, they don't even question it and offer us another order the next time. read more

I have not gone to this Taco Bell ONCE where I got everything in my order. I check that I got everything, but they seem to slip something wrong everytime. One day I did not get my drink the next I got a cheese pizza when I ordered pepperoni. The guy verified I wanted pepperoni and gave me cheese! Horrible service! I live locally and have given this location the benefit of the doubt ... and after 4 tries on same item ... FAIL!!! I have repeatedly tried to order a pizza (any topping - just a pizza!) and I'm always told that they don't have them available. I'm told that I "need to call ahead". Unless I'm mistaken, this is a fast food place?!? So, on the fourth try, I did try to call ahead. I tried calling for about 10 minutes before anyone answered the phone. By the time they answered, I was already in the drive-thru. Needless to say, I still waited for about 10 minutes to get my order (undercooked). I did receive my burritos correctly, but the pizza & breadsticks was so far below par for the brand level I expected. I will definitely be going elsewhere from now on. Suggest that you do too ... I'm actually really surprised to be giving Taco Bell a 4 stars, but I can't say that there was anything bad the last time I went here. For the rocketry team I'm part of, we work on Saturdays. For lunch, we decided to go to Taco Bell. I had tried their Cantina Bowls and was excited to eat it again. There's 5 of us (2 people being BIG eaters), so our order was pretty big. My car window is broken, so I had to walk in to order. I thought walking in would take longer than a drive-thru, but I was wrong. Aunty at the counter was SO nice. I believe she was a manager or something because her attire was different than the others. I was able to put my order in, and it can out very quick (5 minutes MAX). When we got back to school, we were surprised to see that nothing was wrong with our order. I've gone here a few times before, and had a pleasant experience. I would recommend eating at this Taco Bell. If you DON'T want to be unsure of what you're eating, I would highly recommend eating a Cantina Bowl. They're delicious and surprisingly filling. They come as a meal with chips, dip, and a drink. read more
